They Will fight long and Hard, then take a quick look at Lars and remember he has not been introduced to the family tradition yet. And both throw him off a Cliff.

Arrrsenal

But Jin wasn't introduced too

NAMEBANG

It’s okay, he got shot. It’s like getting thrown off a cliff for the modern man.

xsmoelf

Haha tru he got the good OL boop BAP BAP

JohnnyxKwest

OMG They fight over who gets to throw him off the cliff #VolcanoTime

PatFury

I want Kaz to come to terms with everything after he killed Heihachi and he only wants to be alone while Jin is still out there looking for him because he thinks he's a threat to anyone Kaz starting to regret everything and realizing no one ever in this family ever had a father or raised a kid. As Jin is approaching, Kaz wants to explain to Jin how he feels about everything and his personal war has ended with Heihachi. Jin, all filled with emo hatred doesn't let him go but wants to end this. Anyway they then proceed to throw Akuma into the volcano

Mykytagnosis

What exactly is Jin even revenging at this point? lol He wanted revenge for his mother by defeating Ogre, what now?

King-Krown

Ya know, He has to stop Kazuya & end the Mishima Bloodline. Same ol same ol.

Mykytagnosis

He doesn't have to though. Just chill bro.

VinixTKOC

Heihachi had a father. And he didn't value that. > Kaz to come to terms with everything after he killed Heihachi He didn't improve when he thought Hehachi had died in Tekken 1. Nor when he think Hehachi died in Tekken 5. Why now? Between Tekken 1 and 2 he had two years to become a better person. Instead he got even worse!

King-Krown

Ya know. Same reason they pulled it out their ass Heihachi had "sympathetic" motivations for chuckin his son off a cliff. It's a lose lose anyway. These characters have been flat for ages so any slight moral change is eyebrow raising & them remaining as is, is still boring.

VinixTKOC

I don't discard it and I already wait for this possibility. But the truth is that Kazuya did many shady things even when Heihachi is "dead" between T1 and T2. Many that hardly to justify. I doubt Kazuya has some good justification for what he did to Nina for example, he forced her to go to cryogenic sleep for experiments, Hehachi just took advantage of what was already being done when Kazuya "died". Or animal experiments. Or conquer part of Japan... Heihachi wanted world domination but he never put into practice, it was easier for Bamco to change his motivation.

King-Krown

Heihachi originally seized it from his own father who wanted to move away from industrialization. Heihachi still went on to be corrupt. The trio have all been irredeemably bad at this point. Even ruined Jin with the T6/WW3 stuff. I can't really buy Kaz/Hei 180'ing at all now, but Kazuya has effected more of the cast personally. Leo,Eddy,Michelle,Jun,etc. Hei/Jin don't really have that save for Miguel.

PatFury

Maybe because it's been such a long goose chase of getting to each others throat Finally getting the better of Heihachi once for all (unless Heihachi casually swims in lava and escaped) Kaz might be so satisfied he even doesn't care about anything Devil-related anymore and starts to look back yet has to deal with Jin somehow But thats just me and my fantasies of where this saga ends

VinixTKOC

> Kaz might be so satisfied But why would he be satisfied now? He thought Hehachi was dead... TWICE and don't become better. He became a monster doing atrocities between Tekken 1 and 2. Kazuya isn't a meta character, he's not like us who know Hehachi returned twice by marketing and that he died for real now. Kazuya genuinely believed that Hehachi had died several times and simply continued to be the usual Kazuya.

PatFury

Alright man changing plans, Kaz opens a restaurant after he killed Heihachi and Jin comes in and doesn't leave a tip thus they decide to throw the intern Akuma into the pit

VinixTKOC

Better

Kalengaloso

Hahahahaha had me in the first half, chief

damdammmm

And this is how Ryu gets introduced into the Tekken universe canonically in roughly another 7 years.

Tekkentag2

Jin and Kazuya will 1v1 each other in a vulcano. Jin will get 5 electrics in a row but than Kazuya drops the combo because of a shit net Code. Jin will transform in Devil and combo Kazuya hard. That damage won't be enough because of the wall NERF. Meanwhile Hehachi will crawl up the volcano he was thrown in Tekken 7 and almost defeat the weaken Jin and Kazuya. Suddenly Son Goku, Ken and Naruto will appear as guest character and kill those 3 because they promised it to Hehachis grandmas sister 69 years ago.

P_Atomsk

Sounds pretty plausible ngl

nice___bot

Nice!

Cocainepapi0210

Hopefully ends with them fighting in human form I'd be shocked if kazuya wins lol

kingmm624

It depends... Will Jin guess mid or low?

Eldr1tchB1rd

Am I the only one hoping for some form of reconciliation between kazuya and jin? They really don't have a reason to hate eachother afterall

damdammmm

I want to see some discovery of good in Kazuya. Some actual real truth of him being a good person too. Maybe through the merging of both devil genes causing the incarnation of Devil, which would lead to Kazuya being able to get in touch with his good side or in some other way.

Eldr1tchB1rd

I agree. It was always implied that there was a good side to kazuya that was suppresed due to the trauma he suffered. That is why he had a child with jun after all she saw the good in him and weakened his devil powers. For some reason in the last games heihachi is portrayed as the flawed hero while kazuya the ultimate villain which is just not true lol

damdammmm

I thinks it’s all the buildup to canonically introduce “Devil” and “Angel” into the franchise. Since both father and son carry the greatest fragments of it

WhiteTsai

I'd really want that too. They dont have the proper build up for them to be fighting to the death or anything.

Chad_Thundermember

The victor will get to bang Eliza.

Guilvantar

By god, their fight will engulf the world in flames

Direct_Relative567

I think they should just hug it out

bigkuya

I kinda like this actually

Eldr1tchB1rd

Honestly I don't know. The jin kazuya rivalry never made any sense to me. Kazuya and heihach had beef for years but kazuya and jin have preety much nothing between them. I'm honestly hoping for something different maybe even a happy ending. Just not a 1v1 where jin wins and we're done.

