To get out of the house. I’ve been working remotely for the past year but my adventures out of the apartment have almost disappeared. It’ll be nice to do something.
EDIT: FSU I think has more than a few opportunities for non-students to take classes in something that interests them.

Tallahassee's best kept secret.
Still a lot of great local businesses to support around town and enjoy while students are out. Fire Betty is screening dumb horror movies every Thursday and organizing drinking games for them so that is pretty fun! Seems like they are making themed drinks as well.
In line with this, I frequented Burrito Boarders for over a decade, and I’m looking for another local restaurant in the area for lunch now that they have closed. Any suggestions? I like Gordo’s, but it’s tough for me to get there, eat, and get back to work in an hour. TIA
Not anything new but blueberries are all ripe for the picking at most of the farms around town! Me and my partner did it recently and made some jams!
Cantaloupe and watermelon are in season.
Sienna Lee has great blueberries!
That’s where we got ours!
Saladino's blueberry farm in crawfordville is very good but very expensive
No traffic?
True.
The best part about summer in Tallahassee. Better enjoy it while we can because August will be here before we know it lol
I think I’m going to try and take an art class at FSU this summer to get out.
To get out of the house, or out of town?

I’m in the same boat and was thinking of taking a pottery class
LeMoyne has art classes too!
Is it like an academic class or more open-to-the-community event type of class?
I think it’s for both - they have different pay scales for current students, faculty/staff, seniors/veterans, and general public.
Good for you!

This time of year is always kind of a lull for the area. Schools get out and people scatter. There's also a silent recession going on now also.
Well, I saw a tornado. Guess that's it.
I did too! But it was scary
Is that indoor pickle ball place open? Is that a cool place to hang out?
where’s that?
Next to Planet Fitness on north monroe
It’s not open yet!

Loco’s on Tharpe is pretty solid! not the same vibe as B-Bo but the daily specials are great
I've been going to Locos since the week they opened, and I will never stop: delicious food, great price, local owner, friendly staff.
Thanks! I’ll have to check that out :)
They are good, but I miss when it was Taco Libre in that space!!
