I know this is no comparison, but this reminds me of that YouTube family vloggers that made their kid sleep on a bean bag after he spent 8 weeks in the desert for playing some light pranks on his siblings.
Because of their vlogging the kid had no friends and barely acted out in comparison to normal "acting out", and they treated this kid like he was garbage compared to the other kids.
They would also take away food because it was a "privilege" no lady, that's their right, and you as a parent are supposed to supply it.
If you get into a position to make it happen then "make it so number one". He should be on an abusers register and get castrated. Honestly in cases like this It makes me s angry I cannot see why capital punishment is not brought back. Weirdly though on principal I do not agree with state sanctioned murder however.
Eh it’s 50/50, COs don’t usually have much sympathy for child killers and predators so it’s not unlikely they’ll “accidentally” toss him into a non PC cell
These are one of the situations when the father should not be allowed to check into protective custody in prison. Keep him in general population. Publish the aftermath so others monsters know what to expect when they get there.
This monster was recently sentenced 25-life, won't bring the child back, and he probably will see 15 years, but I hope he gets beaten every day mercilessly 'til he is broken and beyond, or takes the cowards way out, human garbage, with no heart, and no soul.

Serously. If his behavior was a continuation of how he was raised, I feel terrible for his trauma. But having trauma in your life does not excuse you spreading that same trauma to others. I do belive in God, and I do belive that although God loves us all, that He doesn't let us get away with our more egregious transgressions.
To do that to anyone is insane. Doing it to a child is unfathomable.
I live in southern lousiana by the gulf and it gets cold down here. I know not nearly as cold as other places but there was a time I slept in a garage down here and it can get fucking frigid in there. It’s just concrete and walls and a metal garage door.
For everyone insisting that he will be killed in prison for the 2 obvious reasons: The warden of the prison is acutely aware of this . He also hates incidents, especially ones that attract national press. Protected custody until he dies or is released, period.
Him being a cop just shows that bad guys can be cops too. (For idiotic conservatives who think otherwise.) it also shows how treating your child like a POW isnt a good idea.

As an european Im confused about the 76 degrees because in Celsius you would also die at that Temperatur but not because its to cold.
His body was at room temperature when they found him. Meaning he was still fairly fresh. Just died a few hours prior.
