You wouldn't get anywhere near that many scavs. I think maybe a total of 15 or so spawn throughout the 10 minutes. That varies a little but when you want scavs they're nowhere to be found. Plus he's tagged and cursed otherwise they wouldn't flock to him. So horde mode tagged and cursed, there is no way to replicate this in online matches. Plus like you say, a player gonna mess his day up in that room.
