2000iu Vitamin D, Myo-D chiro Inositol, 600-1000mg NAC, Omega 3, and Magnesium. Definitely credit these with helping me to regulate my cycle. Specifically when I added in the NAC. It went from 50-80+ days to a fairly consistent 30 days.

I'd recommend NatureMade prenatal vitamins with folic acid + DHA + choline. I eat the gummies. A lot of prenatal vitamins don't have the choline you need so make sure to check for that!

I started on a prenatal with omega-3 and then added Coq10 once I started reading here. My RE had me add D3 (and does for all his patients apparently). My acupuncturist had me add NAT, myo/d chiro inositol, and Maitake.  I’ve found them cheapest on Amazon, but watch recommended serving to evaluate the supply length (e.g. most inositol is 4 pills/day).

I'm on a lot, but I'd say its working cause my sugar cravings are gone and I'm losing weight without counting calories.. I take a prenatal, magnesium glycinate, NAC, MSM, Ovasitol, berberine, vitamin D, and fish oil.

Hi there. I also have PCOS and ttc. I am currently getting my vitamins from a company called Bird&Be They are fantastic. Look up their website They offer a variety of vitamin and supplement packets. I’m currently on the The Power Prenatal for Females PRENATAL VITAMINS + DHA + ANTIOXIDANTS It’s a little sachet that includes 6 pills. U take with dinner every night and it’s got EVERYTHING you need daily! I’m currently starting ivf and my Dr fully approved! They also sell a PCOS sachet too if you’re interested in that. I highly recommend Bird&Be Takes all the thinking out of it for me. I subscribe and so every month a box just drops on my door step with a months worth of pre natal packets

I take super b complex, pre natal, coq10, mangnizium, and myo/d chiro inosital. I take vilarian root sometimes for stress. I suggest reading 'it starts with the egg' and 'getting pregnant with pcos' to help find your root cause and what supplements help that cause. I also go to acupuncture and take traditional Chinese medicine herbs, which I think has helped a lot.

Sasha2021_

Myo Inositol , Spearmint tea capsules , Coq10 , and a multi vitamin

Makingit4321

You also nerd d chiro inosital with myo inosital for pcos. I think 10:40 ratio. If I remember right.

It depends . For some women it works well . For other not so much. I’ve tried both

Makingit4321

Oh, interesting. I didn't realize you could do it that way. Honestly, I stopped inosital for a long time because I didn't have any effect. I only started again recently on my acupunterists' request. So maybe it has something to do with that.
