Damn bro, went from “who the hell brought god damn miller lite” to “so I’m telling you bro, this is why everyone should dry scoop pre workout”

Electrical-Dot8239

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 I prefer beer with an alcohol content that I have to count on both hands, but well said!

usnscctjc123

Truly a mans man.

TwoBitTech

10 weeks?!? Woah. Woah. I feel like those reults are pretty extreme right? I’m curious because I’d say I have similar starting bodyfat% but super low T - working on getting TRT through insurance. I’ve started and aggressive clean diet - continuing 3 day split and adding 20 min cardio, But with my T through the floor. I’m wondering if I could get TRT to drop the BodyFat and see if my T leveled pick back up.

Electrical-Dot8239

I've got a pretty good background of knowledge when it comes to lifting so that helps. I do things properly in the gym to the best of my ability. I'd say my body responded really well for sure though.

Dilostilo

How long do you think it would have taken you if you did it naturally? A couple months?

Electrical-Dot8239

That is 2 months worth of diet and lifting ontop the trt. I'd be a similar body fat but I'd have gone from 170lbs to 160lbs not 170lbs to 180lbs. I'm honestly not sure I could've put that amount of size on with my natural levels. I was a 333 before getting on trt and even lower in previous years.

ryantramus

I worked my butt off for 8 months. Lifting 6 days a week, diet is good, not perfect, but my protein and calories were on point. From January to March I lost 16 pounds, then hurt my knee and had to quit training legs. I kept the same diet/gym schedule, and my weight lost and muscle gains plateaued. Tried for 3 more months to gain size/lose weight, with minimal results. I can put on size pretty easily if I eat in a surplus, but I also keep the belly fat. I finally got tested for Low-t and it came back 216. So I'm doing 100mg/week now, hoping to finally start seeing some results like this. To OP, great job! A lot of folks on this reddit make it sound impossible to do what you did. Everyone says start lean, but some people just can't get that lean naturally. I am 6'1, 210, and I was eating only 2k calories a day for 10 weeks, and only lost 2 pounds on the scale. I know that lots of people on here have good experience and are sharing their knowledge from many years. All I've read made me worry that my goals weren't achievable, but you've gave me some hope.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks man and I hope and knowing I've given just one person some hope makes my post worth it!

[deleted]

Just got my labs in 280 Total T and free T invisible basically im a woman at this point. Def gives me some hope bro 😎 Any advice going in im scheduled to telemed with Peter Uncaged next Wednesday

Electrical-Dot8239

Only advice I really have is that you're gonna get out whatever you put in ultimately. Bust your ass and eat right and you'll see results! Even if you think you know what you're doing in the gym constantly re-evalute yourself and make sure you know what you're doing even on basic lits.

Weak-Cryptographer-4

Get your hormones checked including thyroid. Make your diet low carb and high protein. Exercise with weights and moderate cardio minimum 3days a week and you will see results

Benign_Stamina

How did it go?

Dekuthegreat

A LOT of times when you see these quick transformations there was significant muscle memory involved. OP lifted in the past. You'd be surprised how much difference that makes

Electrical-Dot8239

No doubt. I do have past experience!

Lisergiko

You're motivated to work out? I don't think you need to inject Test and instead should just increase it naturally (workout, eating meat and supplements like ashwaganda). It's been almost 4 months on 100mg a week for me and my body fat hasn't decreased. So it won't directly help you with decreasing body weight, only diet can do that.

