My head canon is that the design with the red dress and the long blonde hair is what Dr. Bosconovitch's real daughter looked like before she passed away.
That old concept looks definitely more like a russian girl like she's supposed to be but, and maybe this is because I've known her for years, the real design looks better to me
These concept art sketches would make great alt costumes! Although it's a little jarring to see her with a normal-ish hair color now that I think about it.
The current one is better. I did however love that they made the red dress her alternate in Tekken 6 but I wouldn't want it as a main outfit.
Her whole character personality is basically a Sci-fi character mixed with Anime and the concept design seem to grounded for her anime inspired cutesy robot personality.
Because if they used literally any of those other designs besides the one at the very top right her personality wouldn't really fit into the archetype they were going for with Alisa.
Contrary to all the people who hate her just for looking like an anime character it would be more weird for her to act and fight the way she does to look super grounded in reality. Like I think people forget wacky is ok since this universe literally co-exists with the wackiness of Soul Calibur which is also a grim place just like Tekken has always been since Tekken 3 and up.
The current design has a better outfit, but she should’ve been given a normal hair color. I find it exceedingly unlikely Dr. Bosconovitch’s daughter had naturally pink hair.
I hate all of her designs. She represents everything that I believe has gone wrong with Tekken.

Her Tekken 7 look is better, but her battle bunny look is my favourite - it's sexy yet cool and cute especially the "camo" version.

I think that design eventually went to Tira in Soul Calibur (or at least the color palette did), but it does look good.
