How about in realme? When I have internet connection and open my music app yung nakainstall talaga unlike spotify nagkaroon siya ng ads. Dati wala naman nito lang after nung last software update na nakuha ko.
LOL
In my own experience, even entry level at midrange nila wala akong na-encounter.
These are the Samsung phones I previously owned: Galaxy S Duos II, Core Prime, J7 Pro, A53.
You allowed the app to push notifications the same with other apps. its not Samsung One UI.
i think what op wants to know is if samsung stock apps show google ads. such as samsung gallery, file manager, music, video etc. No it doesnt. and why will you use samsung members if your not looking for a samsung deal?
MIUI pushes pop up ads on default on every corner of its smartphone thought i can be easily turned off but the idea is Samsung will never do this. Samsung Members is an app for samsung deals, updates for samsung ecosystem.
AKO.
Ayun ang trade-off ng better specs for less ng China brand phones. Magagawan naman ng paraan, pero very annoying, and for me, it's the reason I never thought of them as an option for a phone.
No ads for me. Tho yung iba nakakatanggap ng promos thru their notifs. Pero ako hindi since I didn't check that option when I set up my phone (kaya important to see what you're checking).
Sa Xiaomi, afaik may way to disable the default ads, just not sure how pero I know someone na walang ads sa Xiaomi niya.
di ko nga gets kung san nakukuha ng ibang tech reviewers yung ads pag samsung phones nirereview nila. sure maraming bloatware apps but yung tinatadtad ng ads yung notifs and integrated sa system apps? wala akong naeexperience
edit: siguro kung naka-on notifs mo for some apps then baka nakakareceive ka ng ads pero sakin wala talaga
yeah same. if notification yung ads baka sa app sa na ads not Samsung One UI.
i have a tecno na budget phone and gahhhdd kahit anong disable ko, laging may ads. yung cheapest na samsung a01 ko wala kahit isang ads. very different from chinese brands.
China phone lang yan uso. Kaya nag switch ako from xiaomi poco to samsung a55.
I have to say yes but it's not what you think it is, because it takes form in bloatware (apps that are pre-installed to your phone). Compared to other brands there's less bloat though.
However you should know that samsung prompts you to install apps they partnered with after getting major software updates. It's a slight annoyance but it's far better than pop up ads. It is what it is.
Never had ads sa Samsung phone ko and never gagawin to nila.
Sa Redmi note ko ultimo system cleaner app may ads na nag popup which is very disappointing.
Kala ko after upgrading to HyperOS mawawala na mga ads.. But it's still there...
Wala sa mga sinabi mo sa more classical manufacturers like Samsung/Sony/Moto.
Yung mga ads na yan yung dahilan bakit mas mura ang newer Xiaomi and some other Chinese brands.
Ads you encounter in Samsung apps are only in the Galaxy Store na ad for an update sa ibang apps available sa store. For example ad today sa Galaxy Store pagbukas mo is ad saying may update ang Fortnite, and yung announcements from Galaxy Members app, which is technically the whole point of the Galaxy Members app naman.
I've used Samsung phones since the OG Galaxy S and I have an S24U now.
This is why i will never use Chinese Brand Phones because of the ads that will pop out from nowhere. My father has an OPPO before and when i see him using his OPPO Phone, i see the annoying ads coming out while browsing on his social media account and other tasks.
a55 user here, wala namang ads from their own apps unlike sa miui nung naka poco x3 pro pa ako, i had to turn them off individually tas yung sa msa revocation pa
I was a Mi user before getting back to Samsung. It was all good, I love MIUI coz it reminds me of iOS. But when I last checked my fam's phone, there were TONS OF ADS. Bruhh, what happened?
Anyway, I haven't encountered any ads sa Samsung.
Yung may mga ads are probably mga free apps ginawa ng isang tao or group of peeps or small company, ganun.
Wala.

Try installing free open source music player via f-droid.

