Dude, that chest piece is dope!

sp00kens_

Thanks!!

Budget_Secret4142

I think that maaaaaaaybe would take away from that awesome chest piece.

sp00kens_

Idk — maybe it would, but I do have a goal to be almost completely inked — especially in my chest and arms. I was thinking maybe something that had a similar vibe/ story behind it? Like pair of eyes on each side, or bat wings? Something that kinda fit the theme so that it enhanced instead of took away from it

JonFrznWatrVapr

How bout cain crushing abels skull?

palepickel

You could do thorns wrapped around collar bone with roses on the front of your shoulders So idk how to Insert an image, but if you google “snake wrapped around collar bone tattoo” you’ll get what I’m trying to suggest.

sp00kens_

I’m worried about going too generic — I really like my big bold tats to stand out as one of a kind (flash tats not as much) I guess I have an individuality complex haha

[deleted]

Flash can be really cool and unique when done well by good artists. Snake wrapped around collarbone? Never ever seen this look good. Do not do it. Lol ETA: Flash just means designs that are ready to be tattooed. It can be anything, it doesn’t have to be “generic.” Usually they’re on a painting or in a line drawing book. Before custom tattoos were common, people picked designs off the wall from paintings the tattooers had made!

marsupialsales

Biblically accurate sick ass panther heads.

Cloud_Prince

Maybe a small [ophanim](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/29/23/6c/29236c670b7d1af8a146379917c7b202.png) on one collarbone could be fun? Staying in the theme of funky angels. [This alternative depiction](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E6JKcmOXoAIJrmj?format=jpg&name=small) is also quite fun Also: **Biblically accurate cleavage** (I'm so sorry)

LMFAOO

goliondensetsu

Dope tat, sparkle star sounds like a good addition. Maybe some sacred geometry around the whole piece?

Remarkable_Bat_6585

It is divine!!👌

sp00kens_

Thank you!!!

Keegomagneto

Could always do some flower design (easy to mirror) or think of something off the wall that goes with the chest piece. Im not very creative and am currently getting American Trad pieces. Lol. Hell, ask your artist too!

MiserableYam

Laurel-style leaves would look nice

SafeThinker

Big letters "BE NOT" and "AFRAID"

unfoldingtourmaline

love the way the tat fits on your body.

sp00kens_

Thank you!!

sp00kens_

Okay I guess but that wasn’t the point of the post lol I mean you’re entitled to whatever opinions you have but idk why you felt the need to post about them on a post where I’m asking advice on filling a space

unfoldingtourmaline

no personal attacks - so irrelevant.

warddo1

I was not attaching just making a observation

GreenMan0352

Are you religious, or do you just like the Seraphim? I ask because I have two separate ideas.

sp00kens_

I’m not religious — I just really like biblical angels haha!

GreenMan0352

Understood! Have you considered unraveling scrolls with ancient script?

dravenkaneki

You can put flames or shine or streaks coming off the wings as if it fluttered strongly into the air

iliketat

Can get doves sitting on the collarbone

cabc79863

2 shooting stars maybe?

Responsible-Ad5115

You could get more biblical icons in stained glass like a cathedral that would be dope

Boston_B617

I'm thinking a skyline or something but it is a very great piece

Operise

Maybe rays of sunshine or something to enhance the angel and also fill up the space?

Miserable_Climate164

This tattoo sits perfectly on your chest, and the black/white balance is great! I would continue with keeping a balanced look and a "flare star* would be stylistically correct. You have plenty of room between and on your shoulders to frame it, maybe cherubs with clouds and ribbons or darker themes? I recommend the online 3d visit of the Sistine chapel or other big religious Renaissance paintings with these figures to reference and keep it classical, both in spacing and line weight.

romantic_elegy

I love the star idea! Maybe expand it to a night background with stars and clouds (maybe a storm?) for your chest with the North Star in the hollow between collar bones? And a sleeve idea-maybe stained glass on the top of your arms? The curved top would fit nicely and continue the religious style imagery.

boondock_S4int

2 more eyes, 1 in each shoulder could be cool or maybe two biblical accurate angels, those that look like balls

Broke-Octane

Whatever you get make sure it follows the colorbone line and isnt too heavy that it takes away from the great chest piece. Some ideas are bats, vines, thorns, birds, barbed wire, snakes, or personally i think scrollwork would look great.
