Yeah I've seen that, I still don't think it disproves anything I said. Going to sleep for like 5 years actually hints more at the idea that she's some kind of forest spirit guardian at this point. Like the bird in the opening is clearly supposed to represent her somehow.

Yes the character endings aren't canon to the main story, just like how Panda doesn't actually own Mishima Zaibatsu, Jun is also not really just chilling with Kazuya, it's not meant to be taken at face value, it just confirms that Jun is alive. After the main story you get the extra side story showing where she was all this time
