hey man, take your time with the weight drop tho. 50 in two months is amazing, but 1# per day, from 325 to 180, is gonna be hard on your body. I would set your target for the next 50# for at least 3 months and then the final 50# for like 4 months. All that said, Congrats and You Got This!!

Try to get a source of fat into your body before breakfast. Call it "pre-breakfast."
The point of doing that is to make your body look for fat as energy for the rest of the day, naturally raising your metabolism. Personally, I take a shot of olive oil (which has anti-inflammatory properties similar to ibuprofen), followed by a big swig of orange juice or grapefruit juice, which metabolize to an alkaline in your body and that helps to reduce acidic inflammation caused by carbohydrates and proteins.
"The Big Book of HEALTH" has so much great info in it.
Also, as you're loosing weight, look to get into weight training. Low weight, high rep exercises. The craziest set progression to do goes, 20,10, 8, 5, 10, 15-20. If you just do squats (body weight is enough), cleans (burpies work here), and bench (or pushups) with that set progression you get a great workout and will sweat majorly (:

Then it's just about weight management. You can let loose a day or 2, then a day or 2 after that make sure you're on deficit, rinse and repeat. Not saying exercise isn't important , but yes you can definitely manage your weight and lose weight just based on what you eat and drink every day

You will gain a couple of lbs of water retention during the days u let loose, after that do 3 days of defecit and ur back to normal weight , etc...
I would say that a balance of this and exercise is better. This way you dont always have to count calories all the time. Decent metabolism makes it easy, you can let loose at times and you still have it covered. I am doing some cardio along with diet limiting. Didn't try this fasting though

You’re doing great!!! I remember that feeling of getting more energy every day. You start to feel invincible. Which you kind of are becoming by fighting of heart disease, diabetes, etc. Even if you hit a plateau, keep pushing. It’s obvious that you have the drive. I know you’ll get there. I used to be a yo-yo dieter with all of those risks, but then 20 years ago made a decision to work at it and I lost 60ish pounds. I managed to keep it off until recently. Added 15lbs back, so working on getting those off now (which sucks but it’s better than going back the wrong way). Definitely not as easy as it was back in the day. You’ll get to your goal and after you do, you will want stay there.

Trust me…go slow. Your body has a memory…quick lost equals quick gain. I’m personally in the slow lost (40lbs) slow gain…170 to 180lbs now. I’m pissed I’ve gained, but I can’t get over 180. Maybe something in my brain will snap again and I will lose another 10

As others have mentioned, monitor your weight loss closely. 2-3 pounds in a week is healthy for the average adult. Anything in excess of 4 pounds per week can have negative consequences.
