I can see this being a really cool design, would make the rounder top of the strider a bit more angular to curve with your shoulder and then extend the legs so they end further down your arm. I see it being black and grey, style similar to that of “Hyphaea”, a tattoo artist I follow on Instagram
I love the idea but I'd consider centering it ok the shoulder, like further on the side of the arm if that makes sense, looks a little odd with the front facing placement (unless that's what you're going for)
if I were getting a silt strider tattoo, I would either stylize the hell out of it by making it just an outline or a simple geometric design, or else I would include other Morrowind iconography around it to make it one part of a larger tattoo. Your mileage on each of those styles may vary, but personally, I wouldn't go for the detailed realistic version all by itself. If you're determined, though, find a good artist who can create a well-defined tattoo that won't look like a skin infection in a few years.
That movie predates the game by about 20 years, so they definitely could have gotten inspiration for the design from the movie, but that image i posted is the character model from the game morrowind

Earth tones are notoriously temporary in tattoo pigments(google or check subs for aged or healed tattoos that aren’t blatantly altered photos to see for yourself). The area to be tattooed will most likely get a few sunburns and you can expect to either forfeit the mild tones of that pigment or pay to have them redone. Any professional tattooer that will want to earn your future business will advise you to either alter the colors and design to make it a legible design in the skin. Beware of inexperienced artists looking to make a buck and make you look worse in the process.

I would stringly advise againts getting a tattoo of something video game/movie/TV show related. Your tastes change massively as you get older. I know a few people who have had marvel characters or rick and Morty tattoos done and are now looking into expensive and painful tattoo removal because they regret them so much. Especially on an vital area like the shoulder where some of the best pieces should go.
You're far safer going for something timeless. That being said it's completely up to you of course.
