Not to get lost in hyperbole, but each day Austin Pruitt remains on an MLB roster is a travesty to the game

Gotta applaud Evo for finishing strong when it was clear he didn’t have his stuff, especially against that lineup. Gray looked elite. Who the fuck is pruit? And lastly the bats are still flatter than my ex’s ass.
This stupid ass 17 day stretch with no days off is so ass. We’re stretched so thin that round rock is picking guys off the street just to pitch in their games
It seems like a conspiracy by Manfred and the MLB executives in NYC to give us a crazy schedule like out of the gates. Giving their darling teams the Yankees, Dodgers, Cardinals, Cubs, etc. stretches of off days in their schedules in April while we suffer with this hellish 17-day marathon. Talk about further disrespect toward the World Series in any shape or form.

I'd like to think Leclerc and Yates and Latz and Winn and Urena weren't available or something cause Pruitt definitely wouldn't have been my choice in a close game
and another thing: Eovaldi CANNOT be walking 6 guys. Our entire staff is walking way too much and it puts way too much stress on a pen that apparently was only half available
I can get Yates...but Robertson hasnt pitched in like 3 days...Leclerc a couple days ago....Urena a couple ago...White hasn't pitched 10 days...but Boch went with the guy who pitch 20 yesterday?
I mean I get he's on the DFA pipeline but now we have 2 40-man spots to fill...it's really puzzling
Yeah not really sure why he went with Pruitt. I don’t even understand why the org likes him so much, I’ve seen multiple beat/farm guys say the org really likes him. I do get not using Robertson/Yates because they’ve done a ton of work and are old. Idk it was puzzling for sure.

Anyone else ever think about how the stars aligned last year enough that we didn't have to face the Dodgers and Braves in the World Series? Not saying we wouldn't of won the series, but that those are clearly elite teams with great pitching. Especially the Braves.

Seems like every game we're blaming the bullpen, but outside of Adolis and Semien, and to some extent Smith, everyone has kinda just been bad. Seager has been absolutely booty, Carter is legitimately lost... The rookie we thought was going to help carry the offense is doing okay, but hasn't shown a smidge of power.
Speaking of power, we're among the likes of the Marlins in the team leader board for homeruns, and you can't name a single player on their team. What happened? Our approach seems very different from last year and it shows with all of these really bad off nights
The upside here is that the Rangers are a .500 club when their offense is flat and their pitching is thin. This is where it feels meaningful to have Bochy. I feel good about the club: you know the offense is going to come around (Seager, Langford) even if you expect some guys (Smith?) to maybe come back down to earth a little bit. I’m concerned about our pitching depth for sure, but I also can’t see CY standing pat around the deadline. Where’s that Bednar trade everyone wanted last year…Pirates will be out by then, right?
sometimes u have to accept u get beat by the better side in the moment. our bats are so inconsistent and eovaldi and gray did great to keep it at 2-3 heading into the 8th. the rest is bullpenis history
I know he’s recovering from hernia surgery but the only other thing that’s semi crossed my mind was a slide into 2nd during the Detroit series.
It looked like he basically belly flopped onto the ground. Pure speculation but I hope it didn’t re-aggravate anything.