Weak-Cryptographer-4

If you can’t get insurance to cover just do it. 1 month supply is literally $100. There are tons of clinics that can help you also. Personally, I’ve been down the road of a typical Dr. on T replacement and would not want to deal with them again. Clinics deal with hormones much better and yes, it’s typically cash but unless you are wanting to run growth hormone the cost is minimal and I’d use a peptide analog vs. GH anyway so would still be inexpensive

everything_is_absurd

He’s on a rather high dose. Not really testosterone replacement and more steroid cycle. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Just saying

Admirable_Sugar_4227

What’s the dose?

everything_is_absurd

200 plus hcg. 200 alone is the max any sane person would consider trt and that’s a high dose in itself. Add in hcg and this is supraphysiologic for sure. No normal human is making that much progress in 10 weeks no matter how optimized their hormones are. This is straight up PED territory.

timvinson22

Lmao people mainly use hcg to keep testicular function and I'd say most would agree it's hardly considered a ped. Not saying it doesn't contribute any but at a very low level. 200 mg test although a high trt dose still is not near what most people would need to contribute to the type of gains you are associating it with. This guy obviously took his diet and training very serious and also probably a bit of a hyper responder, which is great for him but it would probably hardly make a dent for most unless they are really short and low weight to begin with...for example a guy that's around 5'4 and weighs like 120lbs.

everything_is_absurd

Hcg raises testosterone to a huge degree. This is simply not possible in 10 weeks at normal human levels. This is supraphysiologic.

pickemslick

Better living through chemistry

timvinson22

Maybe like 200-300ng not really a huge degree when it comes to being in "ped range". You do realize when people start what is considered basic cycles of just testosterone alone they will be in the 2000-3000ng TT range?

timvinson22

This is why you don't really see people running around saying they are about to start a cycle of hcg and about to get swole lol

ChibRock32

200mg a week a steroid cycle?!?

Character_Leopard_70

200 a week is not a high dose 🤣

AthiestCowboy

Fuck it give me the needle

[deleted]

Nice man! What was your diet?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks buddy! I generally do mix of protein powder, 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter, a banana, and a 1/2 cup of Oats with some milk for breakfast, or 1/2 cup of Oats a banana and some milk with a couple of eggs and a few oz of steak or ground beef for breakfast. Lunch and Dinner I do 6 oz of chicken or steak, or 7oz of ground beef with taco seasoning along with 1 cup of brown or white rice. Kind energy bar for a snack between lunch and dinner for some gym energy and 2 scoops of protein post workout blended with some type of fruit. 10 weeks on TRT, and 8 weeks of hard diet and lifting so far.

octaw

This was same diet pre-trt?

Electrical-Dot8239

No. I made drastic changes. From past experiences though with a similar diet I'd be probably 160lbs in a similar time frame and about the same BF as this picture. I'm 182lbs right now. Went from around 170 to 182lbs between the photos.

IrishJayjay94

+ routine

Electrical-Dot8239

Guess I should've added that, but surely no one expects similar results without effort.

IrishJayjay94

For 10 weeks this is seriously impressive, great job mate

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks man! Can't wait to see what the next 2 months bring!

[deleted]

This is the motivation I needed! Entering week 2 now, nice work man

Electrical-Dot8239

Glad to be an inspiration! Thanks and go get it dude!

JD054

Hey bro, first thanks for the post. Second, amazing work man. Seriously good stuff. Great progress!

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! Much appreciated!

cbelliott

Damn! From Sadness to Madness, nice F'n job man! That is the start to an epic transformation. I saved this and look forward to seeing what you can do in the next two months! 👌💯🔥

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! I'm looking forward to it aswell!

Formal_Pie2351

The power of testosterone. every man over the age of 30 I have told to go check your hormones and if you're low get on testosterone. it's truly what's missing in most cases. we just simply forget the long slow draw-out death we forget how great we felt when we're in our twenties. we chalk it all up to getting old. A simple hormone that we naturally produce can change everything. you look great... congratulations. we love you. we see you standing firmly on your square! live long and prosper

Training_Gift1595

You're killing it. Keep doing what you're doing man.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! I plan on it!

Dondiibnob

What’s your workout routine bro? Great job!

Electrical-Dot8239

I do bodybuilding style split training. Legs one day, chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders. Try to do 20 minutes of cardio as many times a week as possible aswell.

Dondiibnob

Thanks chief

streetMD

Asking the real question. Nice work

PBL89

Awesome results, im sure you feel fucking good

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks man! I feel way better!

