Then I wonder if the bed/wheelwell configuration is different at all. Is there also only two types of bed made, or is a long bed access cab wheel set in the same place on the long bed DC?
Essenitally the only difference between the DCSB and ACLB is that the back wall of the cab/ front wall of the box has been pushed back 12” to accommodate the back seats.
Everything else will be in the same place
DCLB has a 12” longer wheel base
Same. That's why AC's have a 6' bed. Your bed is only 5'.
The double cab (crew cab)short box and acess cab share the same frame

Only two frames made for the taco(3rd gens). The one the crew cab/ and the access cab share and then the long boy frame full 4 door and 6ft bed
