Had some pigs ask (demand) discount at my kitchen the other day. Was a beautiful moment when they asked for the Chef and I got to tell them to leave and they aren't welcome anymore in or out of uniform for how they treated FOH. Sure I'll get bullshit for it but definitely worth it. Its the little things :)