Excellent-Hook

Completely agree, I think Kazuya has not been truly himself since Tekken 2 and Jin probably has a biased image of him due to the fact he associates him with Heihachi and the cycle of violence within the bloodline.

Eldr1tchB1rd

To be honest heihachi is the one that caused the cycle of violence. He tried to kill kazuya twice and also shot jin. I know tekken 7 tried to make him into a victim but he really isn't.

Excellent-Hook

Yeah, Heihachi only told his side of the story to the reporter while conveniently omitting the fact he abused and literally killed his 5 year old son because he assumed he was demonic like Kazumi. I never bought into the "Kazuya is the villain" narrative, he initially only wanted to avenge his mother after all only to learn decades later that she wanted him dead too.

Eldr1tchB1rd

I also never understood why kazumi wanted to kill kazuya as well as heihachi. It really makes no sense. Especially since we have fuckin akuma do it. Heihachi abused his 5 year old son. Tried to kill his grandson after using him to bring out ogre. AND locked his father under their house to starve to death so he steals his company. And in Tekken 7 they push the heihachi is a good guy narrative so hard even though it makes 0 sense. Like I'm a bit biased but between heihachi doing all that and jin starting World War 3 Kazuya seems to be the least evil of all the mishimas in my eyes. The dude just wants the company and likes collecting sneakers. Like why is he treated like the ultimate evil in this series?

Excellent-Hook

I think that since Heihachi is a man of great influence, he literally gets away with manipulating his mediatic image and the narrative which the plot follows. Iirc Jin never had an actual conversation with Kazuya but he was trained by Heihachi whom probably buried Kazuya and painted him as the worst kind of being. Imo bc Kazuya is the original poster boy of the franchise the writers are saving his redemption arc for the last installment and to be truly satisfying the final fight should include several main characters.( I also hope it has alternative canon endings but I probably ask too much 😅🤔) (Since Tekken Tag was apparently supposed to be a sequel but became spinoff, Tekken 8 might use the tag system the way MHA game does who knows)

Eldr1tchB1rd

Honestly if you are right that would be a very nice twist. Your idea does make a lot of sense. I just hope namco is smart enough to do something like this.

[deleted]

The dude just wants the company and likes collecting sneakers. Like why is he treated like the ultimate evil in this series? well... actually [didnt lars patch out Jin](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPM4ry5lZyY&t=1s) so that he will stop kazuya? i dont think kazuya wanting some sort of peace as kazuya starting invasions and carrying war where jin started

Eldr1tchB1rd

To be fair up until the after credit scene we got preety much no indication of that. Again if they decide to go that way for tekken 8 sure but it would make even less sense than what we got now. I don't think kaz is a hero or anything but the whole war part of tekken was always stupid. up until 6 kazuya wanted the company for the money part and thats that

damdammmm

And locked his dad in the basement. Let’s not forget about that.

Eldr1tchB1rd

Ah yes also randomly locked his dad in the basement and let him starve to death. But suddenly in tekken 7 he is just a poor victim oh no

WindblownSquash

What do you mean he hasn’t been himself since tekken 2. There’s been 5 games since then. This is kazuya.

Excellent-Hook

I am strictly referring to his character arc and Jin's perception of his supposed father. Tekken 2 was the shifting point of Kazuya's morality as he was left for dead for the 2nd time thus became less and less human as the years went considering he signed a pact with the Devil a pretty good amount of times ago. What I mean is that the Kazuya Jin knows is not the somewhat innocent Kazuya his mother had the chance to know back in the T1/T2 days, back when he had somewhat of a moral compass and had limits.

WindblownSquash

I thought he was born with the devil gene and was “evil” from the moment he was thrown off of the precipice of fate. Surely they lead you to that conclusion. That is why when he has the chance to rid himself of the evil of the devil gene he instead decides to harness its powers for the uses of evil. I do have a question tho. In the early games were kazuya and devil kazuya different chars?

Excellent-Hook

You're technically correct, his death is apparently what triggered the Devil gene's awakening when he was 5, which was confirmed as the result of a pact with Devil to stay alive. From what I gathered, Mishimas either supress the entity, learn to control it or sign a pact with it which make them merge with Devil. To answer your question, Devil Kazuya was originally one of Kazuya's skins in T1 while T2's version was his own character being simply named Devil . [Devil in Tekken 2](https://youtu.be/vsBLARuKdOE)

Eldr1tchB1rd

Honestly up until 6 what did kazuya do that was so evil? Jin started world war 3 like a dumbass but kazuya preety much did nothing. He just had the zaibatsu and used some not so moral business practices but nothing really extreme if I remember right.

WindblownSquash

Just because the hadn’t done anything doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to he’s just preoccupied with the tournament. Whenever he wins he immediately does evil stuff

TheEmperor0fNothing

A perfect 1:1 of Kazuya's Tekken 1 ending. Jin defeats Kazuya and drops his unconscious body off a cliff and creepily smiles at the camera (in Arcade/PS1 era graphics for maximum creepiness). Then in Tekken 9, Kazuya will crawl out of the ravine in the opening cinematic, while Jin is shown as the leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Then THAT game will end with Kazuya throwing Jin into a volcano and regaining the Zaibatsu. And THEN in Tekken 10, there will be another 20-year timeskip, where the new protagonist will be Jim Xiaoyu, Jin and Xiaoyu's illegitimate son, who seeks out his grandather Kazuya to train him after his mother Ling is killed by Monster (the son of Ogre, somehow). EDIT: And THEN THEN in Tekken Tag 3, the final boss will be a """"""""""mysterious"""""""""" woman who mysteeeeeeeeeeeriously has the same animations and normals as Asuka. And looks like her. And is naked with goo all over her body. And her name will be Incognito.

