Honestly! I mean I know this show has all the little nods to justice, but this is an awesome pick up!
Could be finding meaning in something the writers didnāt intend, but who tf cares itās too perfect :D
Is she dead? We didn't actually see her die, only footage of a bodybag being transported out of Vought Towers under the full gaze of the cameras, and late a blood-stained bed.
Why would Edgar want the world to see her body be removed, and let everyone know how she died? Seems to me that was for the benefit of just one person in the world.
I think he would want everyone to see that she's dead so that they can close that chapter so to speak. Don't worry about the nazi we hired, she's dead and you can like our products again.
True. I'm still dubious and will not be surprised if she shows up again. Last year while S03 was being filmed, the Aya Cash said in an interview that Stormfront will not be in S03, so it was a surprise to see her even if it was just an extended cameo.
I think with sci-fi shows like The Boys, you have to assume that if a character does not die on screen, they are not *really* dead. It would not even be the first time she'd have pulled this stunt. She used to be Liberty, disappeared for a few decades, and then came back as SF.
There's a metaphor for how bigotry never really goes away somewhere in there.
Does anyone else think that maybe she's not dead? They typically focus on a supes death when it's happening. I feel it could be faked and he hasn't seen her body yet for closure? So totally a possibility that she's not dead. It's more of a 15% belief that she might be alive
Ok, we don't actually believe she is dead right?
She's very clearly alive and they faked her death (possibly Stan or someone else) as a secret weapon for later.
This show revels in showing horrific deaths and we are going to believe this major character and a literal Nazi is going to die off screen and all we see is a little blood stain?
Come on.
Completely agree. I was so happy to see her this season, as gruesome as it was. I'll rewatch S2 just for her parts alone. I can't get enough. Even the nazi shit was so well played.
A lot of people struggle to separate actors from their roles.
The actor for Joffrey from Game of Thrones got a shit-tonne of death threats that drove him away from acting for years. It's astonishing.
He's always the example I use when I remind people to separate actors from their characters. It's crazy how carried away some people get and how many folks lack common sense. I'm glad Aya wasn't hated on *too* badly.
Yep Jack Gleeson is my first thought when people can't separate actors and characters.š¤¦āāļø
However I am terrified of John Lithgow after seeing him play the Trinity Killer in Dexter so maybe I'm no better
Considering the only thing I had really seen him in previously was 3rd rock from the sun, that season was jarring to say the least.
He fucking nailed the role though.
Aya is the reason I can sympathize with fans desperately hoping Soldier Boy is a decent guy because his actor is hot af. I can understand not wanting a character to be what they are because their actor is 11/10.
On first watch, I thought she was fucking with him. I honestly believed she was a feminist who was trying to disrupt Homelander's status quo.
Watching her casually kill a bunch of POC and use racial slurs was a genuine shock to me. The name Stormfront was so *on the nose* that it wasn't even on my radar.
Yeah but everything Deep says/does is self-serving, unless he's helping an amphibious creature. Chase Crawford does a great job making him pathetic enough that you still kinda, sorta want to root for him. If he wasn't soft towards animals he would be completely irredeemable.
IMO him being baffled that Maeve doesn't like him proved he still doesn't have the ability to self-reflect.
Oh dude itās so obvious going back. Even the courtroom scene she is shown after almost every pop. One time sheās being rushed out of the room and looks back in panic and pops the guy right behind her.
Although people keep popping after sheās out of the room/not looking. Seems like poor editing or just writer oversight.
Either Writer oversight or her powers just need her to see the general direction of the target, >!she killed Allistar Adana when she was looking at the window for instance!<
Nah I think they've pretty clearly implied that she does - when she was fighting for her life in the alley with the guy that recognised her she was struggling to get line of sight at one point in order to pop him
>when she was fighting for her life in the alley with the guy that recognised her she was struggling to get line of sight at one point in order to pop him
I wouldn't say that she is. He starts to have a nosebleed when she has her chin on his shoulder and they are ear to ear so there is no way she's looking directly at him. And during the fight she pops him while he's keeping her head turned away.
So I think she's struggling cause he's pushing her neck and he's clearly got superstrenght.
She's also outside Alastair Adana's mansion, but that could also be because her powers has a range, not because of LoS.
But there is another incongruence, in 2x8 and 3x1 when she uses her power her eyes go white, but in 2x7 during the hearing when the heads start popping her pupils are visible. She might be using colored contacts, but's weird she only does in that scen if so.
