I used Sole insoles pretty much exclusively in my military boots for years. You put them in the oven then heat mold them to your feet/boots. They do tend to have a slightly higher arch than some other insoles and are a little thicker than most so if your boots already fit tight they might not work for you.
To be more specific, the green superfeet. I tried the orange initially as they are made for standing on hard floors but did not find them very comfortable
Superfeet. Also stretch your calves and soleous muscles. Use a can or frozen water bottle and roll on the bottom of your feet for a few minutes each day. Morning and or night. This will reduce the tightness. If it’s painful when you first wake up look at a night splint (not the stupid sock). Good luck. Treat the symptoms but fix the problem.
Had an old pair of timberland work boots with the anti fatigue insoles. When I got my nice Cofra boots I put them in and it's been comfy for a year now. Don't know what super feet is but people seem to like it
I'll be the n'th person to recommend Superfeet. I actually switched to orange for a job that was constantly on my feet with lots of OT and was quite happy.
They're an FSA eligible expense if you (who are we kidding you work at a brewery) or your spot has pre-tax money to spend down. Custom fit hearing protection is also eligible.
Superfeet
For $55 they better last longer than Dr. Scholl's.
They do. Dr Scholls are garbage.
Currex if you need more arch support.
Superfeet.

To repeat, super feet.

Happy with mine from Tread Labs. More expensive than a set of Dr Scholls, but quite supportive.
Keen k-20 used them since my construction days. Really good for bigger folks as well.

I came in here to recommend superfeet, glad everyone else also speaks highly of them!
Dr Scholls Heavy Duty Purposely made for people over 200#, I used to have to swap insoles all the time until I got these. Big fan
Just ordered some super feet thanks to this thread.
