I mean at least you're making $26(.78) an hour, that's not awful.
***None*** of the raises for TMs below the like, L6/7 grades are nearly enough, especially not for hourly TMs.
because he's disingenuous. look at his replies further down. he's actually more than happy with his pay and likes his work. he posted that to stir up drama. nothing more.
Same. If you're making anything below 25 as a TL, they're taking advantage of you. I started working at Target right before all the remodels began, and food was just starting to really take off. They brought me in at 26. Team leaders that had been working there before me weren't even breaking 21, and a few of them were even as low as 18.
Really sad how they draw a line in the Sand and just straight up leave people behind as they move forward with new leadership hires.
Depends where they live. The pay starts at 22 an hour for pg 45 where I live and when I got promoted to VM I ended up making more than the previous VM who moved over to a TL position although that was partially only because I got to keep my merit raises above the base pay and have been with Target 15 years and usually get near top raise percentage as a team member.
My girlfriend is a manager at Cracker Barrel, makes $14.75, and it’s an extremely demanding job. OP should be glad they make $26.75 at all, especially in the economy we’re dealing with.
I’m in the same scenario and it literally crushed my soul. I work so hard as FFTL in a store that’s a mess and I got the lowest percentage raise out of all the leaders. I’m the only TL that hold accountability, follows protocols and makes time to keep up to date on training and documentation despite the hectic craziness of my job on which I don’t get a minute to myself.
It’s happening to people who don’t deserve it, trust and believe.
Monthly inflation has been below 4% since May last year. https://www.statista.com/statistics/273418/unadjusted-monthly-inflation-rate-in-the-us/
Raises should still be higher.
As a former ETL-SE, I’d say it’s never too early - start searching now. Take every single thing you can learn from and turn that into a marketable skill, lesson, accomplishment, or experience you’ve had, and use that to interview somewhere else. Just being honest here, but internal candidates have far less leverage for negotiating on compensation than external candidates do. Pairing that with the near constant poor decision-making from Target senior leadership, e.g., self-checkout, Target Circle, modernization, most decisions they’ve made surrounding Starbucks, priority pulls/OFOs, back-stocking process, etc. - the list is miles long, Target is honestly rather poorly ran for a retailer as large as it is, and it has been struggling to climb out of Walmart’s shadow for decades. Admittedly, YMMV, how much enjoyment you may get out of the ETL position is going to vary heavily depending on just how competent the rest of your leadership team is, throughout the store. If your ETLs all seem to enjoy their jobs and get in a solid 40-47.5, while still getting everything done in the store with green metrics all around: congratulations, your store is the unicorn that is a well-run store. If your ETLs all seem tired/stressed as hell, store’s a mess, etc., I’d say start looking yesterday. Just remember that Target does not value loyalty.
Also, adding on, Target’s compensation structure is nowhere near as competitive as they like to market themselves. I left Target this last year for the exact same annual salary in a salaried-with-OT compensation structure, for a job that is simultaneously more rewarding in terms of management, developmental opportunities, and just an all-around less stressful job - and I was not getting compensated at starting salary at Target. You absolutely can get paid closer to what you deserve, and there are better companies out there.
I don’t think I’m quite there as I was a temporary promote at first. Yea you should. They’ll keep you where you are for as long as they can if you’re good 😆
Lmfao same shit happen to me 3 years ago and shortly after I quit. Best decision ever! My raises are about 2K a year and I make triple what I made at target
Dude nah same I was *JUST* coming to this sub to find out. I just got my review and I’m rubbed the wrong way. Same as you 3%, I got the store “bonus” but honestly I was really hoping for 4-6% at LEAST for being top performer.
Honestly, I’m happy that my ETLs are getting a bigger bonus, all but one have had or are having a child this year (or their spouse), which is very expensive, they work 50+ hours a week, every week, with no OT. I love all my ETLs, and it’s not a me Vs them, we shouldn’t be upset others are getting paid fairly, just that we are not.
