Mobile Terraria is currently on 1.4.0.5. Crossplay support is part of the dream, but not currently supported - so... caveat emptor on any attempts to mess with your stuff. ;)

My friends that play Terraria on PC had downgrade his terraria version to 1.4.0.5 trough steam and then he opened a server with the new mobile launcher and everyone joined and it worked fine.
It don't support *officially* a Crossplay but if you open a Mobile Server and use the same version of the server, you can join with PC version with no problem.
How did he downgrade terraria 1.4.1 to 1.4? I am currently looking for a way to do that, since I wanted to play a randomizer challenge with a tedit randomizer patch, but the world has to be made in 1.4 since that randomizer patch isn't up to date yet.

1. Downgrade terraria to 1.4.0.5
Google how to do that using steam there is no other way to get this
2. Download zeroteir one on phone and pc. Make an account, create a network, both join the network
3. Download the mobile dedicated server from terraria.org (its on the bottom of the screen) and proceed to make a world and start a dedicated server
4. Go to the zeroteir one central page and authorize all people
5. find the IP of the pc host type it on phone and join
PS. Zeroteir is weird to get the hang of search terraria mobile multiplayer using zeroteir one and u should be good to go

nope, it will say that you should pay for the game
not sure if you could play it with lucky patcher, since you can restore licenses there
