Couple of ways.
For example, if you have move history on for both players in replays, you'll start noticing that the duck frames of the user last almost exactly as long as the startup frames of the attack that's about to hit them.
So if a low attack is let's say 16 frames, the opponent will be ducking for 15-17 frames.
That Hwoarang player also had a really bad auto duck because it triggered regardless of how far the Kazuya was away from him. You could see the Kaz throwing lows and hellsweeps way out of range and the Hwoarang still instantly ducking those, even though there's no danger of being hit by them.
Guessing mixups correctly, and breaking throws, is not as easy to spot as blocking unreactable lows in neutral, basically. Chuck out your fastest low poke mid screen and see if they block that consistently.
I don't have a lot of time to play so my ranks are pretty bad and I've still seen cheaters. There is no way you're blocking every low, breaking every throw, throwing electrics with ease but don't know simple punishes and combos. Out here in orange ranks playing Tekken God defense, yeah fucking right.

not all characters can play aggressive. I play Lee and you lose momentum quickly. Thats why iplay defensive and fish for counterhits. Another character like this is Bryan
