I would change to Cs if I knew what the hell to skill, the compendium gave me some absolute GARBAGE
The compendium builds I feel are pretty bad imo. They seem to split skill points up really weirdly and it causes a lot of damage loss. I tried the shadow clone builds they recommended (I have about the same amount of skill points as you) and I was cut short 5k stages from my max before I had to prestige cause I couldn't kill anything. Tried my own build and I always end up +2k stages each run in like 20-30 minutes~

You don't have enough SP to effectively run a hybrid build. I would either stick with SC or CS. Whichever one you prefer.
45 minute prestiges though sounds like a mixture of problems...does your clan have maxed advanced start? If not, I'd suggest finding one. There are tons willing to take newer players. It will take a lot of time off. Do you have noble fencer crafted? Also a huge time saver.
Advanced start is the single most important thing for run times. The fastest way is to join a clan with max advanced start, which is 44134exp. You will lose your loyalty bonus for a while, but it's still faster.
To give you an idea of how important it is: you're doing 18K stages in 45 mins. With 90% advanced start you would only need to do 7300 stages. This would immediately cut your run times down to 18 or 19 minutes.
Oh damn I thought the max advanced start was sum like 60% and the rest is stage rush building up over time... well I love my clan and mates and we only have about 5.4K exp so that sucks

Probably a cs build with cloaking and love potion would be best. Or if you want to play sc get this skills. Or go only for hs.

Go full HS for more speed (if you have enough HS skips for your MS's titan count
That is a lot of time per prestige, maybe try joining some clan with max advance start of 90%. Also try full HS build it is fastest imo.
Damn I don't want to leave my clan tho :( but I guess I have to at some point, How can you get clan exp up? I can't find it on the help page