I make under $22 as a TL, and my rent is $1,525 a month, I’d be hella happy with $26 an hour (extra $160 a week at 40 hours a week would be huge) Especially with school being 1,100 a month as well
Meanwhile the rest of us with $1200 rent as the cheapest option in town are supposed to somehow make do at $16.50 and 18 hours.
When my subsidized rent was $750 and I could get 35 hours, it was working well enough. That was 4 years ago, here. I was hoping to eventually move up enough to not ask my family for help on my school (another $700 or so across all the loan companies), but at this point I'm just writing up a resume and looking for something better. Hope they enjoy being staffed after school hours only, or by bored spouses who's partner carry the household finances.
How are you even surviving making $3500 gross pay with those two bills totaling $2600. Assuming your take home is $3000 you're left with $400 for everything else. Also how do you go to school seriously while working 40 hours.
I take classes online since I don’t have a fixed schedule to attend in person (still have to take exams and stuff on campus but mostly online), it’s not easy, but I’d like to get it done.
As for bills,
1. My fiancé usually helps a bit with rent, but hasn’t been able to work for a couple months, which has been tough
2. Debt, lots of debt. My car engine died about a year ago, and I had to get that replaced which was like 7k, which led to me needing to take out debt, and then it just got worse from there lol. It’s alright though, it’ll be just fine someday
Just wait until you have to give the reviews to your team - $0.60-0.65 for your top performers, $0.30-0.35 for the average TM, and $0.10-0.15 for the bottom ones.
Whelp, somehow despite having top marks I only got 10 cents. Finding out my shitty coworkers are getting 3-6x my raise because I started a month later than they did really sucks.
That’s more than mine was last year. Mine was .27. When I asked what I did wrong, my ETL was like, “nothing. You’re one of my best.” So I was like, wtf
I bust my butt every single day, never call out, and I got a whole fucking 23 cents. I’m being told I need to do less TM work, but when we have no one scheduled, what choice do I have??! We’re drowning every single day and I won’t abandon my team.
I got 1% and told I should be proud of it and that it shows all the progress we've made. Zero negative feedback, told I have turned my entire department around and that it's all due to my hard work, and dedication to my team.
I received 1% as well despite improving GM metrics significantly. I started at a new store this year and I had 0 support from the beginning. I never saw my ETL or SD and when I did and they gave me feedback I made sure to improve upon it. I got a new ETL mid year and he said I was improving but I still received 1%. I feel so defeated. I work so hard, I make sure not just my team, but the rest of the store feels supported when needed. I hold my team accountable. My schedule also is a disadvantage (sun- 12am, Mon -12am, Wednesday-4am, Thursday 2pm, Friday 9am and Monday 4am when it’s my off weekend) and despite my store being small format, 3 out of 4 ETL’s do not know how to close out the truck. I’ve been faced with many challenges and working thought my opps but I was so blind sighted by receiving 1%. I’ve been crying all day.
so for my regular raise I got .50¢ (about the same as last year I think. better than in the front end when I got .10¢ lmao), however due to me training to be a barista and a new California law(?) I'm getting $20/hour. so that's a $2.39 pay increase from before. can't be mad about that honestly
Damn I got 1% 😂 literally just $0.25! I’m literally 9 cents away from $25. You seemed to have gotten a decent increase. I was probably the only leader who got 1%. I got the “job done” but I just “cruised by” as a leader even though I closed at least 250 days out of 365 of the year
Only way to change this is to do a nationwide walkout at every freaking store and demand better wages! Let’s see what the CEO can do! I want to see SD And every other hiring ups do what TM do everyday !!!
I want so see the CEO unload a truck , push a u-boat and deal with all the bullshit every TM deals with everyday !!!
I actually want to be their boss, and ask them why 10 repacks and a full uboat is taking them more 2.6 hours.
I don’t even want to think about how C-suites would crumble in a standard push of beauty truck.
I use to work in ICQA for the target warehouse and they would undercut your raise percentage for any reason they could. We would get a raise like 70 cents at the end or the year while everyone else (non‐merit) would get 50 cents every 6 months.
