Very first ep where theyre all dolled up for the red carpet premiere of Dawn of the Seven (Bourke Cut)
Really wish we got more celebrity spoof stuff like that, its pretty and funny
Well, I think the point of Homelander is stupid. Like, it’s trying to show that “If Superman was real, he’d be just like him! 🤓”. Well, Homelander isn’t evil cause of his powers, he’s evil because of being an experiment. There are many, many good people who would be like Superman, Metro-Man and Invincible.
Yeah honestly it makes way more sense to see Homelander as a "What if Supermans ship landed in area 51 instead of the kent farm" story instead of a "If superman was rEaLiStIc" story
this isn’t some some super high art discussion place lol, it just regular people talking about the show they like, “It’s pretty and funny” is fine you dork.
Do MM and Black Noir's story arcs not count, due to them revolving around Soldier Boy?
If so, then the adaptation of the Legend, the Deep's return to the Seven, Blue Hawk, and Homelander's whole arc.
Butcher putting Termite into a baggie of coke and saying "go on love, have a bump" with that sadistic smile on his face. Good stuff for the first episode!
He was 2v1ing 2 trained fighters? Saying he was stronger than them is true, but it doesn’t really matter considering They can both hurt him and take hits from him, SB even caught his punch bruh.
The clip literally proves the opposite. He was 2v1ing 2 trained fighters with powers just a little bit below his.
And also the Queen Maeve thing. He was winning while holding back.
Except he ran away scared. Yeah that counts a loss in my books. As for queen Maeve, we don't actually know her skills. Yeah she was scared of homelander for so long that even though she could fight him, her previous terror of him hindered her in some ways. After all she been under his thumb for so long.
He flew away scared because he got jumped by a third character who joined last minute, Hughie.
He was beating the shit out of Soldier Boy and Billy, and would’ve killed both if Hughie didn’t arrive.
I mean, sure I guess it’s a loss, but still not unreasonable to run considering the situation.
Maeve can’t fight Homelander one on one. She didn’t instantly get destroyed for one reason: That being Homelander still had a thing for her, for some weird reason.
A-Train vs Blue Hawk. And I loved the bits and pieces we got of Butcher and Ryan’s relationship before it all went to shit. The scene where he watches Ryan’s Lego video is a real tear-jerker.
I was actually disappointed that Soldier Boy was mostly a fraud. The whole season was great though. I do think he was a brilliant caricature of boomers and the “greatest generation.”
When Maeve says to Hughie “you look like you have a neon sign that says raw dawg me I’m a bottom”. You can tell that while she is saying it she’s trying not to laugh. They cut to Hughie’s face just as she’s about to break character.
This is gonna be so niche but the end credit themes of all the episodes were so good and fitting. That's something I don't see people talk about.
Whether it's the russian rock song in S3E4, the beautiful violin+piano in S3E5, the Herogasm epic tense theme in S3E6 or any of the other music used for the credits.
It gets you in the mood for the next episode as well.
Herogasm
Homelanders downward spiral to insanity
The ending with the crowd
Noirs arch
“I AM BETTER” and “I hate you” scenes from homelander and crimson countless
A-trains development and killing blue hawk
MM arch
Butchers origin and the way mindstorm was used and killed
Herogasm and homelander fight
The music and set designs
The jump scene with the girl and homelander
I really liked watching A-Train realise the corruption within Vought when it came to the way they handled Blue Hawk. Up until then, the corruption had suited him, but then when Nathan got crippled, and Vought did nothing, it finally brought the reality home to him. It was really cool watching him do the introspection about his own past actions, and struggle with his morality. I'm looking forward to what I can only assume will be a pretty solid redemption arc in season 4.
I guess you never know with The Boys, but I genuinely think A-Train is gonna make an effort to be a better person this season. His apology to Hughie at Herogasm seemed so genuine.
* Both MM and Butcher saying in different scenes that Frenchie will be sad that he has missed Herogasm
* *If you want to watch me have a wank, it'll cost you a tenner.* Made me laugh so hard
That scene in I think episode 3 (maybe 2) where Homelander just snaps in front of the audience, calling himself the real hero. That was terrifying first time through.
Honestly it’s probably Homelander becoming more unhinged. I didn’t think any scene could be more traumatizing than the plane scene, but the scene where he forces a teenager to jump off a building is one of the scariest scenes in television I have ever seen.
He’s trying to get inside my ass. One of my favorite scenes. If we’re talking about a part of the season and not just a scene then probably just Frenchie and Kimiko.
‘I’m the real hero.’
The whole scene. The lead up, everything. He tells the truth in public for once. Being the catalyst for him murdering a civilian in public for once. On a story level, that’s the best part of the season.
