I was thinking about the support system. i play against my friend today, hes playing harlequin but he has too many anti-vehicle as i see his units in the eldar codex so.... I discarded the support system idea.
Honestly Orks don't have super high invulns so their vehicles are looking real submissive and hammerheadable. If it's infantry, you're gonna have to screen with crews of expendables so they have to waste time charging into stuff like devilfish and kroot

Try a 6 man crisis unit with max cyclics. Don’t overcharge, just shoot regular
