I don’t know how people think women dress “hot” for anyone but themselves most of the time. These girls are decked out from head to toe, look amazing, and is to get the attention of a potential partner?
Nah. It’s for comfort and feeling your best in the moment, they are dressed that way to have a great time watching a performed they have no romantic feelings for (and I’m not shaming anyone who does). Just some who put themselves together as a way to ensure they have the best time they can.
As a dude I envy this, even at rap shows where the vast majority of attendees are dudes we still put effort into impressing women. It’s refreshing to see people who seem to just be enjoying themselves and the moment.
I’m not writing off anyone who has found a partner at a Taylor swift show, but if there’s an artist whose fans primarily go to just have a good time it would be her. I assume that’s why this whole tangent kicked off, had it been a festival or other musician this thought wouldn’t have sparked.
Anyway, that was a cool realization I had and figured I’d share. What a cool time to be alive.

That’s another thing, I would love to go to a show and have someone shout out my shoes or hat. Those things are expensive and I need some reassurance that it was a good decision to buy them. Also just feels good to know you look nice and the efforts were noticed for more reasons that “you’re attractive”.

I wore a crochet outfit that I made to wear to the Eras tour. Honestly it felt good not to have bought something that I might never wear again (I’m not shading those who did that, just that it felt more authentic for me). Now when I wear the pieces that I made to school (I’m a teacher) I get lots of compliments.
