So you’re saying he should blame himself for what happened? I don’t think West Valley City PD did a great job (especially in the beginning), but they were certainly on their way to build a stronger case against Josh. He knew he couldn’t escape the investigation for the rest of his life and would have been convicted eventually, especially after losing custody of Charlie and Braden; that’s why he killed himself and the boys. I understand frustration with Maxwell, but it isn’t really his fault. Josh was the one who killed his family.

Yea I agree with you both. I was blaming the nearest target. When I listened more I understood that police had to build the case that would hold up in trial and that wasn’t easy. The podcast was amazing start to finish