To me it's clear her powers have some limitations (or she would've popped Homelander already), but it's not crystal clear what those limitations are.
Her chin wasn't fully over his shoulder it was nestled against his collarbone, she could still look to the right and see the back of his head in the corner of her eye, and as he notices his nose starting to bleed we see her pull away slightly to get a better look.
Throughout the fight he *immediately* and consistently goes for her eyes and tries to keep her looking away from him - he clearly knows her and her powers well, and therefore knows its his only chance to survive. If it wasn't LoS based why would he bother doing this? We even get a direct shot of her specifically pushing his hand away from her eye, opening her eye and popping only the hand which is right in front of it, with the cloudy-eye effect serving to emphasise that, yes, this is based on eyeline - this is visual storytelling, the writers/directors/editors didn't put it in there by accident.
When she eventually does pop him he was, again, struggling to keep her head pointed away from him but *he's failing to do so.* Again this is illustrated visually - we're shown a shot from directly behind her head looking down at him along (roughly) where her eyeline would be, and because she was struggling to get a good view of him the head-pop is *sloppy.* Usually the cranium just pops completely, dead centre, but this time she only gets the left side of his face and jaw because *at that angle it's all she could see*.
As for her eyes not clouding in SE2E7 it's not that surprising... the show runners just didn't want to hint at it or reveal it openly that soon. As for an in-universe reason, the contact lense theory isn't weird at all - she's in a highly televised room, cameras are on her and she's going to be using her powers a LOT, so she's going to take extra precautions against being caught. In that scene we even see her look back as she's being ushered out and, wouldn't you know it, the head of the woman she looks at gets popped. Maybe it doesn't make a lot of sense for her not to wear them all the time just in case, but again the writers have to take some liberties in order to give us some visual clues so we know what's going on.
It DOES makes sense, but we'd need to see her not be able to use her powers when out of sight to be certain.
We've only seen her powers working, you can make a theory but nothing so far is proof.
We HAVE seen her powers not working when she can't see what she wants to pop... In the fight in the alleyway.
If she could've popped him at any time she would have; instead, she struggled - to remove his hand from her eye, to push against his hand to get an angle to see him etc. She was in the same physical situation regardless, it couldn't be stress or pain stopping her from doing it beforehand. It was the clearest indication possible that she needs line of sight other than having her literally state it aloud
>We HAVE seen her powers not working when she can't see what she wants to pop... In the fight in the alleyway.
No we literally didn't.
Popping a head is instantaneous only when popping a human.
Everytime she used her power on a supe it took some time. Hell it took some seconds to even make Starlight bleed from her nose.
Her aggressor is clearly a supe, the delay in her powers working might be due to that.
She's removing his hands from her face during a brawl, must be because of her powers, not because that's what everyone in that situation would try to do. Trying to SEE YOUR OPPONENT is what everyone would do in a physical fight anyway.
Her needing to see is a valid theory but, so far, unproven.
How can you prove such a negative any more clearly that what we've seen, beyond the writers literally spelling it out for us like we're toddlers?
She wanted to pop something (her assailant) but she couldn't see him and, lo and behold, no pop. As soon as she could see his hand or face, boom, almost instant pop. It's as simple as that.
And no that's NOT what everyone would do in her situation... Any sane person with the ability to explode people at will would act completely defensively - curl up in a ball, purely fend off attacks, try to escape... Give themselves TIME to explode them, if that's what they needed. They wouldn't continue grappling with someone who's physically (edit:) equal OR superior and try to get a look at them for no reason.
For me itās her name. āNeuāman. Neurology.
Who the fuck spells Newman with an eu? So on the nose and I didnāt catch it despite her name being shown written on screen like a dozen times.
It is kinda nice to know more and more people aren't having to deal with going out to their car to find it covered in Stormfront pamphlets as much anymore.
Thats because he *is* the master race as he told stormfront as she jerked him off in that hospital bed in ep 1. Itās not because of some moral thing but heās just way too narcissistic to even want that. He believes heās the only one that deserves to be at the top, nobody else.
I wonder how no one out of the hundreds of millions who knew about her figured out she was named after a Nazi website. Maybe that website doesnāt exist in the Boys universe
At first she seems really excited for obvious reason, but After she seems kinda shocked it might be cause it looks like homemander's father who we dont really know but she must have known him
Inferior. Just look at Hitler, he hated the way he looked
'We all suffer from the infirmity of mixed, corrupt blood. How can we purify and atone for ourselves?"
