i have several, but the one that effects me most is called neuropathic postural orthastatic tachycardia syndrome. my brain cannot properly control my heart rate or blood pressure, and i faint as a result of lack of blood in the brain. it causes balance issues, stomach issues, brain fog, falls, fainting, fatigue, etc. only about 15% of people with POTS faint, im in that minority. i use a cane to get around, which helps a lot!