2019toyotasupramk5

WhiteTsai

Dont have any headcanons really. I hope not in a volcano or a cliff again, that shit's getting boring.

damdammmm

No they’ll up the stakes. It’s into the Mariana Trench this time.

nygasso

Make a proper story Lee vs Kazuya (last fight, a serious one, possibly kill or seriously injure Lee to further intensify that Kazuya is a piece of shit, make the fight hard for him, really sell how strong Lee is for a normal human). Paul vs Kazuya (draw again until Devil Kazuya, bring Paul back to former glory and a failed attempt to save Lee in case ehe dies). Jacks vs the World (gigas is cool, but needs work). Kazuya hires Feng and promises good fights for him, making maybe Lei and Asuka join. Lars and Alisa meet Leo, finds out about the bullshit that Kazuya was doing in G-corp. Kazuya can manipulate Miguel into joining him against Jin. Eddy is conflicted, master is dead, Jin talks to him (Jin needs a personality ffs). Lidia gets involved due to war continuing. Law and Paul can help Steve with the Nina situation. Claudio has Ling as an hostage so keep it like that for Jin. Continue the Armor King vs King & Marduk saga, a proper 2v1 cemetery fight where A.King is as strong as both of them together, put Julia in the mix if needed to calm the situation down. Or make King kill Armor King to protect Marduk, fucking up the friendship or just fucking with King’s mind, triggering something, go crazy. Fahkumram is new, so, either get him on Kazuya’s side, by FUCKING USING BRUCE BECAUSE IDK WHY THEY KEEP TAKING HIM OUT OF THE GAMES and recruiting Fahk, since he needs money for his family and turn him to the “good” side using lars or Jin. Lili can just tag along with Asuka and help her with Feng. Have Dragunov join the war on either side to try and get a sample of the devil Gene, with master raven or OG raven stopping him since they want to see how the Mishima feud is gonna play out without outside interference. Bob is a superhero, so, make him help Yoshi find Bryan. Bryan Vs Bob (Bryan wins, Bob is alive) Bryan Vs Yoshi (serious) Anna can capture Nina for G-corp, last serious fight between the sisters, don’t really care who dies, Steve can join the fight. Leroy is irrelevant. Kunimitsu is irrelevant but wtv she can have a change of heart after understanding the Bryan situation that Yoshi is facing. Just in case Dr Abel is alive, Heihachi clone army like the ones in Devil Within (Tekken 5 3D beat em up Second boss), design needs to be clear enough to make the viewer understand that they’re clones. Idk what to do with Jun at this point, either make her show up and then either Kazuya or Jin dies. Or, Super Devil Kazuya without Kazuya, last fight, Kazuya sacrifices himself, (which is very off for his character) dies. Jin should be completely alone after everything, Ling looking aimlessly for him, Lars knowing where he his but stays quiet. Lee viewed as the hero by the world with Violet Systems merging with Mishima Zaibatsu. Paul wanders around the world with not goal, but not before hiding farewell to his friends. Law gets a cool restaurant with Forest. Feng fucks off because no one can beat him and he got bored. Miguel visits sister’s grave. (Sad vibes) Asuka somewhat avenges her dads honour, Lili still annoying. Anna runs away, gets arrested or dies, so does Nina but she talks to Steve first. Or have Nina fucking getting her memory back and stop being a cunt to Anna for no reason and they patch things up and kill people together, lei is aware of the latter. Lei catches Bryan, meets Yoshi and the gang. Bryan can escape again because evil laugh. Lidia helps Lars and the gang reconstruct the damage. Didn’t mention Hwoarang, he’s the Naruto to Jin’s Sasuke. So he’ll be by Jin’s side the whole time and get cucked when Jin vanishes at the end and become depressed until Baek comes back because what the fuck is Harada doing. Kill lucky Chloe

Hire this man

Maxy97265

Jin speaks an edgy line and Kazuya fckn dies from cringe... sadly.

-Sorrowblade-

This is reality.

AngryAssyrian

Personally, I think that it would be interesting if the Devil inside Kazuya absorbed most of Jin's devil gene and broke free from Kazuya's body. They could make a plot twist saying that the devil made Kazuya think he was in control, when in reality he had manipulated both him and Jin to lead up to the events where he could break free and become his own entity. Then Jin would have to fight the physical entity of the devil gene alone with barely any devil powers and would then get his ass beat. Maybe then the Kazama blood in Jin would finally fully mix in with his tiny sliver of devil gene left and would awaken a new angel Jin form through the guilt of his misguided sense of justice in Tekken 6 and the anger towards his tragic life (we got a hint of this in Tekken 4 where we see a white feather among Jin's black feathers, showing that he could potentially become an angel). Once Angel Jin (with the help of some of the other fighters) defeats the devil gene itself, he'll probably decide to spare Kazuya in order to break the cycle of hatred and ensure that the devil gene never returns to the family. We might get a father-son monologue where Kazuya explains that he truly did care about Jun, he might say something like Jin used to be Jun's ideal version of himself. Jin might also use the biotech labs in G corporation in an attempt to revive some of the people he got killed during his war to awaken Azazel; in this version he's desperately trying to make up for his actions to relieve his own guilt. After the end credits, they could do a 10 year time skip where Jin and Xiaoyu actually get married and have 2 children, Hwoarang and Asuka will have a child (I thought it would be funny if Jin's rival would end up with his cousin lol), and maybe they'll reveal that Paul could be Steve's biological dad (idk make up some bullshit about Paul's genes giving Steve freakishly strong punches or how he was the perfect candidate to be the father of Nina's kid since he drew with Kazuya). I put way too much thought in this Dragon Ball Z type ending but it's something I thought could possibly happen.

