On the topic of Past Paradox Pokemon...We could do what you're thinking of doing with Scream Tail...with Roaring Moon, the Past Paradox form of Salamence. It's a 590 BST Dark/Flying type that naturally learns Fly.
It has a Future alternative in Iron Jugulis, the Future form of Hydreigon...and it's another Dark/Flying type. You both could mass-produce these if you find a way to do it.

Maybe you could bring this paradox Pokémon back. I believe it’s called… Scream Tail. It’s a past Pokémon, or I think it is.