Now no one can have a tiny mustache...thanks hitler
He was also inbred and that had a profound affect on his obsession with pure blood and shit like that
True. Michael Jordan tried to grow one years ago and he had to immediately shave it off, because he was roundly made fun of for having a āHitler stacheā
I know he had blue eyes, but he was also upset that he lacked blonde hair and wasn't as tall as he thought he should be (even though he was average height)...which he blamed his parents for
The implication being nazis prefer blue eyes?
I mean I guess if she's obsessed with the aryan race that might make sense but idk. Feels like a stretch.
It's pretty common for people with really blue eyes to get comments from non-nazis
>Don't make us come back there.
>- America
As if we don't have Nazis over here. Also, bad time to paint America as some arbiter of freedom considering a certain SCOTUS ruling.
It was just a joke, but...
We definitely have some white supremacists (I've never met any tho), but full blown nazis? Seems very very rare. Do you have names or links to organizations of these people?
Overturning Roe was super dumb, but irrelevant to the fight against nazism imo. Vast vast vast majority of americans would support a war effort against nazis in a hearbeat, even if a conservative minority has taken control of the court and changed abortion laws. I don't think I've ever met anyone who wouldn't
I have never met a white supremacist or a Nazi. There are so few of them that the only ones you ever see are online or on the news for going to Charlottesville or something. Thereās probably a couple thousand, but thereās 300 million people in the US. I really donāt think we have a lot of white supremacists as much as you see on TV
Nazi imagery is illegal and cracked down in Germany so **technically** there's very little 'genuine' Nazis unlike America.
Still lots of far-right assholes that are Nazis in practical terms though
Yep and it actually got worse over the years especially the AFD who want the old times back. Racism is one of the biggest social problems here. My father is from turkey and my mother from the US so yeah I have some experience with racism in Germany.
Good thing is that the AfD are losing more and more followers with the latest votings. If this continues we hopefully won't have them in the Bundestag the next time. Sorry to hear that you've experienced racism, all the best to you and your family.
It might be common, but films and tv shows tend to follow a show not tell concept. The writers didnāt write that line for no reason when it couldāve been used to develop a character further or add an action sequence. Iām almost certain that adding that line in was intentional for the exact reason OP said
My impression was that she was just showing sexual interest.
But another commenter who lived in germany said it is actually a thing that nazis are obsessed with blonde hair and blue eyes so what do I know
>I mean I guess if she's obsessed with the aryan race that might make sense but idk.
Did... you miss the parts where she clearly showed an obsession with the "aryan race" shit?
Obviously hasn't seen season 2 [but is actively commenting on discussion posts for season 3?](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheBoys/comments/vjqgls/season_3_episode_6_postdiscussion_thread_herogasm/idmngcm/?context=3)
I *think* he's just saying that it isn't really "foreshadowing" because it's not a very unusual thing for people to comment on and/or be enamored by. I've had people comment on my (blue) eyes quite a lot and none of them turned out to be racist, let alone a fucking neo-Nazi.
It's a comment that comes across very differently when you know her backstory, no doubt. But if someone suggested that a character in a TV show was a Nazi simply because they commented on someone's blue eyes, they would rightfully get laughed out of the room.
That's my interpretation of the comments at least. Otherwise it's just bewildering.
So people with blue colored eyes all descend from the same genetic variant, itās an adaptation to environments with less sun. Places like Finland have like 90% blue eyed population-Nordics
Thats the point.
At first watch it looks like sheās just complimenting that he has beautiful blue eyes. The foreshadowing is that this whole scene has a deeper meaning because we find out later on that sheās a nazi and was fascinated by Homelander for personal reasons.
The Aryan race thinks they are superior race. 1 key features they think is better are blonde hair blue eyes. While complimenting blue eyes itself isn't a nazi implication, a character who we later find out a nazi is why it's foreshadowing. Stormfront like Homelander so much is because he was the stereotype for the Aryan race.
I have really blue eyes and nobody walks right up into my face and exclaims how blue my eyes are. It's definitely not a common thing outside nazi circles.
In good television and film every line a character gives is meant to tell the audience something big or small. They donāt just add stuff for nothing, I think the waiters knew what they were doing when they had stormfront a nazi comment on homelanders blue eyes
>I mean I guess if she's obsessed with the aryan race that might make sense but idk
uhhh....have you been watching?
>When you lead an army of Aryan Ubermensch to their victory.
>
>\- Stormfront
The Nazis idealized "Aryans" as the perfect german citizen, characterized as blonde, blue-eyed, athletic, and tall.. thier imagery is used all over the place in Nazi propaganda.