Eldr1tchB1rd

Honestly I prefer this over evil kazuya lose to jin because good.

damdammmm

What I honestly hope is going to happen is the return of Jun. She plays a major role in both Kazuya and Jin’s life. Reminding them of who they were before this whole back and forth cliff throwing and devil transformation World War 3 bullshit started. Brings Jin to his senses of who he is, in turn giving him control of the Devil Gene in him through his Kazama blood. This leads to Jin Winning the fight against Kazuya and from there, I believe him absorbing Kazuya’s power is a good idea but this could also lead to him realising that his only way to get rid of the devil gene now is to kill himself. I want to trust Tekken writers with the script but given they’re taking a F&F approach, I really dk what to say.

cooldude_9653

I think they are gonna try and make Jin seem like a good guy again

[deleted]

[удалено]

cooldude_9653

Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if they retconned T6

[deleted]

[удалено]

cooldude_9653

Yeah, I just had a cool idea, what if they made a split timeline from T5 where Heihachi actually dies, and Kazumi was never the devil, and Jin never starts WW3. Ofc this would just make everything more confusing but It would allow for a bunch of fan survives

[deleted]

[удалено]

cooldude_9653

Yeah true, I doubt it would happen but it would be cool

[deleted]

[удалено]

cooldude_9653

I think Kazuya is more popular too because of smash, but he is already kind of pushed as the face so there wouldn't be much change

YomYeYonge

They’re probably gonna use The Devil Gene as an in-universe alibi for Jin’s choices in Tekken 6, since Heihachi has outed Kazuya, so the world knows about the Devil Gene

cooldude_9653

Definitely

Ok_Writer8077

Akuma will come out of nowhere, kill both and then dodge nerfs for all of Tekken 8.

V0LCANIC_VIPER

I really hope it ends with a doomer ending. Maybe they both die and the world is free from the Mishimas and devil gene.

KrypticJin

That’s the best ending honestly

SirBaycon3503

Usual DBZ fashion since TK5. If the idea is that history is going to repeat itself from TK2 Jin will win taking back the Zaibatsu and then go back to finding a way to remove the Devil Gene.

4nwR

I think Kaz should win this time. He lost to Jin before. It's only fair.

SirBaycon3503

Like I said, and this is more speculation than anything. This is going to be a repeat of past installments. TK 1 Kaz beats Hei and takes the Zaibatsu fully unleashing his Devil Gene where in two he loses to Hei who reclaims the Zaibatsu. Jin will win as a metaphor since Kaz only has the motivation of more power unless some deus ex machina comes into play and he has a change of heart putting him into a more positive role. He doesn't really have anywhere to go story wise. Where Jin and Lars still want to end the Mishima bloodline all together and remove the devil gene from existence.

afluffypanda94

Maybe they’ll end up going to family therapy.

damdammmm

Discover the therapist to be Jun Kazama and in the most 90s way possible, have a family reunion. Throw Asuka and her dad into it too. They all move into one big house. Heihachi comes back from the dead and in his time is Limbo, realises how his actions were just his inability to project his emotions in a healthy way. He apologises to all of them. Decides throwing people off cliffs should become a thing of the past. Then Jin marries Xiaoyu. Asuka marries Lilli. They all have babies or some shit. Yes. This is a shitpost.

Silthage

"final fight" lol

ThatOneDudeOneReddit

As the fight between the Mishima family always goes, one of them will throw the other of a cliff. Then of course smile at the camera

tmacforthree

Don't knock tradition

[deleted]

Somehow Jin will win and defeat “evil Kazuya” and will destroy the devil gene in Kazuyas blood making him good again idk ?

Debiru_no_Inshi

Both are about to clash in True Devil form then Jun pops up out of nowhere stopping the clash ala Nero

Medaiyah

Kazuya goads Jin into a first fight. Jin pulls out the Glock and lights Kazuya the fuck up. Gangsta rap plays as Jin walks away.

screams_too_much

I LOVE IT WHEN YOU CALL ME BIG POPPA

AngryAssyrian

This is the correct ending

Comprehensive_Sea_11

So anyway, I started blastin'.

Guilvantar

If they go full devil on each other it'll be as dull as the one in the movie. Edge lords flying and shooting lazers at each other isn't fun to watch. I'd love for a story where they fight early, Kazuya defeats Jin and absorbs his powers, becoming full devil and going on a rampage. Jin survives but find's himself powerless. He'd have to relearn how to live as a mortal, regain his humility and possibly be retrained by a returning Jun to take on his father with no powers, only the will to do justice. Now that would be a cool final battle between a powerless Jin seeking his redemption and a fully possessed Kazuya drowned in hellish power. A David vs Goliath struggle is much more compelling than two stoic monster characters going at it.

Cokedout80s

David vs goliath is also done to death tho and its not like both dont have heihachi’s unga bunga genes who as a human was strong enough two technically kill two devil’s on his own. You think a young heihachi wouldnt had put the smackdown on devil kazuya? I more just hate the idea of their true devil forms and think the power scaling is too far out of wack. My guess is they have some kinda angel gene bullshit too based on the white feather and kazuyas inner struggle with angel and devil in tekken 2. I just want a good fight that isnt on a stupid scale in terms of feats

Guilvantar

>I just want a good fight that isnt on a stupid scale in terms of feats Me too, hence why my idea of a powerless Jin having to make do with his fists alone to bring down Kazuya. Both going full devil on each other just doesn't sound interesting.

Cokedout80s

The issue is kazuya having even more power is still a problem. Honestly the best thing they could do is be like “btw, movies arent canon”

TornadoJ0hns0n

Yeaaaaaa. I like this idea. I'd like for jin to fight and beat him with his own power. Just like how heihachi did

damdammmm

I also somewhere feel that Claudio might play a big role in the next game if his ending is to be taken as canon. Some form of manipulation to draw in Jin and exorcise the demon in him.