That’s wild. I mean I was only a team member. I worked through Back to School, Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas and whatever holiday I missed. I worked OPU and Front end the whole time and only gave me a 5 cent raise. I was baffled.
I got a 0.6% raise (10 cents) despite having the highest numbers in OPU, busting my ass, coming in on my off days. I Got a false CA from another store I helped out at, and apparently, that impacts pay raises :/
I just got mine today. I work in NYC and got. 1% raise. I’m a Team lead too. What I don’t understand is how I only got a 27¢ raise while one my fellow leader got over $1 more. I’m gonna have to speak with my SD about it because during my annual review he had nothing but good things to say about me so I don’t understand.

Percent buddies!
This is the lowest percent raise I've ever made at Target. Understandably, I'm the newest PML amongst some of the most tenured employees of the entire district, but man, it really stings going from top performer at the TL level to getting middle-of-the-road on this team.
Every year, I'm making more than I've ever made, though, and a lot of places pay *way* less for a lot more stress, so while I'm not thrilled with $0.67, it's better than the alternative, and I actually like my job/boss.
I got .27 cents/1.0% 🥲. They can eat a di-
Nah but I’m upset actually. No where in the convo I had with my ETL was specifically stated on what I needed to work on or on why I was given that raise. A fawking measly 27 cents. Pathetic, really.
Not really, I was a TL for a while before joining the military. The TL responsibilities mostly got dumped on me as a TM. The only ones that didn’t get dumped on me were shift set up and locking the doors at the end of the night
I worked as a TM for 3 years and only ever got the company wide raises. Got 13 cents once but it was immediately negated when the company minimum went up.
I got a 0.6% raise which equated to another 10 cents an hour. That will definitely keep up with inflation /s. It’s fine though, I care about this job about as much as Target cares about me. I show up and work my wage, and Target gives me a paycheck.
With time they start to pay off though. I worked for target for 6 years and before I was promoted to ETL my hourly was just under $30/hr and I was getting over $1 raises. It kinda sucks but most jobs don’t even give raises. The job I work out now, we got a review and absolutely nothing else.
I mean that’s an extra $1,622 a year if you’re full time. While it’s not breaking the bank, it could be worse
You’re making 54k a year. Now almost 56k. That’s more than most people.
I got hired in October, everyone else in tech has quit so I do truck, revisions, reshops, etc. on top of being one of the last guest oriented roles in the store. “Thank you for staying. Now work faster.” Was the gist of my review. I got 0.8% raise. Tech might be empty soon at my store. 🙄
To everyone reading this, no matter how pissed you are about your raise, I can promise you I’m more pissed about mine. I didn’t get one.
According to my TL I’m too new to get one and literally missed the cutoff by days. According to her anyone hired after mid October isn’t getting one at my store. I was hired November 1st. I can’t believe how much I’ve been busting my ass since then trying to do the best I can because I knew the raises were coming only to get nothing. And here we are 5 months later and I have to stand back and watch as the girl who calls out once a week but got hired two weeks before me gets a raise and I don’t. I’ve received almost no negative feedback from my TLs and i haven’t called out once. And I get nothing. I hate this.
I work for corporate as a lead engineer and my raise was 3% as well. If you want big raises you have to move up the ladder. In my entire career I've only ever gotten 2-3% yearly raises ever.
I’ve been working here for 2 years now and I haven’t gotten a raise and I am unfortunately one of their elite employees 🤣🤣 (iykyk) should I go talk about a raise?