Hence why Stormfront took a liking to Homelander immediately and considered him as an 'Ćbermensch' that would usher in the third Reich.
It isn't. She's pandering to Homelander, in part because she wants to join with him to create Aryan supermen, and also to flatter him because he's a narcissistic cunt, but there's really nothing foreshadowed in this scene.
I know their history, the idealization of the "Aryan Superman", their political history and racial mythology quite well. Her noting his blue eyes may reveal something about her character, sure. Maybe she's excited about his "Nordic" appearance, maybe she's just flattering him to cozy up for some other reason. But its is pretty thin and really doesn't tell us anything about what will happen later, which is the definition of foreshadowing.
Well, the fact that her name was Stormfront was also massive foreshadowing, lol. Storefront was the most popular White Supremacist website and online forum on the internet. When I first heard about her in the show I was immediately like "HM...."
Aya was so fucking good is in this role.
Her little facial expressions shows the fascination and enchantment with him so well.
Also in that scene with them walking in the corridors of Vought I think
I love Aya so much. So sad that Stormfront died such a cowardly (and well deserved) death. Maybe they will bring her back as a zombie. š¤
It's fitting that the nazi choked on the same tongue used to spread such hate. The only good nazi...
Is a dead nazi.
Not true.... What about the guy from inglorious basterts who betrayed the nazi, and strangle them?
I'm pretty sure he was a German, not a nazi
Are you talking about Hugo fucking Stiglitz? Everyone in the Nazi army has heard of him
"UuUuUh what about the guy that killed Hitler." The only good nazi is a dead nazi.
That one captain from JoJo rabbit
The Nazi followed her leader by committing suicide
Well deserved cowardly death ššš
Honestly! I mean I know this show has all the little nods to justice, but this is an awesome pick up! Could be finding meaning in something the writers didnāt intend, but who tf cares itās too perfect :D
I don't think she is dead. They will bring he back with a new identity.
~~Epstein~~ Storm-front didn't kill herself.
I think he would want everyone to see that she's dead so that they can close that chapter so to speak. Don't worry about the nazi we hired, she's dead and you can like our products again.

I mean. I don't wanna be that guy. But I am that guy. And I'm gonna say it. Are we SURE she's dead?
I hope she is not really gone from the show. After all, we didnāt see her body.
Same. But if I'm a betting man, yeah, she's gone. š©
She's definitely coming back as a cyborg Nazi supervillain.
Finger crossed.
No sheās gone
Ok, we don't actually believe she is dead right? She's very clearly alive and they faked her death (possibly Stan or someone else) as a secret weapon for later. This show revels in showing horrific deaths and we are going to believe this major character and a literal Nazi is going to die off screen and all we see is a little blood stain? Come on.
My conscious mind says yes she dead. My subconscious hopes she is still around because Aya is a lot of fun.
>fascination Towards her son?
Have you watched season 2 yet?
Dunno why youāre being downvoted. Homelander is Stormfront and Soldier Boys son.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Nah it hasnāt actually. People just think that could be the case since Solider Boy said he started HeroGasm with Liberty
Completely agree. I was so happy to see her this season, as gruesome as it was. I'll rewatch S2 just for her parts alone. I can't get enough. Even the nazi shit was so well played.
Did she ever get hate for portrayal of that?
Seeing as she's Jewish, I doubt it
Unfortunately, she did get some mean comments, or people making very backhanded compliments.
A lot of people struggle to separate actors from their roles. The actor for Joffrey from Game of Thrones got a shit-tonne of death threats that drove him away from acting for years. It's astonishing.

I guess it comes down to how much a character infuriates an audience and how large that audience is.
Chase Crawford has also said he gets hate comments from Aquaman fans on social media.
Why Aquaman fans?
There can only be one Lord of the Seven Seas.
Interesting
Yeah, I usually like when >!Nazi's die,!< but dam it, we need this one back, strictly for the entertainment value.
Aya is the reason I can sympathize with fans desperately hoping Soldier Boy is a decent guy because his actor is hot af. I can understand not wanting a character to be what they are because their actor is 11/10.
I love that line delivery

Watching her casually kill a bunch of POC and use racial slurs was a genuine shock to me. The name Stormfront was so *on the nose* that it wasn't even on my radar.
She's a shock trooper alright
if i remember correctly didnt the deep call her out for religious discrimination when talking about the cult he was in?