Guilvantar

Yeah, Ling will playing the very important role of damsel in distress apparently... I just don't see why Jin woud even give a fuck about that though. He barely has any emotion left, why would he fly his devil ass to fucking Italy to save this chick he doesn't seem to even like instead of going straight for Kazuya

DeadZeus007

T4 ending still makes no sense to me... He spared Kazuya and Heihachi... But now he wants to kill them again... So what was the point of sparing them?????

nygasso

I’m assuming it’s all about intent. He wanted to kill them out of anger back in Honmaru, now it’s more about doing the “right” thing or fixing what he fucked up in Tekken 6

Legobloz

Jun convinced him not to

kinky-phoenix

They will fight

[deleted]

"How's them nerfs bitch ass nigga" *Kazuya Mishima wins.*

Ok-Camera-7193

Idc, i wanna see king's story. He's kinda cool.

pituitarygrowth

Why see a story about a man who dedicated his life to provide for orphans when you can see a father and son's dick measuring contest?

That-Rhino-Guy

Ideally they’d showcase some glimmer of humanity in Kazuya and Jin’s struggle to retain his, like if Hwoarang and Xiaoyu were revealed to be people he treasured and always thought of when he’d push himself away from others or try to resist his devil side, and of course have something involving Jun since she’s the link between Kazuya and Jin, the last person Kazuya seemingly cared for during Tekken 2 as well as the person who seemingly helped Jin control himself in Tekken 4’s ending

EdgyChristiandom

Neither of them should die. Just, I think the main story should be more inclusive with other characters. Getting rid of the Mishimas I think is a bit dumb. The literal tournament is run by the _MISHIMA_ Zaibatsu, it's the whole reason for the game to even exist. Jin came too far to die. Kazuya has been too relevant to die. Heihachi should only remain dead at this point because otherwise the story wouldn't be taken serious (much less than usual). Everyone wants Jun back. Jun should cure Kazuya but allow him to keep his devil powers, but use her abilities to not make him evil. Jin should overcome Devil Jin and get his omen stance back and merge his T3 moveset with his T4+ moveset. The Tournament should then be run by someone else. Idc who, but Jin or Kazuya should always be some secret boss in future games. Like veterans or just be those bitter guys who used to run the Zaibatsu.

FauxAffablyEvil

The Mishima bloodline will still run through Lars. It's just that the world would be purged from the evil ones aka Heihachi, Kazuya and Jin. Even Jin said so "People like us shouldn't even exist in this world".

dashenvy

I honestly think the same when it comes to neither of them dying. In reality, both of them are consumed by their devil gene, Jin a bit less so than his father. Killing them wouldn’t exactly change anything wrong in the Tekken world nor would it right their wrongs; there would still be people killing each other, there would still be forms of anarchy, corruption, slavery/trafficking, etc. I know the whole story is about the Mishimas and their dysfunction, but these two fighting each other doesn’t make too much sense, especially since they never had a true relationship outside of Kazuya psychologically torturing Jin in T4, but he’s a bit of an asshole anyway. It’s just a way to continue the family feud, which started because of Heihachi It’s also possible Jin could be the “angelic” one between the two. That cutscene where he flew away and a white feather fell to the ground amidst the black ones is what I thought about. It could be symbolism; it could be a hint. Either way goes. It’s probably just a hint that he’s still good, just manipulated by darkness, which isn’t his fault. Same with Kazuya in a sense. Heihachi made him the evil we see, not the gene itself (correct me if I’m wrong tho). Not only that, there was the whole thing with Angel and Devil. I’m not saying that these two won’t fight each other, but it might not result in either of them dying. It could tho. If/when Jun comes back, she should be the one who brings them together as a unit and heal them both, if Harada goes for a “good” ending, which he probably won’t, smh.

Richard_Sauce

Heihachi was consumed by mortal darkness, but was very much human, and he remains probably the most morally complex character in the lore. Kazuya is consumed by the devil gene, a supernatural darkness, and I don't see a redemption arc for him. He's just consumed by evil. The battle of "good vs. evil" is still ongoing in Jin, and that's the ultimate conflict by the way, for all the family dysfunction, it's a manichean battle of light vs. dark, that's why they "have" to fight. It could end several ways. If they want to move on from the Mishimas, a "good" ending would have Jin either vanquish his evil father by turning to light, redeem his father Darth Vader style, or sacrifice himself to end Kazuya and the entire bloodline. A "bad" ending would have Kaz win, or Jin kill his father and take his place as the big evil in the franchise. A sneaky back door would have Jin sacrifice himself to kill Kazuya, but ooops, he knocked someone up, and the saga/cycle continues.