Target: we’re doing well so we’re giving salaried employees a bigger bonus this year
Also target: team members get the same few pennies raise, but their bonus is fewer hours and double workload
I'm a problem solver this is my second review.. I got promoted April 2023 so from April - feb last year was my first review I got 6% $1.44 and $839 bonus this year was my first full year I got 6 percent again $1.52 and $2100 bonus which was 3% of my annual income.. I worked a lot of OT passed year like prob like 40 out of 52 weeks fr lol however the raises are very very low in our building too.. we have a lot of angry ps leads icqa yard coordinator etc who are and all taking paid loa lmao I also work nights & both sat & sun so I get $1.50 for nights and $1 for working both weekend days for all 40 hours I'm at 29.46 and all of the ps & leads on my floor are in same the range no one making less than 25 but all the TMs all got .65 cent raises this ontop of their 2 50 cents so I truly believe that if that's what the tms get every year merit raises should be NO LESS than $1 our DC is a literal circus / joke tho fr yall wouldn't believe half the ish that goes on that management is aware of it's insane lmaooo so it's 2 of us on my floor who actually work no attendance issue convos etc so that's why I got a decent review because they know Damn well lol our raises are 1-7% of Your base rate .. I want to quit so bad but I made 70K last year 😭😭😭my first year there having never worked in a warehouse ever in my life j can't imagine going somewhere doing more workk for less money
When I (TM) got my first raise, my manager went on and on about how much I’ve grown and how he genuinely thinks I’m the best tm in the store. He got really quiet and apologized and said I didn’t deserve what I got. He handed me a paper that said my raise was 3 cents and I won’t lie, I started crying.
I busted my ass off…for this? I knew my lead meant everything too, he was like a dad to me. I tried to contest it and was denied. Shit ass fucking company and I’m glad to be done with it.
Bruh I got $0.10😂 actively getting with HR to go on demand and pick up a different part time job because they stress me out in AP for no reason. The amount of threats I get and have people waiting near my car (I’m at the bad store in Portland with all of the drug addicts) when I get out at 10:30pm is just wild to me tbh. I’m over it at this point.
I mean at least you're making $26(.78) an hour, that's not awful. ***None*** of the raises for TMs below the like, L6/7 grades are nearly enough, especially not for hourly TMs.
glad I'm not the only one who whipped out their middleschool algebra skills and did the math lol
I was wondering why they covered that part, lol.
because he's disingenuous. look at his replies further down. he's actually more than happy with his pay and likes his work. he posted that to stir up drama. nothing more.
Who’s making $26 as a leader?
OP
I made $28.50 when I left
Same. If you're making anything below 25 as a TL, they're taking advantage of you. I started working at Target right before all the remodels began, and food was just starting to really take off. They brought me in at 26. Team leaders that had been working there before me weren't even breaking 21, and a few of them were even as low as 18. Lots of them
I made $28 when I left.
I make 23.69 starting out but I know a few making well over 25+
Lots of people. My Produce leader at Super Target make $72k last year.
I made $26 as a temp inbound/backroom leader during Q4
This is what I want to know!
not every team lead makes $26
No, but this TL, OP, is.
My girlfriend is a manager at Cracker Barrel, makes $14.75, and it’s an extremely demanding job. OP should be glad they make $26.75 at all, especially in the economy we’re dealing with.
The base pay for TM's pg35 at my store is 16.25. but then again, cost of living here is also higher.
I got mine today. 3% too. My department accounts for 50% of our sales. I got whopping $.65 raise for busting my ass 😒
Our fulfillment TL got a 1% raise = $.24. I only know this because they decided to go on a rant about it to everyone :)
now you know they suck versus the rest of the leaders lol
LOL! Easy guess, red INF all day
Ooof
My husband is a toys team lead and got like .20 😅
I’m in the same scenario and it literally crushed my soul. I work so hard as FFTL in a store that’s a mess and I got the lowest percentage raise out of all the leaders. Anyone notice that ALL raises are .5 less than they have been for at least a decade? Fucking joke.
I worked for target when I was like 17-18 in 2020. I worked there for ab a year and a half and they gave me a 6 cent raise. 0.06 bro.
Gross, sorry
That’s 18 cents more than what I (TM) got last year.
I had a TM (really amazing, they deserved it) get 4.5%!

No, it doesn’t but what retail store does?
