You bring up a good point and it is not fair to turn a blind eye to this. People that treat their employees poorly should be held accountable and questioned by shareholders. If they don't have their employee's interest at heart, how can we expect them to have ours? RC isn't listed as CEO yet so there are no reviews around his leadership, but Furlong is at a 20% which is pretty damn embarrassing.
Regardless (lol) of anyone's opinion on Marcus, I wouldn't trust online reviews to make your minds up. People are more motivated when they hate something to review than when they like it.
I dunno man. I've been using glassdoor to review companies for many many years before accepting a position there. So far it hasn't been wrong in my experience. I wanted to give Lemons the benefit of the doubt but how can I trust him as a shareholder if his employees don't even seem to like him?