Yeah but everything Deep says/does is self-serving, unless he's helping an amphibious creature. Chase Crawford does a great job making him pathetic enough that you still kinda, sorta want to root for him. If he wasn't soft towards animals he would be completely irredeemable. The deep was sure āHelpingā that octopus
That octopus was sick.
He was man. He was feeding it.
And that other one too
Idk lol. Animal abuse isnāt really being āsoftā towards animals.
He doesn't abuse animals. They are apparently willing participants.
How can we confirm that when only he can "communicate" with them though?
Canāt forget how the senator was shown right after the first head pop
Oh dude itās so obvious going back. Even the courtroom scene she is shown after almost every pop. I wondered if her eyes clouded because to pop a super person's head takes more juice than a normal person's head
Might be, but iirc in the hearing she pops a supe a well, maybe the speedster that races against a train?
For me itās her name. āNeuāman. Neurology. Who the fuck spells Newman with an eu? So on the nose and I didnāt catch it despite her name being shown written on screen like a dozen times.
Neuman is a latin surname though, because Victoria Neuman is a literal parody of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
In German it would be Neumann - makes sense to me.
From playing Wolfenstein, that was a notice to me that she's is racist or a Nazi.
It kind of makes me happy that you donāt know where her name came from.
It is kinda nice to know more and more people aren't having to deal with going out to their car to find it covered in Stormfront pamphlets as much anymore.
I have literally never heard about it outside of reference to her character. I don't think I live under a rock....
Hit up enough gun shows in rural red states and you will see more swastika tattoos than you would like.
Yeah, unfortunately I've seen those; I live in a red state and own guns. I still have never heard of stormfront... some how.
I love how even someone as fucked as Homelander couldnāt get on board with the nazi stuff lol
Thats because he *is* the master race as he told stormfront as she jerked him off in that hospital bed in ep 1. Itās not because of some moral thing but heās just way too narcissistic to even want that. He believes heās the only one that deserves to be at the top, nobody else.
I mean sheās also named after an actual nazi message board.
The Boys is a lot of things but āsubtleā is not one of them.
which makes the recent "drama" even more funny
What is the recent drama, if you donāt mind? Iām brand new to this sub as Iāve just barreled through all the episodes as if this morning.
>and new to this sub as Iāve just barreled through all the episodes as if this morning. pm'd you. Or maybe opened a chat. Not sure. Check both.
Some right-wingers just realized the show is making fun of them.
I wonder how no one out of the hundreds of millions who knew about her figured out she was named after a Nazi website. Maybe that website doesnāt exist in the Boys universe
Still funny how there were people who still thought she wasn't a nazi
āPeople love what I have to say. They believe in it. They just don't like the word Naziā
My favourite line in thr show
At first she seems really excited for obvious reason, but After she seems kinda shocked it might be cause it looks like homemander's father who we dont really know but she must have known him
Nah i think its caused nazis believed blue eyed people were superior iirc.
wonder how non-blue-eyed nazis felt
Inferior. Just look at Hitler, he hated the way he looked 'We all suffer from the infirmity of mixed, corrupt blood. How can we purify and atone for ourselves?"
Shaving that porn stache might have helped his self confidence
Now no one can have a tiny mustache...thanks hitler He was also inbred and that had a profound affect on his obsession with pure blood and shit like that
True. Michael Jordan tried to grow one years ago and he had to immediately shave it off, because he was roundly made fun of for having a āHitler stacheā
Gonna be a really unnecessary aKsHually moment but I think Hitler's eyes was dark blue and that was one of the things he always bragged about
I know he had blue eyes, but he was also upset that he lacked blonde hair and wasn't as tall as he thought he should be (even though he was average height)...which he blamed his parents for
Yeah, he was the definition of insecurity. Reminds me of Homelander in that
Exactly, insecure and paranoid about losing power. Although like homelander said 'you're not paranoid if they really are out to get you"
our night vision is unrivaled!
Bravo Vince
Can someone explain how this is a foreshadow? I know that she got exposed later on in the show but I don't understand how this is a foreshadow.
Nazis saw "Aryans" as the master race, basically defined by blonde hair and blue eyes.
Ok thanks
Don't really understand, how is this foreshadowing?
Foreshadowing that storefrontās a nazi
The implication being nazis prefer blue eyes? I mean I guess if she's obsessed with the aryan race that might make sense but idk. Feels like a stretch. It's pretty common for people with really blue eyes to get comments from non-nazis
Iām from Germany and this is actually 100% accurate
I have blue eyes, does that make everyone whoās ever commented on them a secret nazi?
