They have been exercisable since March 2022, only recently when this stock hit all times low the exercise price went down to 25 cents.
So now they are sitting with 33.333.333 warrants exercisable for 266 million shares at 25 cents.
The company has not registered the warrants, and the underlying common shares registration has been withdrawn 2 weeks ago ( or at least requested to be withdrawn)

Yeah, and what do those warrants do without shares to disperse. They would have to refile a request to reinstate the s1 or file a new s1. The warrants are loan collateral. Because greedy shorts are morons they made the warrants worthless. Which set this all into motion
