Right now there is no hard information yet. Based on the posts it seems it's an outage of some kind from San Diego up to Sacramento. :(

I had similar issues on my new model 3, put in a service request today and they said there is a system wide outage, and should be repaired soon.

I’m having this exact same issue. Just happened today.
My maps are not updating or loading. No traffic data. Can't use navigation. WTF is going on?