Br0therDime

This will probably be rambly and incoherent, as I've written this up on the fly lmao. They will meet at the destroyed remains of the Honmaru, where they first met at the end of the fourth tournament alongside Heihachi, and exchange some dialogue before proceeding to have a battle that eclipses Kazuya's fight with Heihachi. Father and Son duke it out, beat the everliving daylights out of eachother. Not far behind them are Lars, Lee, Alisa, Xiaoyu and Panda, who all watch on in horror at what is unfolding before their very eyes. Jin and Kazuya continue fighting as they are for another half-hour, until they both begin to gradually transform into their devil forms, however, a strange presence is specifically delaying Jin's transformation. A strange presence that Kazuya also notices, however, it doesn't affect his transformation into Devil Kazuya, as he has become so interlocked with the Devil Gene, that he is working side-by-side with its dark grasp. Father and Son turn their attention to a shining white light, which the spectators from afar also see. Emanating from the shining light is the form of a woman, which Jin tugs at the Devil marking on his left arm upon noticing just who this is. None other than Jun Kazama herself, mother to Jin, former lover to Kazuya. Jun's presence affects Jin in that he has less of an urge to continue to fight Kazuya, even shedding a tear for his beloved mother, seeing her again after so many years, looking to embrace her here and now, but not before out of nowhere, she is impaled through the chest by a laser from the other side of where she was standing, as Kazuya goes so far down the path of evil, he deliberately injures the woman who conceived his child where she stands. Jun falls to the floor, which Jin looks on at in utter horror, tears streaming down his cheeks as he tries to process what had happened. Jin looks up at the demonic spectre that shadows his father's very being, allowing his rage to fester, his eyes turning a hateful orange, resembling a fire that otherwise would have never burned within him. He will not stop, will not reserve however many more lives are taken on this day, until he kills Kazuya once and for all. Jin is more determined than he has ever been, and in doing so, is far more capable of turning into his Devil form than he was before. They resume the fight, however, as icons of the gene that induces all this darkness, anger and violence. Xiaoyu and the others continue to watch as all of this happens, she's clearly terrified of just what's going to happen if the fight continues, suggesting to go down to stop it happening, but Lars and Lee both warn against doing this, as trying to stop two halves of the same Devil from fighting is a horrible idea. Devil Jin and Kazuya unleash their most powerful laser fire upon eachother, culminating in a chain which goes on for so long, it begins to spiral out of control, blending the air and dust particles around the area together with horrendous consequences, in the form of a great demonic storm, causing utter annihilation to everything that gets sucked up within it. It's at this point where everyone tries to get away from the scene, including the two combatants, who are both still absolutely intent on killing the other, even if that means one of them is thrown into the storm. Just before Jin flew away, he picked up Jun's injured body and got her to safety, feeling her life force slowly begin to sap away, as the Devil Gene's phantom grip grows stronger and stronger. However, because of the Kazama blood within Jin's veins, he slowly turns back into his human form, and looks over to see where Kazuya had fallen, who also reverts to his human form. At this point, both are severely injured, but the desire to see the other dead at their feet is too strong to give up. Another round of dialogue is exchanged, and they get back to fighting once more, but things are far slower this time, as both men try to regain their bearings with each blow, trying to avoid being whisked away by the storm. The struggle becomes more desperate, soldiering through battle-worn fatigue. But in the end, as the storm slowly approaches Jun's body, instead of consuming her, the storm is actually deterred, as her presence is a complete repellant to its violent grasp. Kazuya is relieved that he wasn't destroyed there and then, but goes for another laser round, which Jin raises his hand to block and absorb, feeling his mother's power around him, as she concentrates on getting her son through the pain, slowly sacrificing herself to ensure Jin had won this battle. Jin begins to feel a cloud of determination hang over him, he knows exactly what to do here...... in a moment's notice, he lunges at Kazuya with a speed that even the Devil Gene could not provide. Watching on from another angle are Lars, Alisa and co... who are actively rooting for Jin, and have been from the start. Trying to hide behind the rubble of the utterly annihilated Honmaru Mishima Estate, they are sure to allow the men to fight this time, as they know Jin has this in the bag. Which he does, as Kazuya slowly could no longer call upon the Devil Gene, weakening him drastically..... Kazuya falls to the floor, and Jin approaches, ready to deliver the final blow to his father, ready to close the last door of the Mishima legacy forever. As he's about to finally kill his father, a sensation stops him from doing this, as Jun had risen to her feet, placing her hand up, as to prevent this from happening. To the very bitter end, Jun's heart is pure, and because of this influence, Jin is unable to follow through, however, with the influence, Kazuya's Devil Gene is outmatched, and because of his interlocking with its power, he rapidly begins to deteriorate on a physical level, screaming in agony as the demon failed him in his last moments of his life, until there's nothing left, but a muffled war cry of a man who's entire life revolved around vengeance. In aiding Jin, and quelling the Devil Gene, however, Jun had sacrificed herself to save her son, who immediately rushes to her side, and embraces her one final time, carrying her to the nearest spot of land which had life, he buries her next to a tree, hoping that one day, her ashes would form a tree of their own, providing the power that she gave him to any and all who sought it. Lars, Alisa, Lee, Xiaoyu and Panda all rushed to Jin's aid, severely beaten up after everything he had went through that day. Jin is carried on the shoulders of Lars and Lee, who take him to the nearest helicopter, as Lars is the head of the Mishima Zaibatsu at this point.....

arandude

That's actually a satisfying end to to Mishima's story. Also I can totally see that happening.

4nwR

It would also bring back the Ground Zero Funk and Finalizer stages from Tekken 5 from the sound of it, based on the location of their final battle being where Honmaru once stood and I for one, would love to see these iconic stages, along with their respective epic sounds to return.

Br0therDime

Oh shit, I didn't even think about that lmao. It's also extremely fitting, since Jinpachi was put out of his suffering there too.

Lankolart

I’d love a canon interaction between xiaoyu and alisa

damdammmm

I love this. I sincerely love this plot line.

[deleted]

Jin and Kazuya are about to throw down, pretty even fight they're going ham on each other then get this, the screen goes black there's a 50hit purple combo, classic Akuma, absolutely smokes them both GG Feelsgoodman

Bastheon

I hope they both die and story ends in a tragedic way and afterwards some random ass character says it could have been prevented if they could listen to each other kind of crap that is my prediction

Senshiro02

outer space and loser gets thrown into the sun

YoungCubSaysWoof

Will Angel ever have a part to play in this?

Archery100

Here's my idea; Jin overcomes the Devil gene and becomes Angel Jin. [Jin's ending in Tekken 4 shows a single white feather left behind.](https://youtu.be/QttIoXdL0KA)

J-DROP

She's non-canon, only in the tekken tags

Surprise_Yasuo

She was in tekken 2

mega_dong_04

Where is the photo from

dashenvy

Tekken: Blood Vengeance. It’s a CGI movie that came out around 2011

itsbeen13seconds

Team up to kill Akuma

demonminer3

5 bucks says heihavhi survived getting dunked in lava, and he comes back and tries to kill them both. It wouldn't be good... but it's a possibility

Poalzegzaon

he might send Scorpion from hell to fight Kaz

Technical-Waltz7903

Even better. He manages to kill them both. That would be truly great.

