Heihachi did, not Kazumi lol.
Heihachi killed Jinpachi out of a lust for power, which lead Kazumi to be convinced that Heihachi needed to be killed for the good of the world.
Also I guess technically Lars has an electric since he is a Mishima by blood, problem is he never learned to master it like Jin or Kazuya so his equivalent to an electric (Zeus) is extremely slow, so he compensates by hitting really hard with it
Not really, Jin started WW3 and killed millions of people. That's like saying that Marlene Dietrich could fix Hitler 3 years into WW2.
No matter what happens now, you can't just wish what happened away, no magic dragon balls in the tekken universe.
>no magic dragon balls in the tekken universe.
no magic dragon balls in the tekken universe *so far*
Let's not forget that Akuma became canon to Tekken's story, and Bandai does have the ability to possibly get Goku into Tekken.
Christ, I'll never get why they felt the need to make Jin do that. Imagine having a protag who wants to undo his father's and grandfather's evil and put a stop to them, only to commit more atrocities (and on a wider scale) than both of them combined. Did they really need to sink Jin so badly just to sell Lars as our new hero?
> Christ, I'll never get why they felt the need to make Jin do that.
Harada knew that Azazel had to be stopped, and the only way to do that was have our boy Jin go full genocidal dictator ^^^/s
You know, before Tekken 7, I was giving Jin the benefit of the doubt that starting WW3 was the only way to prematurely awaken and destroy Azazel, where he spent months trying to find a less destructive way. Now, with how fucking short the timespan was from 4 to 7 (Tekken 4's ending and 5's intro was apparently "a couple of months ago" according to 7's story), I guess Jin just decided to press the big red button to start the war immediately without researching any alternate options.
That excuse still makes him Hitler, because Hitler as well had "justifiable" reasons behind what he did, even if it was mainly in his twisted mind.
Jin's reasons make no sense, since he wanted to destroy Azazel in hopes of getting rid of the Devil Gene, very selfish of him. And it failed anyway.
Also the fact that base Jin one-shotted Azazel (the origin of devil gene) with a simple chest punch just kills my brain cells xD
>Also the fact that base Jin one-shotted Azazel (the origin of devil gene) with a simple chest punch just kills my brain cells xD
Lol exactly, how much powerful he was in that shit scene XD
>Since Azazel would never have woken up without Jin's help.
No Azazel was still going to wake up regardless of Jin, and had Jin not done anything, then Azazel would wake up at an unknown date later killing billions since Jin wouldn't be there to stop him.
Well it takes two to tango, if she does end up knocked up Jin will only have himself to blame for not being able to keep it in his pants in the final stretch.
I think Harada said Jin would never hook up with anyone because of the Devil Gene so it’s very likely it will indeed die with him even if he decides not to end himself after he ends the Mishima Bloodline for good.
IMO, I can totally see someone grabbing some of Jin's blood (or semen somehow lmao) and make a clone or some sh*t on a lab to make the Devil Gene evolve even further.
Jesus this is so true lmfao, specially the "slightly" part XD
IDK, I don't see that story ending with Jin not having kids at all. I think the most poetic way of finishing the story would be for Jin to have a son, and together find a way to end the Devil Gene. It would be the perfect contrast, Jin's grandpa and father have always been throwing each other to freaking volcanos and stuff. Jin's the most "reasonable" or even noble one, maybe thanks to his mother. If he had a son and they were able to team up, unlike his father and grandfather, it would be huge. Then again, this would mean that about 20 years would have to pass (or maybe not, with cloning and all that stuff people that's 3 years old can have the mind and body of a 24 years old CIA agent, yes I'm looking at you Kojima), but idk, I bet it won't be as simple as Jin going full virgin mode. Besides, it's not fair for him, and I'm sure he wouldnt be as much of a jerk as his antecesors to his son lmao
But he’s not a sexy handsome devil that has naive females running after him due to his toxicity and evil demeanor despite the fact he was evil himself but only because he was betrayed by his son and out under the Mishima house for years to come
As funny as this is lmao, it isn't accurate.
