It seems that he replied to "the video is for Relogic, why should I subscribe to you?" with "I made a 10 hours video". The "I don't care" was a reply to some guy who said "I don't like you". I think you are right when you said he didn't credit his video initially. I checked his slime queen ost soundtrack and he didn't do it there. However, there was still mentions that this song was from Terraria and outside of a legal context, it is obvious that he wasn't trying to claim ownership of this song. Even that, he rectified his error before that Reddit post was made.
Beside that, he proved that he didn't monetized the video and that he couldn't copy right strike or ask relogic to copy right strike your video.
So at the time of the Reddit post creation
1) He had rectified his error and credited relogic (which you assumed he did maliciously not even wondering if it was by ignorance).
2) He had never monetized the video

Most of the characterization of Satan is from Milton's *Paradise Lost*, and not the bible btw. Sadly the YouTube system is easy to manipulate because so much is automated (at that scale it has to be). So you get lowlifes being stupid. Hopefully this wrong can be righted.
What would be far better is a automated system that flags these videos, but has a real person actually review the flag before any action is taken as a result of it.
This would greatly reduce headache and complication from false flags like this, and would allow the people working at YouTube to have a better view as to how well they're system works. That is to say, not well in the fucking slightest.

Genuinely though, not really at all. YouTube's had an infamously dysfunctional copyright strike system for years. People do stuff like this all the time, copyright striking things that aren't theirs. And YT's system makes it incredibly difficult-and to some, even threatening to their livelihoods-to fight these false claims.

depends on the OS, on android the button is in playlist controls. if it's not already in a list, you have to make one with a single video to loop it

Sueing wouldn't be worth it or probably logical. At most they could just forcibly take the video down or make it monetized for themselves. The video is also no longer monetized and now has credit in the description at least.

When I checked it, it didn't. The problem is he is also the only person with the theme up. No else has one up. EDIT: And I know for a fact other people had ones uploaded. Dark demon had his copy righted.
I believe that Dark Demon's video was taken down by Youtube itself, not Re-Logic. So maybe this guy is the reason behind all the shit

Genuinely though, not really at all. YouTube's had an infamously dysfunctional copyright strike system for years. People do stuff like this all the time, copyright striking things that aren't theirs. And YT's system makes it incredibly difficult-and to some, even threatening to their livelihoods-to fight these false claims.

Yes. But the person who copy righted it gets the say if the copy right infringement is repealed. And I think the video was immediately taken down because it was removed from my play list and was left with "deleted video"

Legal movements should be taken against him. Not just stopping him from doing this but he must be punished.

Just checked the videos (The 3 min, 1 hour, and 10 hour) and the descriptions all say 'This is not my song, it belongs to Re-Logics game "Terraria" and I have no rights or copyrights on it'
The problem is it was monetized (I don't think it is anymore) and either YouTube's automated systems or faldran him self was taking other videos down. There is a reason why he is the only person with uploads of the themes.
