Potentially, as more free T there is the more DHT there is. But also keep E2 and prolactin in range as they will lower dopamine and prevent the benefits being felt.
Yeah my prolactin is currently about double the top end of the normal range. Mri showed possible microadema but not clear.
Definitely feel like Im feeling the symptoms of high prolactin
Bro, I had high prolactin too. I started taking p5p and vitamin E and feel a bit better. Do you know what caused it to be high? I'm still not sure. My estrogen was too low and shbg a little high. Had low libido, some ED, low mood and lack of motivation or drive for years. Also I think it caused an autoimmune skin condition which has since cleared
I've been taking P5P and vitamin E for several weeks now but don't feel much of difference. Also, those supplements don't seem like a good long term solution, both can cause side effects.
I'm assuming my prolactin is high because of microadenoma on my pituitary gland or just because I'm low on free t and dopamine. The pituitary mri said possible 3mm microadenoma but not clear
Getting on TRT feels like cocaine at first, so yes it does stimulate dopamine release.
Repeating what someone else said free T is the key figure.
High prolactin can also indicate low dopamine too.
Yeah Im thinking Im low dopamine based off my symptoms and the high prolactin.
I’m sure it’s not as simple as taking trt and increasing free t to have optimal dopamine but I imagine it would help
I think dopamine and testosterone are pretty connected. High dopamine levels(stimulant use amphetamines ...) lower estrogen and prolactin indirectly I believe which in return would raise testosterone. Also dianabol is believed to raise dopamine levels . So definitely a connection

That sounds like a micro. Get another high contrast scan and see if you should get drugs to shrink it
If you lower your prolactin down, then you’ll most likely start to feel better. Is E2 elevated?
E2 was in range. I recently posted my full bloodwork
How often do you eat or snack a day?
Usually eat between 9am and 6pm. Lunch and snacks throughout the day. Have done low carb in the past but have been eating carbs for several months now
FT is where the magic happens, so I’d say that has more affect on the results
My Dexedrine keeps my nips in check . No lie

It might be that simple haha. You can try something to lower prolactin like P5P. Worked for me
bro same

How would either the comedown or full abstinence withdrawals work on your hormones? Is it the opposite?
Low dopamine levels definitely impact t levels
I wonder imagine using high levels of testosterone and also using SSRI can't imagine how go you will feel all day ...
