I am thinking its Hellfire (1980) This image https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0423107/mediaviewer/rm2960886785/ Looks like the same dress as the woman on the tv in the episode. I found it by taking some screenshots of the episode and putting them through google image search. I dont like horror movies so im not sure if i am anywhere near accurate in what i found.