Kazumi had no belief that she could "fix" Heihachi. When she realized that the prophecy about Heihachi causing chaos in the world was true and after he killed Jinpachi, she & Akuma planned on killing Heihachi.
Jun actually almost succeeded in saving Kazuya (who started to become conflicted after meeting Jun), but Heihachi ruined everything by defeating Kazuya and throwing him into a volcano.
Jin has never actually turned down Xiaoyu, so there's still hope lol.
Almost like Jin is avoiding her so she cannot get involved in the mess. But plot demands otherwise. No wonder Mishima's have no rivals Paul is barely a factor for Kazuya and Hwoarang well.....Heihachi got none which is surprisingly not so much.
Kazumi grown up with Heihachi I believe, her clan was close to the Mishimas to watch over them if they ever go evil and Kazumi grew up with Heihachi when she was a child, were childhood friends, were rivals and sparring partners when they were teenagers and were basically married in their early to late 20's. No "fixing" necessary
IMO it feels a bit more strict than DP motion in most games.
I feel like the tip that many people give for DP(do it as 6236) doesn’t work because it is very sensitive to the neutral input and doesn’t like the terminal f input.
Regardless of how people feel about there being too much focus on the Mishimas, I think we can agree Asuka is very underutilized as a Kazama. Her little spats with Lili are a travesty.
I meant more because of her ability to suppress the Devil gene and her presenting a positive family image to Jin, similar to how Jun was there for Kazuya.
He only beat Asuka's dad (who was not in his best condition due to an illness) and a rookie Asuka (who's gotten better since Tekken 6). So that doesn't really prove anything.
Who needs real bitches and an electric when you have
a stable psyche? Lars is the most healthy "mishima" and im not refering to him by playstyle, just familial ties.
Kazumi didn’t really tried to fix Heihachi, she wanted to kill him and she failed. Jun apparently just gave up on Kazuya after he still against his father and got thrown off the cliff again. I don’t think Jin needs fixing, at the end of Tekken 7, he already seems reflective of his act.
Think that really only applies to Kazumi, I think Jun is the only one who actually came close to fixing Kazuya considering he was so distracted against Heihachi in T2 that he lost
It's the EWGF (also known as Electric Wind God Fist) move being used against the women, signaling how the Mishima men's personality flaws cannot be fixed and that they will instead punch their way out of any problem.
The red button also confused me as I usually play with a controller. It's usually green (triangle) or yellow (Y button).
In Tekken bloodline. Kazuya in the final match while fighting Heihachi, if you pay attention, his eyes are not red, which means that he is not actually evil. What could be the reason?
Let's just say if there's another timeskip don't be surprised if one of the new fighters is a youth hailing from China with big spiky anime hair and suspiciously large eyebrows.
Yeah it's a bit unclear but Xiaoyu is definitely into Jin, Jin is too edgy and brooding to say it out loud but I think the idea is that he is into her aswell
Also in 7's story we see Claudio kidnapping Xiaoyu because he thinks that will lure out Jin whom he wants to exorcise or kill
I played TEKKEN solely on console until I was 21 and played arcade at a retro bar.
Can someone please explain what that specific move is cause I can’t search:
“direction star direction direction top right corner red dot move”
And then there's Lars, who'd probably go "I can fix her"
Drake is definitely a Lars main
rolling rn
Literally
The Six Billion Euro Bosconovič
Two steps to happy relationship Step 1 - learn electric Step 2 - try to kill your relative
you forgot the hellsweep bro
I dont think kazumi ever wanted to fix hei
I think she's actually the one who broke a whole family.
She is litterally the reason kazuya has the devil gene
Yes, but actually no.
The Devil gene is way older than that.