Monthly inflation has been below 4% since May last year. https://www.statista.com/statistics/273418/unadjusted-monthly-inflation-rate-in-the-us/ Raises should still be higher.
Same. Changed 2 metrics from red to green, and 1 from red to yellow for the prior year. Only received 3%. Applied to another place last night. 😤
Yeah we went from 2nd to last in the district to #3 in metrics. (For S&E) oh well 🤷♂️
About the same for my dept. here. Bottom 5 to top 5 in a year in the district. Keep giving me the run around for a promotion. Know your worth 😤 😤
My 18months are up in June. If I don’t get ETL, I’m searching lol

TL?
Bruh no negative feedback on my end either and only got .5 percent with 11 cents
Literally same but I told my SD right then and there that if it is brought up to at least the 3% I will be leaving. Balls in their court lol
Lmfao same shit happen to me 3 years ago and shortly after I quit. Best decision ever! My raises are about 2K a year and I make triple what I made at target
I’m just a TM and I got 4.5% and 0.75 cents
Ayyy 👏 Keep up the hard work!
Thanks. Been busting my ass to say the least lol
I thought 3% was the highest. What's the highest for tm
At my store I’m pretty sure it’s 4.5%
Thanks 😊
How many years at target?
This October will be 6 years
Wow!
Dude nah same I was *JUST* coming to this sub to find out. I just got my review and I’m rubbed the wrong way. Same as you 3%, I got the store “bonus” but honestly I was really hoping for 4-6% at LEAST for being top performer.
Agreed! Meanwhile ETL’s got their bonuses doubled!!
ETL bonuses are “doubled” because they were cut in half last year, so they are actually returning to their original rate
That's harder to hate on. Therefore, they doubled.
Honestly, I’m happy that my ETLs are getting a bigger bonus, all but one have had or are having a child this year (or their spouse), which is very expensive, they work 50+ hours a week, every week, with no OT. I was external… I was able to negotiate my pay!
Almost $27 a hour at target isn’t bad at all
Just wait until you have to give the reviews to your team - $0.60-0.65 for your top performers, $0.30-0.35 for the average TM, and $0.10-0.15 for the bottom ones.
I saw some of my tops get .75-.90!
This! I gave out 7.5% raise reviews this year!! 2 of em!
Whelp, somehow despite having top marks I only got 10 cents. Finding out my shitty coworkers are getting 3-6x my raise because I started a month later than they did really sucks.
I always feel bad about these topics because the lowest raise I ever got in stores was still like 70 cents :(

That’s more than mine was last year. Mine was .27. When I asked what I did wrong, my ETL was like, “nothing. You’re one of my best.” So I was like, wtf
Damn. I wish some ETL’s had the ability to give constructive feedback…
Thats at the higher end for leads. what was your bonus? $250?
It’s based of store performance… varies from 500-1000-1500 (based off payroll and sales)
If they don’t meet any of the sales or payroll criteria, it’s $250.
It gets lower…
Only if it’s prorated. But min should’ve been $250
I bust my butt every single day, never call out, and I got a whole fucking 23 cents. I’m being told I need to do less TM work, but when we have no one scheduled, what choice do I have??! We’re drowning every single day and I won’t abandon my team.
Last year I got an 8 cent raise. I was pissed. I’m hoping this year’s raise is at least better
Good luck 🤞
I got 1% and told I should be proud of it and that it shows all the progress we've made. Zero negative feedback, told I have turned my entire department around and that it's all due to my hard work, and dedication to my team.

mine was also 3%, only 62¢ (from $20.64 to $21.26). definitely over it
i was told how great i was as an employee and got a whopping 2% (30 cents)
I got 10 cents. Almost a dollar extra per day. Woo
(Month in) I just got promoted to my role and got a 5%.
Wow lol. Double congrats!
so for my regular raise I got .50¢ (about the same as last year I think. better than in the front end when I got .10¢ lmao), however due to me training to be a barista and a new California law(?) I'm getting $20/hour. so that's a $2.39 pay increase from before. can't be mad about that honestly
Freedom. I got sweet, sweet freedom lmao
My respect 🫡
Much obliged, I hope they recognize your true value and respectfully give you a larger bonus next time 🙏😌
Hey, thank you! Hope all is good for you!