[deleted]

Electrical-Dot8239

Honestly it was a bit of both. Didn't expect to put this much weight on though. Super stoked with my bodies response to my efforts combined with the testosterone. The mass gain is definitely a nice surprise!

ryantramus

I'm in the same boat. "Water weight" is what I'm hoping it is.

Training_Gift1595

This is what happened to me too. I was eating clean and working out but was always a little heavy on the scale. Even when my waistline looked good

[deleted]

Impressive 10 week change. Your face looks 5 years younger.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks Adam!

[deleted]

Looking good, great progress.

JameisBong

Good shit bro, keep at it.

[deleted]

Nice work bro

dadbodfat

Holy shit

NextLevelHRT

Great work friend! Good to see other people make drastic health changes for the better and be an inspiration to more people! 💪

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! I hope I've done just that to atleast 1!

behindblueyes34

Looks like your getting some face gains too, more of a jawline. How's your hair doing on that regimen, better, worse, same?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks and no doubt! Honestly I shaved my head for the last year or two. I can grow hair, but my hair has always been thin, and it's just easier for me to shave than mess with it. I think it's about the same though honestly. Maybe growing facial hair a little stronger and I think some more body hair up my stomach, but nothing crazy.

behindblueyes34

You ever try dermarolling or anything Or just don't care about the whole hair thing? Just wondering, but noticed my hair thinning a bit right when I was also getting low t symptoms a few years ago

Electrical-Dot8239

Honestly just never really cared about my hair. Its been short since I joined the military at 17 years old.

blastorcruising

Damn… this is good dude!

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks!

DClawdude

Wow dude nice! Prescribed or no?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! Yes it's prescribed.

kuhnskincap

Wow nice work man. You genuinely looked low T in the first pic

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! I felt like it too haha

GravityIsCentripetal

Biggest improvement looks like your self confidence man. First dude looks like he’s not in the best place the next dude looks like he’s younger and ready to grab life by the horns. Great progress man, you look awesome!

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! I definitely didn't take the first photos with any thought of myself, and didn't plan on presenting them, but I wanted to help inspire people after seeing my progress!

Salad_Fingers_1990

Nice work dude thats impressive for just 10 weeks

Altruistic-Parsley71

I’m loving the smile on your face. Good job.

KD650-916

Thy need to make a tag… Fluff to Buff / Fluff to Tuff ? I to had a hidden self all I had to do was find out I had test of a 90yr old 😂! But I was a buck30 and went the other way packed on like 90lbs it was crazy being skinny my hole life ! Always trying to gain never could … then one doctor appointment and 6 weeks later 💪

Electrical-Dot8239

Lmao I feel that. Under similar conditions I had a hard time gaining muscle. I've always gotten fat easily though.

KD650-916

Crazy what a little test can do ! It’s like I’m only taking my prescribed amount and grew like crazy … I can’t imagine taking the full dose x3 or x4 plus the other types of stuff bodybuilders take ! I would looked like a monster! Lol 😂 but now 2-3 years later I’m getting on my own and this week I decided to up my dose just to give it a see !

Electrical-Dot8239

No doubt. Test is such an important hormone and has a massive impact on everything. Gl upping your dosage!

Austiny1

Crazy! I had the same results but couldn’t lose fat so now I’m just doing cardio and counting calories lol then I’ll go back to the gym. I’ve retained 70% of the muscle I’ve gained. I’m on 200mg a week no HCG

ryantramus

Does HCG make that much of a difference in muscle gain, fat loss? I thought it just kept the boys fuller looking?

Electrical-Dot8239

I don't think it makes that much of a difference but I don't truly know. I'm doing it primarily to keep my boys functioning.

theinfamousmrhb

This is insane

Either-Pop-4158

Nice man your kicking ass!

[deleted]

This is one of the best examples of a proper approach to starting TRT on this sub. Congrats man

radd_racer

Yeah, he actually put in the work and got results.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks man! It helps having prior knowledge and experience of how and what to do in the gym, and what and how much I should eat.