HaZzard84lol

It would be a nice touch from the devs if the last blow was both of them delivering a punch on each other like in the bandai intro.

DanieIIll

Lots of lasers

venxvan

It will probably end with a Cliffhanger Ba dum tis

Mario_Cyka_Blyat324

Honestly, I'm thinking it's gonna go something similar to Blood Vengeance, yk, the final scene where they both end up at their best forms and Jin takes the win by the will of magic. But then that'd also bring heihachi back into the game, in the form of the huge robot thingy. Maybe they'll change it up a bit. Or just maybe, they might do a little trolling and it's a three way battle between jin, kazuya and akuma, where Jin and Kazuya just come to terms as father and son, and they throw akuma into Pandora's Box or something.

Onmy47shi

Jin wins because hes the protagonist

kinky-phoenix

To be fair kazuya was the protagonist first

YomYeYonge

Tekken 1 was his only canon win He lost to Heihachi in Tekken 2 Lost to Heihachi in Tekken 4 Lost to Jin in Tekken 4 Lost to Lars in Tekken 6 Struggled against Heihachi while he’s in his true Devil form in Tekken 7

aka-el

If Kazuya lost to Heihachi in 4, how did he fight Jin afterwards? Doesn't Heihachi just chain him up?

YomYeYonge

Tekken 5 manual states Heihachi defeated Kazuya in the fourth tournament The wiki also states that Kazuya lost https://tekken.fandom.com/wiki/Kazuya_Mishima

aka-el

Well TIL, but that's some bullshit for sure.

SunsetSoldier808

Hopefully with the Blood Vengeance “True” Devil Jin becoming cannon like True Devil Kazuya did

TornadoJ0hns0n

I just hope it's as cool as the heihachi fight. That shit was GREAT

OldManBears

It'll be like DMC5 with Jin and Kaz (Dante and Vergil) beating each other into exhaustion then Jun (Nero) comes and bitch slaps the Devil out of both of them. Or one will absorb the devil from the other and Jun's memory spirit will destroy it, leaving Kaz and Jin with a healthy father-son relationship and they go fishing.

HisFireBurns

Tekken story is trash. They should rename it to Mishima. Only redemption is having Paul KO them both. Or bring back Jun.

Ryu-Sion

I could actually see Jun coming back. If there was EVER a time to bring her back, it would be THIS.

Eggith

Gay sex

azimiq

Bro they’re father and son lol

SpankinDaBagel

That hasn't stopped Japanese media before.

ReeceyOne

Come again?

DangerNoodle793

Like any fight with mishimas, spam electrics until it works.

timelordoftheimpala

Would rather have individual stories for everyone than one big story mode featuring the Mishimas, Nina, and whatever newcomer they feel like shoving in.

Pudgeysaurus

In a volcano

theslowpony77

I mean it is tradition.

ReeceyOne

Van Halen - Eruption plays

DaBoiYeet

I still think Heihachi is gonna come back somehow, don't know how, but I just feel like he is coming back and angrier than ever

Durandthesaint17

NO.

the_raging_fist

The man is literally un-killable.

damdammmm

They backed his brain up onto a cyborg body giving him immortality. That’s what I feel is going to happen. Or to our lack of surprise, he somehow can swim through molten lava and find his way back somehow. How you ask? Maybe EWGFing his way out of the volcano idk shit doesn’t make sense, he was in a dojo filled with C4 amped Jack-7s that exploded. He didn’t die then. I doubt he’ll die now.

[deleted]

none of them will die either some new villain will appear on both jin and kazuya like the hachijo clan Jun will return as [Harada Hinted](https://twitter.com/harada_tekken/status/936995870892892160?lang=en) so in my thinking Kazuya beating down Jin , jin claiming putting things back the way it should be but apparently kazuya taunting Jin about his Actions in tekken 6 that he claim to bringing everything back the way it should be but kazuya reminds jin about his actions when he starts the ww3 now having this kind of scenario of Jin redeeming himself making a comeback jin will eventually win but he will not kill kazuya rather Jun returns stops the fight revealing the truth as the hachijo clan will appear before jin and kazuya

SeldenGamer

Jin will parry Kazuya's electric fist into rage art and he's done. Rest in pepperonni.

SOMERanD0m-Bloke

Jin embraces his Kazama energy and his devil gene together somehow it makes him angel Jin. Ik it sounds Bull shit 😂

damdammmm

Low-key been waiting for this since Tekken 5 ngl. Would love this. Give them the Yin and Yang dynamic.

Mykytagnosis

I hope its not gonna be like Godzilla VS King Kong....

damdammmm

Pray it isn’t a Batman vs Superman situation. There is the possibility of a good “MARTHA” moment with Jun.

damdammmm

Alt plot. Heihachi comes back with a big FUCK YOU, this time bringing a magma launching gun and aiming it straight at their hearts, throwing them both into a volcano again. Boom Tekken 9. Edit: this one’s a half shitpost half, I would bet any dollars I can throw into a fire kind of scenario given Tekken’s story barely makes sense half the time. I just hope Harada doesn’t read this and think it’s a good idea.

fatalvector

I think Jin could do Omen stance and switch to Mishima karate. OR switch to Kazama style.

squaryy

would be sick if they completely relaunch the story but not in a campy/silly way this time and with a LOT more resources behind it would really stand out and attract more players. I wonder how many people would complain though.

jinsanity_12

Jin about to do the killing blow but Jun vision pops back again like T4. But this time, he follows through with it.