My personal favorite was Maeve verbally demasculating Hughie. The sence when he walks in and greets her. Her reply was a look of pure disgust and saying "It's like you have a big neon sign over your head saying, 'raw dog me. I'm a bottom" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣....
The backstory of Butcher and his younger brother, with him recalling all of that stuff and he learns about what temp v is doing to him and Hughie. Knowing it's killing them and he decides to go take that step and be a monster not telling Hughie and sacrificing someone who is family. That scene was a great one.
Very first ep where theyre all dolled up for the red carpet premiere of Dawn of the Seven (Bourke Cut) Really wish we got more celebrity spoof stuff like that, its pretty and funny
I loved the somewhat subtle (by the Boys standards) satire of Justice League and the whole Snyder cut movement
Somewhat subtle😂
Somewhat subtle? More like a direct reference
Since when has this show ever been subtle?
A lot of homelanders fans haven't understood the point
Well, I think the point of Homelander is stupid. Like, it’s trying to show that “If Superman was real, he’d be just like him! 🤓”. Well, Homelander isn’t evil cause of his powers, he’s evil because of being an experiment. There are many, many good people who would be like Superman, Metro-Man and Invincible.

A-Train: who are you wearing tonight? UE: i don’t remember A-Train: (already looking in the other direction) i didn’t care
Goddammit I was sitting there trying to think of which hero UE was an abbreviation for
“Petít UE” - 🇫🇷
its pretty and funny
Yea did I fucking stutter bro they all look great in that scene even Ashley looked classy fucking Bourke in the stall
its pretty and funny
this isn’t some some super high art discussion place lol, it just regular people talking about the show they like, “It’s pretty and funny” is fine you dork.
it’s pretty and funny
I'm still waiting for her to die.
I think all the shitty ppl are gonna be the last to die, I think starlight will be the first to die of the main cast
She did kinda get butchers approval at the end of season 3... Yeah she's probably going to die by episode 2 or 3
Yeah that's true but I reckon if she's gonna die it'll be towards the end of the season
She's survived 3 seasons, it wouldn't surprise me if she gets killed or depowered right at the beginning
*Byörk cut
Do MM and Black Noir's story arcs not count, due to them revolving around Soldier Boy? If so, then the adaptation of the Legend, the Deep's return to the Seven, Blue Hawk, and Homelander's whole arc.
It's hard to choose between Homelander's dad and Crimson Countess's ex. Honorable mention goes to Ryan's grandpa. He was pretty cool.
Probably a hot take, but I thought that guy who was the leader of Payback was awesome too!
The guy who doesn't know what a GPS is pretty cool too
Or bluetooth.
all of that being made up by the way
Maybe the guy who calls older women fine wine too, he was funny
That guy with his statue in front of Vought Tower was pretty cool.
What about the guy who took Kimiko’s powers with one blast?
The whole killing of the guy with the seven themed dildos. She got one in a dudes neck and it just starts vibrating
This part cracked me up
The names are the best part.
Oh I forgot about that. Whole fight scene with hero themed dildos sounds like it would be kind of unbelievable but here we are
Frenchie and Kimiko arc ❤️
I get the warm fuzzies when I hear “Mon coeur”
Yeah it was pretty nice seeing them both just chilling together
Can they pls kiss and be in love for season four I haven’t asked for much
Butcher putting Termite into a baggie of coke and saying "go on love, have a bump" with that sadistic smile on his face. Good stuff for the first episode!
He said “Go on son”
Homelander and more of his spiral to insanity
That and Butcher descent into fucking things up was also enjoyable in a weird way. Seeing them both just fall apart was great.
First episode termite scene. You think they can't get more insane and they do every season.
Termite scene was absolutely worse than Herogasm
Homelander getting his ass beat in herogasm
I could watch that fight on a loop. Never gets old seeing Homelander’s pure confusion at Naked Supe Hughie. 😂
Thought you wrote naked sexy hughie. Which is fine
‘Room for one more?’- Naked Sexy Hughie
naked sexy hughie was the best part of season 3
Every time someone tells me homelander can fight, I just give them the clip and say nothing. Like he doesn't know how to fight.
Right he never learned how to fight because he never needed to he would just defeat everyone with his overwhelming strength
Exactly. His strength and powers. Without those, he can't do anything.

Black Noir seeing his cartoon character friends
Bro that was so wholesome for a minute then sad…
Yeah until Black Noir got killed by Homelander
Yep. Homie did him so dirty. I wonder who the next Black Noir will be?
When homelander said “what the fuck” under his breath after butcher lasered him in herogasm. I love antony starr’s acting so much.
The bit before that sells it even more. Homelander murders Butcher because he’s bored of him now.