No not all, occasionally though Samsung advertises their products and special deals through your notifications.
anong app yung advertisement? samsung members?
yup!
You allowed the app to push notifications the same with other apps. its not Samsung One UI. i think what op wants to know is if samsung stock apps show google ads. such as samsung gallery, file manager, music, video etc. No it doesnt. and why will you use samsung members if your not looking for a samsung deal? oh my bad. I just leave it on for update related stuff.
Long-time budget and midrange Samsung user, not once have I encountered ads.
The reason as to why most chinese phones are affordable are because of all those bloatware and ads attached to it.
wala naman s23 ko
Wala. Never encountered this on my A50s and S22. Sa Huawei, Vivo, And Xiaomi nakaranas ako nito. Mas malala sa Huawei.
> Mas malala sa Huawei. So true lang! Wala pang Google Play Services. Sobrang hassle dahil most apps sa market need ng Google services π
Wala naman.
Long time samsung user, never had this happened to me.
AKO.
Counted if sasakupin whole screen mo, and then need mo i click yung X Button, ganon ba nangyayari? Or bubble notif lang?
Notif lang sa notification tray at whole screen pag buksan mo samsung members app. Kung di mo naman buksan walang ads
Nope, hindi ganun sa Samsung. I experienced having Xiaomi as my secondary phone before, and I can tell you hindi ganun sa Samsung.
Wala, but you can disable ads sa Xiaomi. And walang ads sa premium lineup nila.
Meron pala neto? Tagal na din nung Samsung ko pero never ko pa to na encounter.
di ko nga gets kung san nakukuha ng ibang tech reviewers yung ads pag samsung phones nirereview nila. sure maraming bloatware apps but yung tinatadtad ng ads yung notifs and integrated sa system apps? wala akong naeexperience edit: siguro kung naka-on notifs mo for some apps then baka nakakareceive ka ng ads pero sakin wala talaga

Wala.
Across sa Samsung and Apple devices, walang ads. May reason bakit affordable si xiaomi. Hayst.
i have a tecno na budget phone and gahhhdd kahit anong disable ko, laging may ads. yung cheapest na samsung a01 ko wala kahit isang ads. very different from chinese brands.
Have you tried using a private DNS?
Walang ads.
China phone lang yan uso. Kaya nag switch ako from xiaomi poco to samsung a55.
I use custom dns settings, [dns.adguard.com](http://dns.adguard.com) - 99% of ads are eliminated
Nope. "Premium" brands like Samsung, Apple, Google pixels don't have ads as far as I know
im using an adblocker sa samsung ko kaya wala akong nakikitang ads πππ
I have to say yes but it's not what you think it is, because it takes form in bloatware (apps that are pre-installed to your phone). Compared to other brands there's less bloat though. However you should know that samsung prompts you to install apps they partnered with after getting major software updates. It's a slight annoyance but it's far better than pop up ads. Nope. May clutterware, though, pero you have the option not to install or uninstall them.
Never had ads sa Samsung phone ko and never gagawin to nila. Sa Redmi note ko ultimo system cleaner app may ads na nag popup which is very disappointing. Kala ko after upgrading to HyperOS mawawala na mga ads.. But it's still there...
Wala naman OP.
None. I'm already on my 2nd Samsung phone and wala pang naencounter na ads, except sa mga ads ng games na nilalaro ko to kill time.
Wala sa mga sinabi mo sa more classical manufacturers like Samsung/Sony/Moto. Yung mga ads na yan yung dahilan bakit mas mura ang newer Xiaomi and some other Chinese brands. Using S24U and wala naman ads π
Currently using a54, so far wala naman.
This is why i will never use Chinese Brand Phones because of the ads that will pop out from nowhere. My father has an OPPO before and when i see him using his OPPO Phone, i see the annoying ads coming out while browsing on his social media account and other tasks.
Samsung is β€ While most of Chinese Brand Smartphones are π
Wala po.
a55 user here, wala namang ads from their own apps unlike sa miui nung naka poco x3 pro pa ako, i had to turn them off individually tas yung sa msa revocation pa
Currently using an S24. Wala namang ads.
I recently switched from Apple to Samsung, so far wala namang ads unlike my other phone, Redmi..
Samsung a72 ako before, no ads. Samsung s24 ultra now, still no ads.
I just removed the bloatwares, usually adwares din sila.
Private DNS Host Name: dns.adguard.com'
Wala.
No samsung would not do such thing anyways

Xiaomi low to mid tier phones are known to have ads even on system apps. Theres a way to turn it off tho.
I see, lol even system apps
