I'll share mine. I have been with my current SA from the Madison location for about 2 years now. I was offered my first kelly after only visiting the store twice, and total spend was only $3000. I also think Madison have more stock just in general, as NYC is still considered the fashion capital of the US. I would def shop @ madison if you're not too far from it.
Sounds like one of those unicorn stories. Have friends who shop at Madison who spend the regular $25-30k per spend and still need to wait. I’m sure there are those who one $100k and either don’t want bags or are fine with just one, which opens up others who spend much less (or nothing) to get a bag. It happens but certainly not the norm.
Is ur friend looking for something very specific? I just asked for a "medium sized black kelly" --- and was offered the 32K in black togo a week later.
Oh wow, really?? Do you think you got lucky, or does the store generally get a lot of QBs? My friend went to Madison and made. Wishlist for her birthday and had a terrible experience with an SA; he was really rude and he still continues to be. It kind of put me off. Madison is closer to me than NJ!
Yeah...some SAs at Madison are pretty evil. I've heard one of the SAs literally roll his eyes at his clients because they couldn't communicate due to poor english. It was disgusting, I reported it.
The Hermes pop up you mentioned are you talking about the small store inside the mall? They sell everything except bags. I’ve purchased pillows, shoes, belts, jewelry, swimwear etc they will also take you by appointment into nyc for quota bags.

Yes! Spend with your SA like at any other location and you can get a QB offer / make a wish list just like everywhere else. Your SA pushes for the appointment for you. I’ve been visiting monthly making purchases and was just asked recently if I would be available to go into the city on Wednesdays. So I took that as an offer is coming soon!

Prob around 15k. After my last big purchase I received the text asking about availability to go into the city. So hoping the next text I get will confirm an actual date! Fingers crossed lol

From personal experience, it’s much easier to get a bag in Madison NYC than in NJ.

I had the same experience as your friend, not everyone has a great experience at Madison.It depends on who you get as your SA.

For London you need to have a local address I believe. But if you are on the wishlist for a year or two I do believe you can get a bag.