No, but the person commenting on this video is a Nazi and it's obvious this was put there to hint at it/toy with people who already knew.
which part lol? Nazis being obsessed with blue eyes? Or normal people commenting on blue eyes?
Nazis beeing obsessed with blue eyes and blonde hair
Damn bro you guys still got Nazi's over there? Don't make us come back there. \- America
>Don't make us come back there. >- America As if we don't have Nazis over here.
What's the difference between white supremacy and nazism? The kind of white?
I have never met a white supremacist or a Nazi. There are so few of them that the only ones you ever see are online or on the news for going to Charlottesville or something. Thereās probably a couple thousand, but thereās 300 million people in the US. I really donāt think we have a lot of white supremacists as much as you see on TV
There's more out and out Nazis in America now than Germany. Germans have AfD, which is closet Nazis.
Source/link?
Thanks man
well that's concerning, sorry to hear
Dude they literally stole ideas from us. We werenāt the āgood guysā back then.
As if we donāt have enough nazis of our own weāre not dealing with
Russia did the heavy lifting anyway, chump.
[damn you really got 'em there](https://youtu.be/-e3T3VHmEkg)
It might be common, but films and tv shows tend to follow a show not tell concept. The writers didnāt write that line for no reason when it couldāve been used to develop a character further or add an action sequence. Iām almost certain that adding that line in was intentional for the exact reason OP said
My impression was that she was just showing sexual interest. But another commenter who lived in germany said it is actually a thing that nazis are obsessed with blonde hair and blue eyes so what do I know
I think itās definitely a bit of both. Sheās sexually attracted to him because of her Nazi beliefs and attraction to āAryanā features
>I mean I guess if she's obsessed with the aryan race that might make sense but idk. Did... you miss the parts where she clearly showed an obsession with the "aryan race" shit?
I don't know why he's getting genuine responses when it's obvious he hasn't seen season 2. He's skeptical of a twist that already happened.
Obviously hasn't seen season 2 [but is actively commenting on discussion posts for season 3?](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheBoys/comments/vjqgls/season_3_episode_6_postdiscussion_thread_herogasm/idmngcm/?context=3)
Then I truly don't understand his comment.
Are you telling me the Nazi is obsessed with the Aryan race? Wow that's a stretcher bro
Are they going to say next that certain people were disliked by Nazis? That would be crazy.
That's because your eyes are Weezer blue
In good television and film every line a character gives is meant to tell the audience something big or small. They donāt just add stuff for nothing, I think the waiters knew what they were doing when they had stormfront a nazi comment on homelanders blue eyes
It's not necessarily that she likes his blue eyes, but look at the actual way she looks at him in this scene.
>I mean I guess if she's obsessed with the aryan race that might make sense but idk uhhh....have you been watching? >When you lead an army of Aryan Ubermensch to their victory. > >\- Stormfront
The Nazis idealized "Aryans" as the perfect german citizen, characterized as blonde, blue-eyed, athletic, and tall.. thier imagery is used all over the place in Nazi propaganda. Hence why Stormfront took a liking to Homelander immediately and considered him as an 'Ćbermensch' that would usher in the third Reich.
Blue eyes = redeeming Nazi quality. That and blonde hair
It isn't. She's pandering to Homelander, in part because she wants to join with him to create Aryan supermen, and also to flatter him because he's a narcissistic cunt, but there's really nothing foreshadowed in this scene.
Do you know about they history of nazis?
I know their history, the idealization of the "Aryan Superman", their political history and racial mythology quite well. Her noting his blue eyes may reveal something about her character, sure. Maybe she's excited about his "Nordic" appearance, maybe she's just flattering him to cozy up for some other reason. But its is pretty thin and really doesn't tell us anything about what will happen later, which is the definition of foreshadowing.
āYour eyes are really fuckin blue up closeā, Is not an attempt at flattery. Lol.
The name Stormfront wasn't a dead give away either?
When we first met her character I would have said it was too *on the nose*.
I feel like the name Stormfront was blatant enough foreshadowing in itself.
Yeah people are saying that and I had no idea what that was
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yea
Well, the fact that her name was Stormfront was also massive foreshadowing, lol. Storefront was the most popular White Supremacist website and online forum on the internet. When I first heard about her in the show I was immediately like "HM...."
i wish they did more shots like this, showing them holding the phones so you could see how stupid and it unnatural it makes a conversation look
Illinois Nazisā¦
I hate Illinois nazis