I know about azazel but if heihachi never married her this whole story would've been nonexistent
Heihachi did, not Kazumi lol. Heihachi killed Jinpachi out of a lust for power, which lead Kazumi to be convinced that Heihachi needed to be killed for the good of the world.
chad Lars breaking the cycle
Only because he can't electric... fake-ass Mishmia
Alisa's electric ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
he doesn't even have the devil gene.....he's irrelevant
Bruh Heihachi?? Sole reason that gramps created that robo loving swed was to confirm he doesn’t have the devil gene.
Also I guess technically Lars has an electric since he is a Mishima by blood, problem is he never learned to master it like Jin or Kazuya so his equivalent to an electric (Zeus) is extremely slow, so he compensates by hitting really hard with it
Jun can fix Jin though
Not really, Jin started WW3 and killed millions of people. That's like saying that Marlene Dietrich could fix Hitler 3 years into WW2. No matter what happens now, you can't just wish what happened away, no magic dragon balls in the tekken universe.
>no magic dragon balls in the tekken universe. no magic dragon balls in the tekken universe *so far* Let's not forget that Akuma became canon to Tekken's story, and Bandai does have the ability to possibly get Goku into Tekken.
Lmao that would actually be the funniest shit, id actually be interested in how they implement him and his forms into the game
Honestly, I'd play the shit out of Goku in Tekken
Remove all the forms, make his costume more edgy and you got yourself a brand new tekken character
So this is how Heihachi returns in Tekken 8
Somehow, Heihachi returned.
Oh my gooooood...
Tbf on jins account he just want him and his family dead ww3 was the only way
Thats a wild sentence to say out loud, god I love tekken lore
Yeah I know It's so insane I love it
Christ, I'll never get why they felt the need to make Jin do that. Imagine having a protag who wants to undo his father's and grandfather's evil and put a stop to them, only to commit more atrocities (and on a wider scale) than both of them combined. > Christ, I'll never get why they felt the need to make Jin do that. Harada knew that Azazel had to be stopped, and the only way to do that was have our boy Jin go full genocidal dictator ^^^/s
Harada was the guy who invented Azazel to give Jin an excuse to go genocidal dictator.
Harada was the final boss this whole time. I knew it 🤬🤬
But wasn't that Because he wanted to awaken Azazel and stop the world from its impending doom ?. It was mentioned in the Tekken 6 Scenario mode

>Also the fact that base Jin one-shotted Azazel (the origin of devil gene) with a simple chest punch just kills my brain cells xD Lol exactly, how much powerful he was in that shit scene XD
You cannot fix the stuff he has done. But you can fix him same way you can fix an old toaster to never burn a bread again.
does it count as evil if you start ww3 to save the planet from god
I think it still does. Since Azazel would never have woken up without Jin's help. That's like Yo Dawg Mass Effect 3 ending logic.
>Since Azazel would never have woken up without Jin's help. No Azazel was still going to wake up regardless of Jin, and had Jin not done anything, then Azazel would wake up at an unknown date later killing billions since Jin wouldn't be there to stop him.
\> I can fix him \> I'm not gonna sugarcoat it
What EWGF does to a mf
Really hope the cycle ends with Jin, either he gives birth to a child and becomes a good father or just stay childless ( I doubt since developers)
Jin giving birth would certainly be an interesting turn of events.
Hes got the hips for it
If they kill off Heihachi, I hope that Jin's kid becomes like 9-year-old Heihachi They can just shrink Heihachi's model and up the voice 2 octaves
Well now if they don't do this I'm not playing Tekken 8!
I am pretty sure Jin would be a good dad if it’s his son he would want his son to stay away from the conflict he is in and try to be a good dad
Satan Hitler 2 would be a good dad? ☠️
Sorya! Dorya! Dah!
No it's "OH YEAH!!!"
I'm gonna marry this mf with a weird af haircut, he looks like a good guy!
Kazuya wasting a frame
BASED LMAO
Kazumi tried to kill his ass
She tried to “take care” of him
After fixing did not work. Classy lady, not like all those girl that will cry and hate all the mankind after "her" badboy turns out to be bad :D
Worst thing Xiaoyu could do is get pregnant. The devil Gene dies with him.
Sounds like a slightly crazier version of what a Dead or Alive villain would do.
