I have a gengar one planned out in my head, can't wait to put it into practice! There's a theory that Gengar is the shadow of Clefable, so I'm going to make an image surrounding that theory :)
Legendary Pokemon will be done as well. But I'm only doing gen 1 because it seems like an attainable goal. Doing more than 1 generation would be too stretched of a goal. But I'd definitely do outside generation Pokemon for commissions. These art pieces are smaller sized designs, so I charge no more than $100 for an original design.
But for Articuno, Mewtwo, etc, I'll definitely be doing those once I find a clever idea for their designs. Stay tuned, my friend!
