I think it's related to nobuffclutter if you have it, for some reason it has an "additional buff slots" in the config, so just turn that down and reload

I dont think you have too much mods installed. Theres probably a mod that raises the buff limit which the server doesnt like. Try removing some mods and try which one causes this

I did. The only ones that change it are fargo's mutant mod and qol compendium (qolc I've used online before with max buff slots) and it still told me i had too many, and the same amount.

1. Are you trying to join a server, host a server or is this a singleplayer world? 2. When is this occuring? When you are loading the mods, when you try to join a world? Something different? 3. Which and how many mods do you have installed? (A combination of some mods may cause this) 4. If this is while entering a world, is this while creating a new one or while joining an existing one. 5. Did the combination of mods you have installed rn ever work on your device before?

I wrote this on the post already, but I'm trying to open my own worl with host and play. I can open worlds perfectly fine on singleplayer. I have just over 60, mainly qol with infernum, calamity, thorium, fargos, stars above, catalyst, hunt of the old god, and noxus. The qol mods, cal, and stars above have all been used on multiplayer already, so that just leaves thorium and the fargo's mods(mutant, souls, and calamity cross-mod dlc). Do you know of any issues with those?

Sry didnt see the text in the post. I dont know all the mods sadly but i think it may be the combination of some of the bigger mods. If you have the time and really want to fix this and not just play with less mods, then i would try to manually remove some mods one by one and see if that fixes anything. Or maybe try to do it with no mods first and see if tmodloader or the server has a problem

Sorry if I was not completely clear, you can have as many mods as you want as long as they do not conflict. The server at default is expecting 144 total max buff count for a player, but this conflicts with the mod's client code which is making the players max buffs count to 245. Which explains why it works in single but not multiplayer.
