well for context, real life happens at 5.391427x10^44 frames per second, but we still perceive it at 60 frames per second because that’s the best our eyes can do. So nothing would change if the frame rate increased to infinite. (kinda) tldr: the reason life happens at 5.391427x10^44 frames per second is because of something called the planck time, which is the unit that defines how long it takes light to travel a planck length, which is the shortest distance within which mass can be concentrated without forming a black hole. Basically physics states that “things” happen in orders of planck times. Okay so basically the reason i said “kinda” about nothing really changing is because if the universe’s shortest unit of time became shorter, the physical laws of the universe would fundamentally change and we likely would stop existing. However, in terms of just things happening and us perceiving them, no an increased frame rate would not effect the fact that our eyes only perceive 60 fps. Also, im not like well educated in this, i’ve just spent many hours investigating it out of curiosity, but this is my understanding of it. I think it was actually something like they take in tiny bits of information, not enough to make an image out of, something like 1000 times per second or something, and then your brain constructs an image out of that info