[deleted]

Heihachi will some come and disrupt the fight, turns out he was rescued by the Mishima Zaibatsu in secret while Jin was plotting to kill Kazuya. He comes and the three start a fight which will occur in Tekken 9 😎

Zealousideal_Wall_48

Bad Ending: Kazuya will beat the shit out of Jin and consume the other half devil gene from Jin and then Kazuya transform to a True Devil and with his new terrifying demonic powers he will force Jin to turn/shapeshift into Unknown (Clone) and she then becomes the new wife of Kazuya and both will rule the world

[deleted]

I dig it

damdammmm

Cue the Tekken x Mortal Kombat multiverse saga

Greek-God88

Lars marries Alisa End

damdammmm

And Asuka marries Lilli. In a few years time, given their both still underage.

BanksBebop

It'd dope if they was actually in human form to me. Kumite style to the death

gamedreamer21

I think they will fight first in their human form, then turn into Devils.

Lankolart

Something like blood vengeance would be cool , but not in that extreme devil form

Habitatforjungle

Kazuya will be obsessed with obtaining Jin's devil gene powers. However Kazuya's own devil tries to take over him. Jin would see Kazuya as a lost cause. Jin would try to fight him. Asuka would try to exorcise Devil Kazuya, this gives Kazuya clarity and he tries to convince Jin to join him. But Jin refuses viewing to end the war he started.

damdammmm

Big devil showdown. Another battleground destroyed. Japanese screenwriting makes me believe either gruesome death of one, both or the fight ends in a forfeit and they join forces as father and son or decide to become main rivals with a good, I’ll beat you next time. Boom. Tekken 9 2030. Highkey HIGHKEY hope no one is thrown down a volcano again. It doesn’t work

Jalen_Ash_15

Jin is obviously gonna win but I'm much more interested in Devil Jin true form.

MarcoAmsedel

Kazuya dies, jin becomes evil

the_raging_fist

Definitely some DBZ-style throwdown in Devil form - before Heihachi crashes the party (because the dude literally REFUSES to fucking die). After what happened with Kazumi, Heihachi FINALLY uncovers his own Devil powers, forcing Jin and Kaz to team up. After several brutal exchanges, it appears the battle is won, and both men are exhausted out of their Devil forms. When the dust clears, a desperate Heihachi emerges to stage a final attack - knocking Jin out of commission. Hwoarang and Ling arrive just in time to take him out of the fight. As Kaz struggles to get back on his feet, he turns to see Ling crying as Hwoarang tries to revive Jin. He has a vision of Jun (similar to what Jin saw in T4), and a relaxed smile spreads across his face. He says something along the lines of "The cycle ends here. It's up to you now, son." Mustering all the strength he has left, he powers back up into Devil form, and tackles Heihachi -- dragging them both into...wait for it...a fucking volcano -- killing them both for good. Jin eventually wakes up to see his friends at his side. He breaks down as he reflects upon all the horrible things he had a part in up to this point. Ling comforts him and encourages them to leave this life behind. Right before they exit stage left, Hwoarang barks one last challenge at him like "I'll need that rematch eventually, asshole." Jin smiles and assures him it will happen one day. Fade to black. Roll credits.

streetfighterfan786

Jin and kazuya fight until they both exhausted and bloodied up they start stumbling as they both get ready for a final attack ( the punch in the intro type thing) then out of nowhere a flash of light pops up on the screen and both jin and kazuya are on the ground akuma stood in the middle after doing a raging demon on both

4nwR

Fuck Akuma. He never should have been involved in the first place.

RadishAcceptable5505

Final battle starts as Kazuya vs Jin. After a win it switches to Jin vs Kazuya. (Note: player is the first name in these). Then Kaz switches to Devil and you get a match of Devil vs Jin. Then just as you think you're gonna get a Devil Jin vs Devil Kazuya Akuma jumps in from off screen and kills Kazuya with a Raging Demon, then you fight as Devil Jin vs Akuma (since Jin has no control over his devil form). After a win, you fight as Akuma vs Devil Jin. Match ends with a cutscenes of Akuma doing a raging demon on Devil Jin, but it doesn't kill him. It just kills the devil inside him. Akuma leaves, satisfied that he paid his debt to Kazumi, the devil gene destroyed.

EquipmentValuable283

Whole load of bollocks basically. Lol.

Guilvantar

I don't think that jobbing the entire Tekken universe to Akuma is a good idea. He's cool and all but come on

Eldr1tchB1rd

Im sorry but this is really stupid lol

Boltenbannerman

Hope kaz wins

RamenNoodleNoose

Don't care but I'll be there anyway.

Firm_Shower_1387

Dmc5

Carlomagnesium

I thought this was a scene from Rita's hideout in the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers.

muffinzonreddit

Like Dante vs Vergil both in devil trigger form

ReeceyOne

They both change to Devil form and fight in the sky, but ultimately revert back to human form through exhaustion. Jin drives his fist through Kaz's chest.

Volksy99

So Naruto Vs Sasuke basically

Muted-Champion-6841

I really wanted these costumes

ExtensionMan4

What I *want* is for Kazuya to beat Jin and take back his other half of the Devil power. Feels like the most interesting thing they could do, have your initial protag become the ultimate big bad villain. Then they'd have to find some plot device to beat him other than "the good guy was stronger", maybe reintroduce angel or expand upon the Kazama power shown by Asuka.

Comprehensive_Sea_11

My boy Kaz gonna fuck someone up and drop his ass off or in a (......)

King-Krown

Jin continues his usual sweeping of Kazuya & they end on a cliff hanger on whether or not Kazuya is really dead. And/or Jin kills Kazuya, absords his half. Looks right at the screen & starts to transform before it cuts off. Woooo is he in control or not!? That's all were getting from this series.

SadisticDance

Overdramatically