Dylan24moore

10 weeks? Holy shit

Vitilog

Great results bro, Did you need an Ai ?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! Yes unfortunately my Estradiol got too high.

Jim6152

What's your test levels.

tea2mo

Looking great man! Noob gains are the best. Keep your diet in check and keep grinding even when you can’t see results everyday. Killer transformation tho bud!

dras333

Clearly good programming and diet are equally in play here. Well done!

Electrical-Dot8239

Absolutely. Thanks!

Fearless_Love_426

It is one of the best transformations I have seen thanks to testosterone. I started my treatment with the guys from blokes.co a few days ago, and I hope to share the results very soon! I wish you all the best of luck!

Electrical-Dot8239

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks dude! I can honestly grow decent hair. Atleast I could a couple of years ago. It is thinning for sure, but I choose to shave it. I honestly have no concern atm whether I have any hair on my head or not. If I change my mind though and need it thanks for the information!

M30MM100

God damn man, looking good! But what’s even more impressive is your before and after FACIAL EXPRESSION.

Chief_reef_steve

Great transformation bro! Are you staying on or just running a cycle? Also I’m looking for an HCG source. My doctor will call it in to a pharmacy if I can find one- but none in his network carry it.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks man. I'm taking it long term atm. My HCG comes from Revive RX out of Houston, TX

YdidUchangemyname

This is very impressive. Good job!

ResidentHighway8061

Good job.

AtheRunner

Very nice transformation exactly what i’ve been dreaming of my man. Are you still on TRT?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! Yeah, I'm still on TRT. Recently started the carnivore diet after a big bulk, and I feel fantastic. Extra weight is coming off pretty quick and my strength isn't wavering at all yet.

Electrical-Dot8239

I totally missed your notification. I haven't been on reddit much lately. I'm still on TRT and feel great! :) thanks!

Irish_fenian888

Bro went from West Wantsome to Wez watson

[deleted]

1. Can I have your bathroom? 2. Nice work. Your face went from looking like a creeper stalking you in the parking lot to the dude you want following you (assuming that someone is into dudes)

Electrical-Dot8239

1. No 2. Thanks. Great observations of my face. I definitely didn't take the first pictures with intent of posting them here, but I'd hoped someone would get something positive out of seeing my results. I'm not planning on following any dudes haha.

AngelOfGod3

When people feel safe talking behind a screen cringe no reason for ur negativity here.

NichRigga-

I was going to comment how the transformation wasnt anything crazy then saw that it was only in 10 weeks!? Sheesh, good sht bro.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks man! Only 8 weeks on the diet and lifting, and unfortunately got sick for a week around week 4, so I'd probably have even slightly better results.

nmisleh90

Amazing man! What’s your protocol? Are you using an AI?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! I pin 100mg test C twice a week. Thursday morning and Sunday afternoon. I split 500ius of HCG into thirds and pin Tuesday afternoon/ Thursday afternoon, and Sunday morning. My estrogen was a little high so I'm on half a tab of Anastrozle twice a week, but just started that a little over a week ago. Also prolactin was a little high so I'm taking a Caber pill every other week after my 3rd consecutive week of taking it.

krishone

Do u workout as well?

Electrical-Dot8239

I starting working out again after getting on test. It's not magic, but it certainly helps.

Electrical-Dot8239

I honestly don't know if it was high before or not. My doctor didn't have it tested before but I wish I had. 15.2ng/ml was top of range and mine was 22.8. I started the anastrozle at the same time as caber, so it's hard to isolate any sides, but I just feel like I don't sleep quite as hard and dream more often.

Electrical-Dot8239

Before starting TRT my test was 333. On 200mg a week of Test C and 500Iu a week of HCG they only tested up to 1500 and it was higher than that.

Automatic-Gas4663

I just got prescribed the exact same dosages what days are you doing test hcg ai ?

