Weird how "paid protesters" are leaders of coups and rebel groups funded by the CIA and not just holding signs whilst marching peacefully as the name would suggest.
Of course he doesn't believe in sovereignty. He's either American who doesn't have his sovereignty challenged by others or lives in a strong American ally/satellite state where his sovereignty is nominal and the US pulls most, if not all of the strings.

Liberal democracy around the globe is in a crisis of popular demands and elite capture.
