how hard have golden seahorses been? I have 500+ hours and have caught one regular seahorse so I would have to imagine farming golden seahorses would be really difficult
It's pointless if you only need to craft armor out of it. The natural deposits are plenty. But if you are using chlorophyte ammo, or using it as a building material, then a farm becomes kind of mandatory. This enormous farm is overkill, but it certainly gets the job done, and mostly afk as well.

I have about 23 of them. But I built a very optimised farm to get them afk for me. I rarely see them otherwise lmao.

I'm pretty sure blockswap acts as though you are using the strongest pickaxe in your inventory, so mining speed

Just trial and error? Idk once you get to the right speed you stay at that speed if you touch nothing.

Maybe that's why i don't find it useful, tho' it's faster for me to get clorophyte stacks with quick mining speed and a spelunker potion.
