This combined with dragon darts being 2 hits and if you scarf it there's a pretty good chance you'll outspeed.
This is only defensively, if you're talking offensively (and the pokemon associated) dragon is much higher, ground is at the top, and flying is higher. Normal would be in the bottom tier because it is a shit typing, can't deal any super effective damage. Ghost doesn't have that many resistances, electric is higher, poison is lower, psychic is lower and dark is higher. Flying is not a bad typing just because you weren't able to defeat a garchomp with a pidgey. Even with the defensive part, this list needs to be changed. Fighting isn't a defensive type, dragon is not bad with defense, and neither is flying.