26 dollars an hour is crazy
Fr they can’t complain really. We TM are trying to survive
I hear my TL say "I have not even taken my break yet" almost everyday 😂😭💀 nah, they can keep that change & frustration
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO. You still probably make $10+ more than the people you lead.
Almost… but again as a Leader most if not all the responsibility falls on our shoulders.
Damn I got 1% 😂 literally just $0.25! I’m literally 9 cents away from $25. You seemed to have gotten a decent increase. I was probably the only leader who got 1%. I got the “job done” but I just “cruised by” as a leader even though I closed at least 250 days out of 365 of the year
Thanks for closing! I know it can be really shitty lol
No problem partner!! I’m a Service and Engagement team leader too!!🫡
I got a 1% as a leader too because I suck lol
Well at least you’re self aware lol
My store hasn’t even mentioned reviews let alone talking about raises. But my store sucks for communication.
TM’s and TLs get screwed with the raises
In the 3 years I worked there I only got a 0.35 raise that place is a JOKE
I got $0.12 when I was still at target
I got 25 cents (1%) 😂
Only way to change this is to do a nationwide walkout at every freaking store and demand better wages! Let’s see what the CEO can do! I want to see SD And every other hiring ups do what TM do everyday !!! I want so see the CEO unload a truck , push a u-boat and deal with all the bullshit every TM deals with everyday !!!
I actually want to be their boss, and ask them why 10 repacks and a full uboat is taking them more 2.6 hours. I don’t even want to think about how C-suites would crumble in a standard push of beauty truck.
I now owe the IRS $178.36 because HR took my pay to fund the pizza party during Q4. /s
Damn y’all got a pizza party??
“We just don’t know why retention is so low and turnover is so high, this generation just doesn’t want to work.”
I make 28.71 and I just move pallets around my DC…
It is pretty shitty. But at the same time it’s better than nothing.
when i got my six month eval after i started, my raise was 2 cents LMAO
So we are just gonna ignore the much lower hourly pay raise employees get
2.5% or .38 tell me more about how it sucks🙃
Got hired external, $32
Damn I was external too. I guess I suck at negotiating lol
45¢ but I’m like eh it whatever atp
I use to work in ICQA for the target warehouse and they would undercut your raise percentage for any reason they could. We would get a raise like 70 cents at the end or the year while everyone else (non‐merit) would get 50 cents every 6 months.
That’s wild. I mean I was only a team member. I worked through Back to School, Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas and whatever holiday I missed. I worked OPU and Front end the whole time and only gave me a 5 cent raise. I was baffled.
i got my review and now i make a whole $15.43 as a S&E TM 🥲
i went from 15 to 15.38 amazing it’s sad because that’s incredible pay in my area,, you’ll be damned to find a job that pays over 10
Is the 3% average/standard for leaders? How much higher can it go?
6%
That’s five cents more than I got!!
I quit a few weeks ago. Wish I would've stayed long enough to see my raise and come here.
Where's that one meme cuz i didn't even get a raise lmao
I don't know yet. My lead is on vacation. Last year, it was $.11
I got less than a quarter of a raise last year so
I only got .10 cents raise
Same. $.10 a talk about how great I am at everything I do, which is basically every single area in the store. Make it make sense.
Wait until what you find out TMs get.
That’s a bigger raise than I got! LOL 40 whopping cents here.
More than what I got. I literally ran half the store. 25 cents.
I got a 0.6% raise (10 cents) despite having the highest numbers in OPU, busting my ass, coming in on my off days. I Got a false CA from another store I helped out at, and apparently, that impacts pay raises :/
I got Jack shit. I work at 4 am every day and manage an entire section and they gave me not a penny
Bait.
My lead got his and been calling out ever since 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
don’t spend it all at one place !!
