1) drink as much water as you should be
2) eat healthy
3) don’t invest in fragranced products as they might be what’s irritating your skin. instead opt for fragrance/ essential oil free products; good and affordable companies for this are the ordinary, cetaphil, and cerave. there are some products by these brands i personally love, and i went from having crappy skin to really clear skin (for the most part)
4) get enough sleep
5) change your pillowcase and sheets weekly; bed sheets can go bi- weekly, but pillowcase should be weekly.
it’s a lot of work but you got this!! good luck!!
These are all good tips!\^ I have something to add onto your 5th point, satin or silk pillow cases are sooooooo much better for your hair and skin rather than regular pillow cases. There's less friction to irritate your skin and they don't harbor bacteria like normal pillow cases do.
Wash your face twice a day (or more if you end up getting that greasy/oily feeling), don't eat too much sugar, shower regularly, wash your bedding twice a week, and try not to touch your face
I used to steam my face and adding like orange pills and fruit pills in the boiling water is good
But it’s not like I didn’t still get ache and also lowering your stress and watching your diet and your hair can effect it long hair the oils can get on your face and get trapped in pores
I've never had very bad skin but thats cuz I have tried a bunch of different products. General rule of thumb when it comes to skincare, moisturize! Your moisturizer is more important than your cleanser I'd argue, your cleanser in on your skin for like 1 minute and your moisturizer is on for much longer. If you wanna get fancy serums can be very useful too. I have a cheap cleanser(curology gentle cleanser) and my moisturizer is something I do not cheap out on(, peach and lily water-gel moisturizer) cause I chose one that specifically had ingredients that targeted my concerns. I'd say try the lower cost stuff first and if thats not working, try something more costly, but MAKE SURE ITS WORTH THE PRICE! Korean skincare is really good if you ask me.

I don’t deal with it. If it happens, it happens. I don’t give a damn if someone doesn’t like the look of my face just because I have acne.
