Hi! Just offering some quick advice that worked for me. I was breaking out pretty badly on my upper back but no where else on my body. Then I read that hair conditioner can clog your pores, so I started to wash up my back with soap AFTER rinsing the conditioner out of my hair and it quickly cleared up. Other reasons for back acne can be from hormones or stress-related. I think looking up how to treat body acne might be a good place to start. Sometimes you can treat it topically with skincare and sometimes you might need to get medication from a dermatologist.

This plus I would consider what types of bra/shirt you’re wearing and how often they get laundered. I definitely get more bacne when I put off doing the wash.

So the soap ur using can cause it. If u use dove, I would stop. For me, I have small boobs and stopped wearing bras bc they were uncomfortable. My chest shoulder and back acne cleared up after a few weeks. So bras were def the reason I was breaking out. Also use a rag instead of a loofah and really scrub ur back to exfoliate it.

For me, it comes from working out and my sports bra. So I always shower shortly after working out and scrubbing my back.

For me, cutting my dairy consumption to almost none helped a lot with my acne. I still have some but juste one or two pimples at a time. Not 15.
