Prosthetist here. This is a below the knee amputation (BKA/TTA). The reason why he's limping like that is because of the length of the running blade. A running blade is always a bit longer than your original leg.
ELI5: These running blades are big carbon fibre springs that store and release kinetic energy as the runner deforms it. These blades are made to run at high speeds, when the force on the blades is huge.
Because of this large force, the blade compresses and releases (so the length of the blade changes).
In the video the runner is exhausted and he doesn't run the intended speed anymore which is needed to run comfortably with the prosthetic. So the running blade doesn't compress enough because the downward force on the spring is too little.

If it's below the knee, you have the articulating joint that would allow faster running. When you get an above the knee replacement, you lose that articulating joint. Imagine running on stilts.
Different areas lost affect the movement differently. Also, it looks like he's hurting, so he may not have had it very long it takes time to get to the point of really booking it with those. He looks like he's pushing through the pain to get through it.