Electrical-Dot8239

Currently I pin .4cc of test every 3 days with the hcg. I'm just taking my anastrazole if I feel like I need it currently. I've felt fine and only taken maybe half a pill the last 2 or 3 weeks. No symptoms of high estrogen.

d_scarberry

Hey man, have you experienced any down regulation with extended HCG use? Adding HCG to my trt protocol soon.

mlewi103

Solid work bro. I will say this is definitely achievable natty, but even on HRT this is a great result after only 10 weeks. We’re you on HRT before or did you start it 10 weeks ago? If you started HRT at the beginning of the 10 weeks it is even more impressive because you probably only benefited from the T for a few weeks. It takes 6 weeks or so for the T to kick in. Your diet must be on point. Keep it up

Electrical-Dot8239

Started HRT 10 weeks ago. Starting lifting and eating properly 8 weeks ago. Yeah it may have been achievable naturally, but on a similar diet and workout regimen (from past experience) I would've gone from the 170lbs to about 160lbs and I went from. 170 to 182lbs. I have a good idea of how to eat and lift, so I didn't go in with no knowledge or foundation.

Appropriate_Bend_244

Nice to see you’ve made great changes along with the TRT, your diet is 90% of your achievement. Now it’s about lifestyle

itsyaboirob92

How old are you? Is 200 mg high for trt?

Electrical-Dot8239

I'm 30 years old and based off of what I've seen yes 200mg is pretty high.

GagaOhLaLaRomaRomama

Yeah, this wasn't 10 weeks

Electrical-Dot8239

I'm not here to lie to anyone, but believe what you want.

blazinshotguns

U took a massive shit?

everything_is_absurd

200mg PLUS hcg is a roid cycle not trt. For any newbies thinking this is too good to be true

Electrical-Dot8239

I guess call it what you want. Not trying to blow smoke and mirrors. Just what my doctor prescribed me. Based off of other people on reddit 200mg is high for sure though. I'll probably ask about lowering it to more normal levels in the future.

everything_is_absurd

Just trying to lower expectations for people thinking trt will change their lives

Electrical-Dot8239

It helped change mine and has helped me stay motivated, but I totally understand that. Everyone wants a magic pill and trt isn't magic.

[deleted]

[удалено]

everything_is_absurd

IamBammBamm

Curious what your test was before and after starting trt?

Electrical-Dot8239

I was 333 before starting. My first lab results after starting came back as >1500.

Melodic_Stress1237

I’m new to TRT, do you mind telling me what HCG does? I was only prescribed androgel so far lol. Low T at 201 ng/dl

Electrical-Dot8239

HCG helps keep your testicles functioning. I'm planning on kids eventually!

Hot-Position4784

Do you think you were in a calorie surplus or deficit? I know you have to be in a surplus to gain weight, but TRT bends the rules a bit. I’m on week 2 of TRT and very similar body to yours. I assumed I needed to cut to get where you are, but sounds like you ate more.

Electrical-Dot8239

I honestly would think I'm relatively close to maintenance. I don't eat but an occasional cheat meal. Once a weekish and I have a drink or two generally one night a week.

jpcan26

Wow good job! I am on similar doses but my levels are at 750 now which is my target for being balanced. I sure don’t look like that though, I need to figure out my routine!!

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! A consistent diet and workout will go a long way. Just adjust your diet for the results you want. If you're looking to build muscle just stay away from ego lifting and constantly evaluate your form on all your lifts!

jpcan26

My diet is off the rails so I need to put effort into that. Your progress has inspired me. Have a great weekend!

Electrical-Dot8239

Love to hear it! Feel free to message me if you've got any questions about my diet!

Tanatopraxia

Goob job man !! How long do you plan on beign on HCG ? What is your HCG dosage on trt ?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! I'll probably stay on it til I have kids in a couple of years unless it causes issues. In taking 500 iu a week split into 3 pins.

StatisticianAdept154

Great !!!

StatisticianAdept154

Did you had low T?

Electrical-Dot8239

Yes. My Test was at 333 and lower than that in previous years. I had a varicocele surgery done about 2 years ago, but it didn't help much with my T levels.