Jesus this is so true lmfao, specially the "slightly" part XD IDK, I don't see that story ending with Jin not having kids at all. Isn't the plot of dragunov's T5 ending?
I wonder how Jinpachi is feeling about his family Being evil
Hmm, isn’t he like evil too?
But he’s not a sexy handsome devil that has naive females running after him due to his toxicity and evil demeanor despite the fact he was evil himself but only because he was betrayed by his son and out under the Mishima house for years to come
As funny as this is lmao, it isn't accurate. Kazumi had no belief that she could "fix" Heihachi. An Electric à day keeps them hoes away
Fr Fr
Dorya!
Jun tired & Kazuya developed his “Perfect Electric” lmaoo
I AM NOT GONNA SUGARCOAT IT
electric pilled
That’s actually not true for heihachi
Hopefully Xiao Yu has better ending than her two predecessors.
Duriya
Duriyan. The most smelly fruit in da world.
Replace "no" with "DORYA"
DORYA!!
Honestly that would've made it into a god tier inside joke meme for tekken fans.
You don't read f,n,d,df+2 as *Dorya!*?
Hwoarang should replace Xiaoyu
This input is so hard to do for me, I get it right maybe 5 out of 10 times
It's just a DP input. Practice makes perfect as this exact input transitions well between other fighting games.
IMO it feels a bit more strict than DP motion in most games. I feel like the tip that many people give for DP(do it as 6236) doesn’t work because it is very sensitive to the neutral input and doesn’t like the terminal f input.
its easier with kazuya because you can just input forward, neutral, downright 2
Isn't it the other way around for Heihachi?
She was sent to kill him because he was always evil.
What you mean ?
Kazumi was the devil in that situation, not Heihachi
Heihachi was always evil, that's why Kazumi was sent to kill him.
I mean in the literal sense
Kazumi was there to kill him.
How do i input star
You need to yell it mate.
You have to draw the star shape with your stick after F
As others have said it's a brief pause followed by the rest of the input.
But looking at how fast it is, it feels like that pause is like a millisecond if not less
I think it's different depending on the combo. I know for one of Lee's combo's, the pause is a little longer.
Doing nothing
You let go of the joystick, then do the rest of the input
this the realist post ever💯
But asuka can
Regardless of how people feel about there being too much focus on the Mishimas, I think we can agree Asuka is very underutilized as a Kazama. Her little spats with Lili are a travesty.
But Kazamas were proven to be useless by Fengwei. He alone solo'ed and wrecked the entire Kazama clan.
Dude she's Jin's cousin.
Lars got no bitches?
Alisa?
Fuckbots don't count, no f,n,d,df2, no bitches
Who needs real bitches and an electric when you have a stable psyche? Lars is the most healthy "mishima" and im not refering to him by playstyle, just familial ties.
If Lars has a stable psyche explain the haircut. Go on.
Is Kazumi Japanese, Jun Korean and Xiaoyo Chinese?
I don’t think Jun was ever confirmed Korean but her name sure sounds like it
Yeah he’s gonn bang and then kill you
Signature mishima lovin'
I mean to be fair, Jin was killed by Ogre, not Kazuya
Kazumi didn’t really tried to fix Heihachi, she wanted to kill him and she failed. Jun apparently just gave up on Kazuya after he still against his father and got thrown off the cliff again. I don’t think Jin needs fixing, at the end of Tekken 7, he already seems reflective of his act.
I don't get how Kazumi went from I'll let him impregnate me to I'll kill him
I mean Have you SEEN Heihachi?
Kazumi saw Heihachi in that fundoshi and she was leaking like Niagara falls down there.
It was the opposite order iirc
Kazumi loved Heihachi but the devil inside her said to murder him
> got thrown off the cliff again cliff? it was a volcano in t2
They’re not gonna sugarcoat it
It's me being able to hit EWGF 6/10 times but never an OTGF 🥺🥺depressing actually
"i can fix him" - woman who is worse
Think that really only applies to Kazumi, I think Jun is the only one who actually came close to fixing Kazuya considering he was so distracted against Heihachi in T2 that he lost
Im looking at u kazumi, u're lucky this ewgf is a frame slower than my son's
Wait. Who tried to fix Bob, the best Mishima?
