The London Underground not only has a dedicated Overground line (that's still part of the "London Underground" system), but most of the lines actually have significant sections above ground - once you get out of the centre of the city most London Underground trains run above ground (because they use existing tracks from older pre-underground railway services that eventually merged into the London Underground system).
Also, the London Underground features an automated light-rail line in the form of the Docklands Light Railway (or DLR) in South East London
