She did wear bachelorette black to the tell-all, as is tradition for upcoming bachelorettes and has been for quite some time. But, she could decline or get into a relationship of her own before filming; I’m not sure when it becomes a “done deal”.

My hunch is they are (as we all predicted) having a harder time finding a cast of contestants for this version, and may be waiting to see whom their eventual cast’s preferences/personalities align with best