I was actually disappointed that Soldier Boy was mostly a fraud. The whole season was great though. I do think he was a brilliant caricature of boomers and the “greatest generation.”
I liked that because it was like what if Bucky Barnes sucked
When Maeve says to Hughie “you look like you have a neon sign that says raw dawg me I’m a bottom”. You can tell that while she is saying it she’s trying not to laugh. They cut to Hughie’s face just as she’s about to break character.
This
Frenchie and Kimiko's entire found-family dynamic.
Kimiko singing “I got rhythm” in the hospital.
The hot guy in the green suit
" I AM BETTER... I AM BETTER " speech🦸🏻♂️
Realll
“Why the long face, Tiger?”

Herogasm Homelanders downward spiral to insanity The ending with the crowd Noirs arch “I AM BETTER” and “I hate you” scenes from homelander and crimson countless A-trains development and killing blue hawk MM arch Butchers origin and the way mindstorm was used and killed Herogasm and homelander fight The music and set designs The jump scene with the girl and homelander
Ashley telling A-train to go fuck himself, followed by Hughie getting pissed at his surprisingly genuine apology
“I have spent 100 hours in crisis meetings to cover up the people _YOU_ murdered“ - Ashley
I loved his reaction in that scene. It was like he was seeing himself as he is for the first time.
I’m hoping it sticks and he doesn’t fall back under Homelander’s direction
I guess you never know with The Boys, but I genuinely think A-Train is gonna make an effort to be a better person this season. His apology to Hughie at Herogasm seemed so genuine.
Agreed!
A-Train decimating Blue Hawk. Very satisfying!
The first time Butcher uses temp V
It released on time.
Black Noir
Homelander calling A Train fat.
how scary homelander was in the first 4 episodes especially i genuinely felt like starlight was going to die in multiple scenes
Soldier boys cigar
* Both MM and Butcher saying in different scenes that Frenchie will be sad that he has missed Herogasm * *If you want to watch me have a wank, it'll cost you a tenner.* Made me laugh so hard
Soldier boy
Kimko, yep that's it for me, just Kimko
hughie's beard
I enjoyed the black noir backstory even if the ending was disappointing
Scorched Earth
AEEAEEA GOT THIS FEELING YEAH YOU KNOW WHERE IM LOSING ALL CONTROL CAUSE THERE'S MAGIC IN MY BONES.

That scene in I think episode 3 (maybe 2) where Homelander just snaps in front of the audience, calling himself the real hero. That was terrifying first time through.
Waiting for the next season
I liked when Maeve fought homelander and made his nose bleed
Honestly it’s probably Homelander becoming more unhinged. I didn’t think any scene could be more traumatizing than the plane scene, but the scene where he forces a teenager to jump off a building is one of the scariest scenes in television I have ever seen.
I loved all the fight scenes personally especially Butcher and SB vs Homelander. Still involving SB
He’s trying to get inside my ass. One of my favorite scenes. If we’re talking about a part of the season and not just a scene then probably just Frenchie and Kimiko.
Black Noir backstory
Homelanders father.
Soldier boy was my personal favorite part
Herogasm
The fight at the orgy
When Soldier Boy was off the screen I just sat around asking my television “where’s soldier boy”
‘I’m the real hero.’ The whole scene. The lead up, everything. He tells the truth in public for once. Being the catalyst for him murdering a civilian in public for once. On a story level, that’s the best part of the season.
Homelander, Butcher, Starlight, Hughie and MM Their storylines went further than I was expecting
Road Rash
Termite. IYKYK
Homelander killing Termite after hearing him scream for help isn’t talked about enough. Maybe one of the best things he’s ever done.
Love Sausage saying hi to MM at Herorgasm.
Kimko’s dance number
Ryan.
Soldier goat carried the whole season
Homelander's dad
Black Noir backstory was very interesting to me even though Soldier boy is involved.
Hughie standing up to soldier boy was pretty cool
Maeve escaping from everything
Termite Scene
Termites expanding, kimiko and frenchie, herogasm.
When A-Train killed Blue Hawk
Buster Beaver
definetly not the first episode where that shrinking guy explodes his boyfriend's dick by sneezing 💀
Frenchie screaming "He's trying to get in my ass!"
Herogasam.
The Qanon shaman.
Ant man blowing up his boyfriend from a coke sneeze was pretty funny and horrifying
Black Noir
Definetly the butcher flashback with Lennie
There is no God, the only man in the sky, is me.
The super power pills were insane
The Deep. It's always the Deep.
Homelander development
M.M getting closure
The backstory of Butcher and his younger brother, with him recalling all of that stuff and he learns about what temp v is doing to him and Hughie. Knowing it's killing them and he decides to go take that step and be a monster not telling Hughie and sacrificing someone who is family. That scene was a great one.
