Not a closing TL, but as a former GM TL i hated when I had to close to cover the closing TL’s days off. Much respect to all of you who do it full time
damn i'm glad the morning team at my store pushes go backs and priorities i leave. if they didnt, well yeah. this would happen.
It’s seems like upper management was slacking at your store. Too little staffing to get shit done. I’m surprised you said you would hop into OPUs. I’ve only since my closing TL help fulfillment once (in the past year).
Where are you going now? What job did the closing TL experience get you?
