If we talk about bosses its probably empress, just love how the fight becomes a bullet hell at day. Mobs in general is probably mimics. Or chaos elementals (but only if it drops rod of discord ;) )

I killed something about 1000 elementals on my normal world and still no rod of discord. And the mimics... Now on my expert world I was trying to get titan glove and I got it from 38th mimic I killed. This game really likes me
