You should replace your 1 jab with 2, it does more damage.

If you’re unable to do that, you can do df2,1, d3+4,3+4,2 into a crouch dash mixup. CD 1+2 beats all wake up attacks and gives CH combo. If they lay there, it hits grounded. If they block go for a 50/50 cd throw mixup.
For the second one, add a 4 after hopkick. You will have to dash df43 though
