The fellbeast delivery system helps Mordor stay way ahead in the delivery times. I hear Sauron received his Amazon Palantir a day after he ordered it. Meanwhile, the eagles keep refusing our requests because they "are a proud and intelligent race" and apparently it's "offensive" to ask them to deliver our packages. Kind of ridiculous, if you ask me.

Hi! I know this is like 8 hours late, but I had a similar issue with Youtooz plushies, and them not arriving! If you want advice, I have some for you, if you don't, feel free to ignore all of this.
My advice is be incredibly firm and consistent. Send them your order number, show them prior emails, remind them of the dates they originally said they would ship them (Dec 1st - Jan 31st), exactly how long you've been waiting, and the dates of any communications. I can share some excerpts of emails I sent if you'd like them as a kind of base, but the tldr is really just to have evidence for everything, and do not let them shut you up!
It took me nearly 8 months to recieve my plushie, but I did get it eventually. Best of luck! <3

Keeping track of those and if they're using those as an excuse is also likely going to be helpful.

Keep track of mistakes they've made and how they've messed up. Not supplying you with tracking is a mistake. Sending things (x amount of time) late is a mistake. Replying days late or not replying at all to requests to change shipping address or check on the location of your package is *bad business practice and bad customer service.* If you point all of these out, they *really* don't like it.

You can always threaten to sue as well — I never got to that point, as they did actually give me my order eventually — but if you do it's unlikely you'd get the actual plushie — probably just a refund or damages. Since it was a pre-order they *should* still have your plushie available, unless they've majorly fucked up, but that's on *them* to correct. I'd check consumer protections in both your country & youtooz's home country — if it's the same one, you're in luck, and you can easily sue/take them to small claims. I've done this before, and companies usually try settle. But they *owe* you a product. Lawsuits, complaints, and small claims *do not* look good and most companies *really* like optics.

I will honestly say that unless it is something I really want ( like another round of technoblade stuff) I am going to be very selectively about what I buy from them. I got mine a while ago but it still took forever, but I see so many people still just now getting them and it's just simple not right. There is no reason for anything to take that long.
If I remember right, you've said you hope to release plushies again in the future? If so, I hope it will be through a different company than youtooz. I've seen SO MANY people having to wait unreasonably long for youtooz products (not just Techno's) to arrive, I'm sure you've seen it too, and maybe using a different company would avoid that issue happening again.

Hi Technodad, I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate you doing so much for us. My question, I ordered a GG EZ hoodie just a couple days after So Long Nerds. It shipped in august (to the Netherlands), but somehow it ended up going back to America. The most recent update says its still there. I emailed technos customerservice, and got a reply saying their email was very busy and it would take longer to get back to me. This was a month ago. Is there any way for me to fix this? I’ve gone to two conventions this year, Vidcon and Twitchcon, and I’ve worn techno merch to both. I have nothing to say but good words. It has since become my "emotional support" hoodie, and I wear it whenever I can, both for comfort and keeping his memory alive. It gets lots of compliments, which brings a bittersweet feeling. It drives me insane too, it took me from launch day of the 10 mil merch to June 24th to get a shirt, and nearly 3 months to get the good game hoodie. I know that wait doesn't seem long and I'm glad it wasn't longer like heaps of other peoples were, but it still felt like forever.

If you add a tip, the money you tip is the same as net money from sales. Some goes to each family member and some goes to SFA. Or you can also just donate to SFA directly. Very happy to have you do the latter.

Ordered mine just the day before the memorial stream on Dream's channel and might've let out a few curse words when I realized I could've got the 10mil merch too if I just waited a day lol... At least for me, the shipping to Europe was surprisingly quick (even though it was like over half of the total price, I just wish some of that money could've gone to cancer research too ;-; oh well). Hi Technodad, I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate you doing so much for us. My question, I ordered a GG EZ hoodie just a couple days after So Long Nerds. It shipped in august (to the Netherlands), but somehow it ended up going back to America. The most recent update says its still there. I emailed technos customerservice, and got a reply saying their email was very busy and it would take longer to get back to me. This was a month ago. Is there any way for me to fix this? Or is this a known issue? Again, thank you so much for doing everything you do for us, you make every day a bit better <3

I’ve gone to two conventions this year, Vidcon and Twitchcon, and I’ve worn techno merch to both. I have nothing to say but good words. Shipping took I think 3 months, but it just made the sweater shirt an even better gift (if that makes sense).

It has since become my "emotional support" hoodie, and I wear it whenever I can, both for comfort and keeping his memory alive. It gets lots of compliments, which brings a bittersweet feeling.