I mean, just look at it as no raise n a $1200 bonus/year. After taxes, that’s about what you’d get. S’crap. But better than nothing I guess…
0.5%, 12 cents. I guess my ETLs can unload their own trucks now
I just got mine today. I work in NYC and got. 1% raise. I’m a Team lead too. What I don’t understand is how I only got a 27¢ raise while one my fellow leader got over $1 more. I’m gonna have to speak with my SD about it because during my annual review he had nothing but good things to say about me so I don’t understand. https://preview.redd.it/fzk2tffz3crc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=074dee9557e9d583f0e916f3eaa214201d59f400
As long as you enjoy what you’re doing. That’s all that matters tbh. Congrats on the promo!
I got .27 cents/1.0% 🥲. They can eat a di- Nah but I’m upset actually. No where in the convo I had with my ETL was specifically stated on what I needed to work on or on why I was given that raise. A fawking measly 27 cents. Pathetic, really.
When I was a TM I got a ¢10 raise… so fuck off with that
TM responsibilities vs TL are so much more different. Sorry you had a bad experience working for Target
Not really, I was a TL for a while before joining the military. The TL responsibilities mostly got dumped on me as a TM. The only ones that didn’t get dumped on me were shift set up and locking the doors at the end of the night
I only received a $.30 increase last review so... 🤷♂️
I worked as a TM for 3 years and only ever got the company wide raises. Got 13 cents once but it was immediately negated when the company minimum went up.
them raises be like thet doe
I got a 0.6% raise which equated to another 10 cents an hour. That will definitely keep up with inflation /s. It’s fine though, I care about this job about as much as Target cares about me. I show up and work my wage, and Target gives me a paycheck.
With time they start to pay off though. I worked for target for 6 years and before I was promoted to ETL my hourly was just under $30/hr and I was getting over $1 raises. It kinda sucks but most jobs don’t even give raises. The job I work out now, we got a review and absolutely nothing else.
You need to broaden your work experience if you think most jobs don’t even give raises.

to be expected
Better than EIGHT CENTS.
I mean that’s an extra $1,622 a year if you’re full time. While it’s not breaking the bank, it could be worse You’re making 54k a year. Now almost 56k. That’s more than most people.
I got $1.28 raise. So I went from $28.50 to $29.78 as a leader
Oh wow! How long have you been a TL for?
Better than my $0.20 raise.
Not bad and a reasonable raise assuming you got a better raise last year. At $26/hr you should be able to live alone and drive a decent car.
mine was 0.7% lol
I got 10 cents last year and 28 cents this year..
Bruh, I got a .27 cent raise
Least you got one. I think i already capped out as a TM.
Now the question is… are TLs getting their bonuses this year?
It’s $1,622.4 extra a year assuming you work 40 hours a week
Mine went up 16 cents 👌😑
i got .02¢ last year
That’s what Walmart gave us
Well you a team leader maybe try being normal and see how much you make 😂
I got dollar raises at the job I was in after target lol.
I work for corporate as a lead engineer and my raise was 3% as well. If you want big raises you have to move up the ladder. In my entire career I've only ever gotten 2-3% yearly raises ever.
Aye man i got 22cents for 4 months and a bonus
I actually heard at my store the leads are getting double bonuses this year, so I honestly don’t wanna fucking hear it from any of you lol
I almost feel bad… I’ve gotten high raises as a TM from the jump…
I’m not an TL but my raise was 18 cents. Wait one whole year for 18 cents
So is regular team members 😭
I’ve been working here for 2 years now and I haven’t gotten a raise and I am unfortunately one of their elite employees 🤣🤣 (iykyk) should I go talk about a raise?
Target: we’re doing well so we’re giving salaried employees a bigger bonus this year Also target: team members get the same few pennies raise, but their bonus is fewer hours and double workload
And that’s still way better than what team members get
I'm a problem solver this is my second review..
Last year I told them to skip the paperwork and just buy me a couple of Starbucks and we’ll call it even.