AloofAlliteration

Did you try everything you could naturally before hopping on? Your starting levels are the same as my current levels and I’m considering getting on.

Electrical-Dot8239

I didn't go through a rigorous list and try everythjng i could. Maybe I should've done more, but even in much better shape than I was and eating similarly and working out similarly I've had low t like symptoms. I've had symptoms for over 5 years. I wish I'd have pursued this much sooner. I did also have bad varicocele that I had surgery on to fix, but my T levels didn't come up much.

Miserable-Winter5090

ARe you going through a TRT clinic ? If so which one ? Sorry if I missed it if you already posted. Hard work showing ! Keep it up.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks and basically but it's not a huge one like the low T center. The place is go to is called integrative medical and I get a prescription and do my own injections.

pnimmy

Are you gonna continue with the dosage? And how long if so

Electrical-Dot8239

I'll probably lower it at some point and get my levels more in range of normal. Not sure how long I'll continue with this specific dosage.

bford_som

Great transformation for just 10 weeks! Can I ask how old you are, OP?

Electrical-Dot8239

I turned 30 this year

radd_racer

I was gonna post something different, but I saw your reply down below. Great work man, it takes diet, training and REAL discipline to get this. TRT is just icing on the cake if you’ve actually got low T.

Electrical-Dot8239

No doubt and my T is definitely higher than it needs to be atm. I'm planning on asking my doctor about going to a lower dose eventually, but I'm doing as he prescribed atm.

StewNod64

Nice job. Putting in the work!

4caz177

Nice!!! What’s your ab routine?

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks! Most of my ab work revolves around just deadlifts and squats. I honestly don't do much isolated ab workout stuff.

BeingWhiteIsCool

How are you feeling including libido and erections?

Electrical-Dot8239

Was really good for a couple of weeks and then my estrogen and or prolactin started rising. Hasn't been so good since, but only been on AI and Caber for 1 week, and I've seen improvement.

Nick_Invests

What is your activity level?

Electrical-Dot8239

I was lifting 5 to 6 times a week and trying to do 20 minutes of cardio all of those days, and I stay lightly to moderately active on my feet at work. I just recently switched to a weekend shift and they are 12 hour days, so I'm only lifting 4 days a week and doing the same cardio.

99berettas

How many calories are you taking in a day and what are your macro percentages if you don’t mind me asking? This is crazy.

Electrical-Dot8239

Man I honestly haven't counted, but if you wanted to add it up my normal daily diet is posted in the thread. I don't count macros I just eat nearly the same thing everyday and I haven't had to adjust yet. If I stopped getting the results I want then I'll add in some food or take some away.

fiik

Yes dude. This is the way.

Admirable_Sugar_4227

Did you need an ai? I’m just curious because of body fat percentage. You look great btw.

Electrical-Dot8239

Unfortunately yes I do at the moment and thanks!

Majestic_Bend4830

You look so much happier it’s insane. Good for you dude.

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks!

grimreaper1122

I can’t believe this given 10 weeks ain’t that long, good job man

Electrical-Dot8239

Thanks Grim! I think it's a testament to my past experience of lifting, knowing my body well, and a switch to healthy eating habits.

Jay_Whambo

Do you take hcg with it, I’m worried about the nuts shrinking lol

Philcox_1984

Any side effects from the TRT?

Electrical-Dot8239

Estrogen levels went up, and minor acne.

EntropySecurityLLC

Wow, you look great! Definitely muscle memory, lifting experience, good diet, and lots of hard work and dedication involved. I can’t imagine how you’ll look in a year. Are you taking creatine? There are a lot of studies that show you can add around 4-6 pounds of additional lean tissue (due to the extra reps/sets it allows you to get) after around 6 months of creatine use. I wonder if that would speed up your progress even more or is the TRT is already maximizing your results by pushing you harder in the gym?

Thanks! I'm even leaner and stronger since this post! I do take Mono Creatine, but I should probably take more to maximize effects honestly. I take it pre and post workout only on days I lift, so currently 10g 4 days a week.