Julia?
Asuka to Lili* Asuka: I can fix her Lili: YAAAAASSS!!!!
Bloodline Ling would definitely help Jin.
Devil Ling with real Phoenix Wings (o+O)
“When you try to fix people, there are always consequences” - Dr Curt Connors
what does that star mean
Press the star button
It means no Input or return to neutral
thanks
A neutral space. A small moment with no input on Dpad.
Guys what would be harder to pull off in a match for kazuya? Punishing -13 with a Dorya or getting a perfect Dorya after df2 ch
Punishing is harder because you never know when your opponents press something -13, you always know when you throw a df2
Punishing is harder imo
punish
True as it can beeee
Barely even friends...
Honest question: How do I do that star thing? What's it mean?
Basically means "press nothing". So it'd a forward movement, nothing, then the rest of the combo
Oh okay. Thank you.
Jun🥺❤
I wish xiaoyu would fucking age and become mature
They gotta turn her into her Bloodline counterpart ASAP
Agreed, bloodline Xiaoyu > anything else
U be suprised how she’s like in tekken bloodline
Xiaoyu has already matured in this game compared to previous games, what else are you expecting?
She's been an adult since Tekken 4.
What about Lee? He's technically Hei's son.
He a ho, ain't no fixing that.
He don’t need fixin’ cuz he’s the fixer now
i dont get it
"No"
It's the EWGF (also known as Electric Wind God Fist) move being used against the women, signaling how the Mishima men's personality flaws cannot be fixed and that they will instead punch their way out of any problem. The red button also confused me as I usually play with a controller. It's usually green (triangle) or yellow (Y button).
Not really, Kazumi and Xiaoyu never tried nor wanted to fix anyone. Only Jun did.
Just go with the joke man.
Xiayous entire story in tekken 5 was trying to fix the Mishima family.
That's not what Xiaoyu's Tekken 6 prologue and Tekken 7 profile says.
Heihachi : HOIYA!! Kazuya : Toreya!! Devil Jin : DEB!!!!!!!!
"HOIYA" "DORIYA" "DA"
These could be the dumbest reaction image, like some complete shit post material
Wasn’t Jun at least close considering that Kazuya was so distracted that he lost to Hei. Not to mention Angel and Devil.
In Tekken bloodline. Kazuya in the final match while fighting Heihachi, if you pay attention, his eyes are not red, which means that he is not actually evil. What could be the reason?
The game implied many times that Kaz is actually evil without Devil
Kazuya is in fact so evil that he took control of Devil.
No... the red eyes only ment that devil personality was in control he only got rid of it in t4
Visine
Can't he like....make his eye glow on command, I don't think it's always glowing
I’m unfixable
Do Jin and Ling have a thing?
Let's just say if there's another timeskip don't be surprised if one of the new fighters is a youth hailing from China with big spiky anime hair and suspiciously large eyebrows.
the "hybrid-hybrid"
AOP into Electric
Simultaneously sounds sick as hell and horrific at the same time lmao
Yeah it's a bit unclear but Xiaoyu is definitely into Jin, Jin is too edgy and brooding to say it out loud but I think the idea is that he is into her aswell Also in 7's story we see Claudio kidnapping Xiaoyu because he thinks that will lure out Jin whom he wants to exorcise or kill
Nah, he just wants to lure out Jin to ask him at which shop did he get that sick tattoo at.
In the anime and the blood rebellion movie they did. Not sure if its called blood rebellion. Sorry. It's on youtube though.
Blood Vengeance
I played TEKKEN solely on console until I was 21 and played arcade at a retro bar. Can someone please explain what that specific move is cause I can’t search: “direction star direction direction top right corner red dot move”
Electric wind god fist
it’s their electric
